| 抄録 | 本研究では、教育職員免許法認定講習の受講者（89名, 有効回答率82%）を対象に、特別支援学校教諭免許状の取得をめぐる考え方を検討した。その結果、特別支援教育に直接的に係わる立場であることが免許状取得の主な動機となっていた。ただし、免許取得のための機会と重要性のいっそうの周知が求められていた。また、免許の未保有に伴う不安が示され、その内容は自身の実践的知識やスキルを中心に連携体制の構築にも及んでいた。そして、免許に裏付けられた専門性として、「児童・生徒への理解力」、「様々な障害に関する特性の理解」、「個に応じた授業の実践力」といった子どもの実態の正確な理解と個別的な支援の力量が重視されていた。しかしながら、個別的な支援を実践的に裏付けるツールとしての「個別の教育支援計画」や「個別の指導計画」の作成を優先的に学ぶべきとは考えられていたものの、重要となる専門性とは位置づけられてはいなかった。今後、具体的な実践方策の理解と活用は大きな課題となろう。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究は、高等学校公民科において、「開発」と「貧困」の問題を取り上げ、持続可能な社会の形成を目指し、それを支える市民の育成を目標とする単元を開発しようとするものである。「開発」と「貧困」の問題は、従来から公民科においても取り上げられている。しかしながら、その学習は問題の表面的な理解にとどまり、他国の立場も理解し自らもできることを見つけて取り組もうというスローガンの提示で終わることが多いように思われる。本研究においては、持続可能な社会という観点から「開発」と「貧困」の問題を捉えなおし、それを支える社会の仕組みやシステムをも認識させる単元の開発を目指した。 |

| 抄録 | 教育実践は、単に子どもの発達を支援するために教え育てる機能を発揮するだけでは不十分である。同時に、子どもの発達を支援するためには、子どもの学習権を保障し、主体的な学習活動を組織し、さらに、学校・教室で起きている差別や暴力に対し子どもたちの生存権を保障する機能が発揮されなければならない。と同時に、教師と子どもの間には、相互に理解し合い、尊重し合い、安心して自己を表現できるケア的な関係がつくられるよう働きかけられなければならない。これら発達支援・権利保障・ケアリングが教育実践において三位一体的に発揮されなければならないことを、戦後の教育学研究、教育福祉論、ケアリング論の検討及び教育実践の事例研究を通して明らかにした。 |

| 抄録 | 小学生の学校生活におけるストレスの実態を明らかにするために,小学校5,6年生2,486名を対象に,調査を行った。その結果,友達関係が,ストレッサーにも,ストレスコーピングにもなっていた。そこで,友達関係に着目し,ストレスを軽減することをねらいとした心理教育的プログラムを作成しその効果について評価を行った。対象は,小学5年生2学級58人である。プログラムを行った群(介入群),同じ時期にプログラムを行わなかった群(統制群)の2群に分け,介入群がプログラムを行った前後に,両群ともストレスに関する調査を実施した。その結果,介入群でも統制群でも,プログラム前から後で「情緒不安定」「集中力低下」「抑うつ」「身体症状」の有意な減少がみられた。プログラム後の児童の感想から，自己理解，他者理解，学習したことの生活での応用への意欲，友達関係向上への期待が持てる場になったことが示唆された。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究の目的は、中学生を対象に肥満度別にフォーカスグループインタビュー調査を行い、肥満と痩身に関わる摂食行動の心理社会的要因を検討することである．｢日常の摂食行動に影響を与えている要因｣｢摂食行動の変化に影響を与えている要因｣｢食に対する意識｣｢家族からの影響｣について、発言内容のカテゴリー分析を行った結果、摂食行動は「家族や他者との関係」｢食や健康に対する認知｣｢体型に対する認知と満足感｣｢ストレス｣と関連することが示唆された．また、痩身群に情緒と関連づける傾向が見られたこと、標準群と肥満群に体型への関心が見られたこと、痩身群と肥満群に体型に対して周囲からの体型是正に向けた働きかけが見られたことは、肥満度による特徴と考えられた．健康的な摂食行動を行う能力を育てる上でこれらを踏まえた食教育や心理教育的アプローチを行う必要性があると考えられた． |

| 抄録 | This article investigated into differences between first- and third-year senior high school students concerning: (a) the efficiencies of phonological coding and working memory capacities; and (b) the relationships of these two variables with reading comprehension. Also explored was whether the relationships were reflected in word-retaining strategies of the first-year students in the reading span tests for measuring working melnory capacities. The findings were: (a) students may improve their working memory capacities but may not improve the efficiencies of phonological coding during the first two years of senior high school; (b) the efficiency of phonological coding contributes to reading cOlnprehension more greatly for first-year students, but working metllory capacity contributes to reading comprehension for third-year students; and (c) the word-retaining strategies of first-year students reflect the relationships between the two variables and reading comprehension. The reasons for these findings were discussed and pedagogical implications were shown. |

| 抄録 | Aim The purpose of this study is to identify psychosocial factors associated with drinking behavior among underage university students. Methods: University students under the age of twenty (N=236) completed a self-reported questionnaire. Relationships between psychosocial variables and drinking were investigated using multigroup structural equation modeling analyses. Restllts: Number of friends who drink alcohol, vigor, self-efficacy in interpersonal relationships, self-assertive efficacy against drinking, self-efficacy in overcoming difficulty, and impulsiveness were associated with drinking behavior. Conclusion: These findings suggest that self-assertive efficacy to resist peer pressure, self-control and mood status are potentially important factors that could be addressed by programs to prevent drinking among underage university student. |

| 抄録 | シュライエルマッハーはドイツ市民社会形成期に求められた新しい教師の養成に専心しつつ,国民の学校に必要な教授学理論を構築した｡そして,教師の手引きでもある彼の主著『教授指針』における教育目標には,自らを熱烈な信奉者と言わしめたペスタロッテの思想ともう一人の｢教師｣であったシュライエルマッハーの影響が存在している｡ディースターヴェーク教授学をこの新たな角度から再解釈することで,我々は,急激な世界変化から生じる教育と学校そして授業-の要求に対応する,現代の教育学理論･教授学理論のあり方を検討することができるのである｡本論は,このような問題意識のもと,ディースターヴェーク教授学の現代的意義を追究する試みの端緒である｡ |

