| 抄録 | The purpose of this paper is to consider the meaning of "economic substance" in taxation. In Japanese Income Tax Act （Article 12）, where a person to whom the revenue is legally imputed is merely nominal and other person enjoys it, the tax shall be imposed on the person who actually enjoys the revenue. This is called "the Principle of taxation on Actual Beneficiary". But it is not always easy to determine the person who actually enjoys the revenue from assets or business. In such a case, there are two ways of thinking. The first is a way of thinking in which a valid private-law contract is considered more important than economic substance. The second is a way of thinking in which economic substance is considered more important than a private-law contract. This provision（ Article 12） was enacted in 1950＇s, but opinions are divided among scholars on this point and there is room for further consideration. This paper will be considered this subject from legal and economic viewpoints. |

| 抄録 | In this paper, focusing on the management crisis, we analyzed the judgments and actions taken by a new leader entrusted to reconstruction and the relationship with the organization members who responded to it, and examined the behavioral style of the leader. As a result of case study, we were able to confirm the following points. Under the influence of the representative heuristic, the new leader decided in a top-down style the rationalization plan that overestimated the start dash to survive the company. For the members, this will give rise to a situation where it is not convincing. Subsequent actions of the leader are consistent with behavior of innovative leadership such as role modeling, schema transformation. It is linked to the characteristics of heuristics such as easy remembrance （recallability） and affinity. If such behavior is taken, there is a possibility of showing synchronicity. Also, leaders will take care to treat everyone equally through specific actions and express sincerity to rationalization measures substantially. In response to such attitudes, members feel strongly about interpersonal justice. It was suggested that the behavior and attitude of the leader mentioned above will make a stepping stone toward recovery of business performance. |

| 抄録 | 本稿は、見本合わせ手続や刺激等価性クラスの研究で使用される「関係反応」概念に焦点を当て、定義の明確化と適切な使用について論じることを目的とする。なお、関係反応を基に構成・発展した関係フレーム理論（Hayes, Barnes-Holmes, & Roche, 2001）については、紙幅の制限により、ごく一部の議論について取り上げるだけにとどめる。本稿の論点は以下の通り。 《論点1》関係反応の定義を明確にする必要がある。 《論点2》関係反応の定義にあたっては独立した2つの刺激が前提となるが、環境事象の一部を1つの刺激として扱うか、複数の刺激に分けて扱うのか、という基準は一義的には定まらない。 《論点3》見本合わせ手続の分析においては、「選択型見本合わせ」と、「Yes／No型見本合わせ」）の課題構造が異なる点に留意する必要がある。 《論点4》）ある刺激に別の刺激を対応づける行動と、2つの刺激を比較してタクトする行動とは異なる点に留意する必要がある。 《論点5》関係フレーム理論は、刺激等価性の焼き直しではない。 |

We provide both the facilities necessary for such experiments as well as comprehensive support in the form of experiment program planning and subject care and maintenance. |

| 抄録 | Adenohypophysis delivered from oral ectoderm consists of pars distalis (PD), pars intermedia and pars tuberalis (PT). The mechanisms of development of PD has been well studied, and the cell differentiation of PD has been well understood. However, the morphogenesis and the differentiation of PT are still unclear, and the gene expression during the PT development remains largely unknown. In this study, we explored the specifically expressing genes in PT during development and analyzed its spatiotemporal expressions pattern. Microarray analysis on laser-captured PT and PD tissues obtained from chicken embryos on embryonic day 10 (E10.0) showed high expressing genes, Cytokine-like 1 (CYTL1) and Gap junction protein alpha 5 (GJA5) in PT. A detail analysis of spatiotemporal expressions pattern during chick embryo development by in situ hybridization revealed that CYTL1 mRNA was first detected in lateral head ectoderm and ventral head ectoderm in E1.5. The CYTL1 expressions moved into Rathke’s pouch at E2.5, then it was localized in PT primordium and continuously expressed in PT primordium until E12.0. On the other hand, GJA5 mRNA was transiently detected in PT primordium from E6 to E14.0, while the expression was not detected in PD during development. These results suggested that these genes may be involved in the regulation mechanism of PT development and could be a useful marker in the PT development. |

| 抄録 | In spite of the importance of endocochlear DC potential (EP) and the K+-rich endolymph for the avian cochlea, the structure and function of the tegmentum vasculosum (TV) has not yet been fully elucidated, compared with those of the stria vascularis in the mammalian cochlea. In this study, we examined structural analysis of the epithelial cells, gene expressions of Na+-K+-ATPase (Atp1A1) and Kir4.1 (Kcnj10), and protein localizations of Na+-K+-ATPase and Kir4.1, in the TV. Tight junctional structures were observed between epithelial dark cells and light cells in the TV. Both Atp1a1 and Kcnj10 genes were detected in the TV. In addition, immunopositive signals for both Na+-K+-ATPase and Kir4.1 were recognized in the TV. These results indicate that Na+-K+-ATPase and Kir4.1 play roles in maintaining the EP and high K+ concentration of the endolymph. Further studies are needed to clarify the physiological functions of the TV. This is the first report which demonstrates that gene and protein expression data contribute to the avian inner ear homeostasis. |

| 抄録 | Spiny mice are useful in regenerative research and as a model for precocial animals. In the present study, we investigated the taxonomic status of the Aco strain, which is derived from spiny mice of an unidentified species. Although this Aco strain has been tentatively considered A. cahirinus species, it was distinguished from this species based on conventional and G-banding chromosomal patterns of this strain. Subsequently, we determined the nucleotide sequence of the mitochondorial gene cytochrome b (Cyb) and constructed a molecular phylogenetic tree. We found that the Aco strain belongs to the same clade as A. dimidiatus. Based on this molecular analysis, we concluded that the Aco strain of spiny mice should be considered A. dimidiatus. |
