抄録	This paper examines contemporary aspects of employee welfare system in China Companies，by mainly using interview as research method (March, 2009; one small size company and big size one in the Northeast region of China). It also examines the content of the welfare system in terms of social security, company policies, and problems involved in the operation, while comparing them to Japanese companies. Major findings from this research include the followings. (1) In China, companies increasingly regard employee welfare system as important policies (cf: improving the stability of the work force,or employee motivation etc), in human resource management like Japanese. (2) After the 1978 the reform and door-opening movements Chinese, companies have faced some ploblems(cf:high cost) with their welfare System.While welfare system at Chinese companies have been on the increase,there has not so much a paradigm shift as one found in Japan,from employees relying on benefits provided by the companies to promotion of employee's self independent and autonomy.

A comparative Study of Japan and the ROK on ICT and Economic Development: Lessons for Turkey

抄録	This study begins with the historical telecommunication backgrounds of Japan, ROK, and Turkey. These countries have similarities in the development of telecommunication sector throughout history including the privatization of the sector. However, a major dissimilarity appeared from use of the technologies and producing new technologies by the worldwide companies. The developments in ICT have strong relations with the socio-economic development of these countries. For this reason, this study focuses on; (i) economic development indicators, (ii) ICT indicators, and (iii) Principle Component Analyses. With the findings, it is aimed to find out applicable policies for Turkey. Finally, it is clearly observed that Turkey has great potential in the near future as a rapid developing country and a growing ICT market for foreign market players. However, Turkey also needs to create her own powerful and effective worldwide companies.

抄録	本文分别结合知网 (HowNet) 和WordNet 讨论知识工程中最常用的两种语义分析方法，即义素分析和语义场分析的方法。知网和WordNet分别是目前应用最广泛的汉语和英语的知识库。知网是以汉语和英语的词语所代表的概念为描述对象，以揭示概念与概念之间以及概念所具有的属性之间的关系为基本内容的常识知识库，1999年上网发布，并不断更新，最新版为2008年版。本文以1.0版为讨论对象。WordNet是由美国George A. Miller主持完成的一个大型的英语知识库(a large lexical database of English)，迄今也不断更新，本文也主要以较早(1997年)发布的16版为考察对象。

抄録	This paper examines to what degrees employees' work contribution to Japanese companies is currently reflected in their retirement program, by using interview as research method (July−Dec., 2008 ; on eight companies and two public offices). It also examines the content of the programs, such as social environment surrounding the system, company policies, and problems and solutions involved in the operation, as well as the transition of the system after Meiji era. Major findings include the followings. Firstly despite some changes occurred in the system as a result of diversification of employment types and styles and also alteration of company policies, the system itself will be maintained in the future. Secondly, although many companies modified conventional seniority−based salary systems for a retirement program that reflect employees' work contribution more clearly through an adoption of 'point system' and other measures, they still find some problems in new systems in their operation and practicality.