Phillips著『Teaching Kids To Sing』に沿って考察した｡その結果,呼吸法と発声および姿勢と発声の相関性,幼少期からの継続的な呼吸法の練習や姿勢の捉え方の正しい認識などの重要性を再確認することができた｡特徴としては,｢姿勢の発達練習｣に際して,胴体の伸張,肩･腕の準備運動,首･頭の準備 運動,脚の準備運動という流れを基本としている｡さらに,｢活動的な姿勢のとり方｣と｢精神的な姿勢のとり方｣では,開放的な空間をイメージして発声する点,フレーズの動きと腕の動作を利用する点など,エネルギーと音楽の方向が一体となっていること,アレクサンダー･テクニークをとりいれた精神的な開放と身体のリラックスに重点が置かれていることがわかった｡ |

| 抄録 | スイス―ドイツ語圏ベルン邦―の前期中等教育段階における科学教育の現状を,いわば学校教育法,同施行規則,学習指導要領などから,初等教育段階との対比に注目し,明らかにした｡科学教育はともに筆頭教科である自然―人間―共同社会の中の科目理科で行われている｡初等教育段階とは違って,前期中等教育段階では教科内に総合をも設定し,テーマと科目や総合との対応,また,科目毎の授業時間数,総合と裁量の為に使われるべき授業時間の割合を示している｡前期中等教育段階の科学教育における目標は,初等科学教育と比べると,認識と知識の習得が重要になってきており,広がりと深化を示している｡内容の関連性への配慮要請,拘束性は,前期中等教育段階の科学教育の方が大きく,弱い｡また,内容の連続性は,両段階で共通の唯一のテーマでさえ,考慮されているとはいい難く,教員に託されていることは大きいといえる｡ |

| 抄録 | We used modified Czapek-Dox (mCD) or dextrin-peptone-yeast extract (DPY) media to cultivate a filamentous fungus, Aspergillus oryzae IAM 2706 by three different cultivation methods, i.e., shaking-flask culture (SFC), agar-plate culture (APC), and membrane-surface liquid culture (MSLC), to identify the differences in cultivation behaviors and gene transcriptional profiles. The fungi cultivated by APC or MSLC secreted a greater number of different proteins/enzymes in larger quantities compared with fungi cultivated by SFC, particularly when DPY medium was used. In particular, the amounts of protease secreted by fungi cultivated via MSLC or APC were much greater compared with SFC. When mCD medium was used, α-amylase activity was barely detectable in all cultures while the activity was detected in MSLC and APC in a quantity that was several times higher than that in SFC using DPY medium. SDS-PAGE analysis and N-terminal amino acid sequences confirmed 6 proteins in the culture supernatants when DPY medium was used. Among these proteins oryzin (an alkaline protease) and α-amylase were detected at much higher levels in APC and MSLC compared with SFC, which was consistent with the measured activity of the secreted enzymes. However, when mCD medium was used, only oryzin was detected in significant amounts in MSLC and APC. Microarray analyses of the fungi cultivated by SFC, APC or MSLC using either mCD or DPY media indicated that the gene transcriptional profile of the MSLC sample was similar to that of the APC sample but different from that of the SFC sample. When mCD medium was used, most of the genes that were up-regulated 10-folds or greater in the MSLC sample relative to the SFC sample were unknown or predicted proteins. Transcription of the oryzin gene was only slightly up-regulated in the MSLC sample while transcription of the α-amylase gene was slightly down-regulated. On the other hand, when DPY medium was used, many known genes including the oryzin gene were up-regulated in the MSLC sample versus the SFC sample. |

| 抄録 | This paper proposes a method for generating a certain composite order ordinary pairing–friendly elliptic curve of embedding degree 3. In detail, the order has two large prime factors such as the modulus of RSA cryptography. The method is based on the property that the order of the target pairing–friendly curve is given by a polynomial as r(X) of degree 2 with respect to the integer variable X. When the bit size of the prime factors is about 500 bits, the proposed method averagely takes about 15 minutes on Core 2 Quad (2.66Hz) for generating one. |

| 抄録 | We present highly accurate least-squares (LS) alternatives to the theoretically optimal maximum likelihood (ML) estimator for homographies between two images. Unlike ML, our estimators are non-iterative and yield solutions even in the presence of large noise. By rigorous error analysis, we derive a “hyperaccurate” estimator which is unbiased up to second order noise terms. Then, we introduce a computational simplification, which we call “Taubin approximation”, without incurring a loss in accuracy. We experimentally demonstrate that our estimators have accuracy surpassing the traditional LS estimator and comparable to the ML estimator. |

| 抄録 | This paper presents a new method for fitting an ellipse to a point sequence extracted from images. It is widely known that the best fit is obtained by maximum likelihood. However, it requires iterations, which may not converge in the presence of large noise. Our approach is algebraic distance minimization; no iterations are required. Exploiting the fact that the solution depends on the way the scale is normalized, we analyze the accuracy to high order error terms with the scale normalization weight unspecified and determine it so that the bias is zero up to the second order. We demonstrate by experiments that our method is superior to the Taubin method, also algebraic and known to be highly accurate. |
