| 抄録 | 本研究では小学生を対象に，意図的にゆっくり走る「スロージョギング」を体育授業に導 入する可能性について教育実践的に検討した。研究①では，小学1年から6年生140人を対 象に，1回の授業（走行時間は学年に応じて8分～12分，走るスピードは時速4km）を実 践し，授業前には形態，体力，運動が好きか嫌いかの調査を，授業前後には持久走に対する イメージ調査（楽か，楽しいか，気持ちいいかをそれぞれ4点満点で評価）を行った。研究 ②では，小学5年生27人を対象に，3時間（1時目は時速6キロのスピードで5分間を2回， 2時目は時速6キロのスピードで続けて15分間，3時目は自分に合っていると思うゆった りしたペースで続けて15分間走る）の単元を組んで授業を行い，単元前後で研究①と同様 の持久走に対するイメージ調査と20mシャトルランを行った。その結果，単元（授業）前 に比べ後で，持久走に対するイメージが肯定的に変化したことに加え，運動嫌い，低体力や 肥満傾向の児童においてこの傾向が顕著であった。また，単元前に比べ後でシャトルラン回 数が有意に増え，単元前のシャトルラン回数が少なく有酸素的体力が低い児童ほど単元後に 回数が増えていた。 |

| 抄録 | スイス−ドイツ語圏−のギムナジウムと日本の高等学校とにおける化学基礎に焦点を当 て，後期中等教育段階における化学教育の比較考察を行った。スイスの化学基礎は，重点化 学・補充化学とは種類が異なるとともに，それらの基礎，日本の化学基礎は，化学履修前の 基礎である。そもそも，学習指導要領などが指示しているスイスと日本の化学基礎は，履修 年限（３か１），単位数（６か２），指示する内容分野の違いから，大きく異なっていた。教 科書も，その目次からは，酸−塩基と酸化還元反応があることでは同じであるが，生化学， 環境化学の設定の有無で異なっていること，索引からは，スイスでは１／８，日本では１／ ３程度しか重複（共通）していないことなどで，大きく異なっていることを明らかにした。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究は，日中のシティズンシップ教育を，社会のグローバル化への対応を視点として比 較・分析することによって，両国のシティズンシップ教育の特質を明らかにしようとするも のである。その際，日本の場合には，現行の学習指導要領と中学校社会科公民的分野の教科 書を手がかりとし，中国の場合には，現行の2011 年版の『思想品徳課程標準』と教科書『思 想品徳』を手がかりとする。分析の結果，以下の二点が明らかになった。１）日本のシティ ズンシップ教育では，政治や経済に関する知識の習得が目指されているのに対して，中国で は中華民族としての自己認識が最終的な目標となっている。２）日本では，グローバルなシ ティズンシップが国民育成の基盤のうえに，その発展形として位置づけられているのに対し て，中国では，グローバルなシティズンシップ育成の中核に，中華民族としての自覚や態度 の育成が位置づけられている。 |

| 抄録 | Objective: To survey the current status and problems of cooperation between clinics and hospitals in Okayama Prefecture, Japan for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: We distributed a questionnaire to 300 of the 983 Okayama Prefecture clinics that had either an internal medicine or orthopedic surgery department, from December 2013 to February 2014. The questionnaire covered practice pattern for RA treatment in clinics, current status of the hospital and clinic cooperation, and acceptance of the biologic therapy. Results: One hundred clinics responded to the questionnaire. Seventy percent of the clinics reported making referrals to rheumatologists before the initiation of RA treatment, and half of the other 30% of the clinics administered methotrexate as the first-line treatment for RA by their own decision. Sixty-six clinics cooperated with flagship hospitals, conducting medical and laboratory examinations, providing prescriptions, and treating common diseases of patients. These clinics expected the cooperating rheumatologists to follow-up patients every 3 to 6 months and to make the diagnosis, make decisions regarding RA treatment changes, and perform surgery. Seventy-one percent of the clinics responded that cooperation with a hospital is possible even for patients who are administered biologics. As reasons for no cooperation with the flagship hospitals, clinics noted the lack of information about rheumatologists in the area and recent trends in the management of RA. Conclusion: The current study reported, for the first time, the actual conditions of management of RA in clinics, as well as future problems of hospital and clinic cooperation in Okayama Prefecture. |

| 抄録 | A 45-year-old female who presented with loss of consciousness and a cold sweat was found to have a pancreatic tumor and multiple liver metastases. Laboratory studies showed marked hypoglycemia and inappropriately elevated serum insulin, C-peptide, and serum tumor markers. Fine needle aspiration revealed Grade 3 small-cell type primary pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma. Consequently, the diagnosis of malignant insulinoma was made. Transarterial embolization (TAE) for hepatic metastases resulted in the reduction of tumor volume and prompt resolution of hypoglycemic attacks, whereas diazoxide and systemic chemotherapy had been ineffective for controlling blood glucose levels, and octreotide was unavailable due to the allergic effect. This case report highlights the potential usefulness of TAE for malignant insulinomas in the management of hypoglycemia. |

| 抄録 | The acetabular coverage of the femoral head has been assessed in two-dimensions as the projected covered area or the covered angle on plain radiographs. We present a novel method of the three-dimensional assessment of femoral head coverage obtained by evaluating the covered volume of the femoral head in both normal and dysplastic hips. We also assessed the covered angles on the vertical slices passing through the center of the femoral head. The mean covered volume of the femoral head was 57.4% in normal hips and 26.6% in dysplastic hips. In dysplastic hips, the L-CE, A-CE, and P-CE angles were 7.7°, 21.8°, and 95.8°, respectively, while the acetabular angle was 27.5°. In normal hips, the CE angles were 34.0°, 56.8°, and 109.4°, respectively, while the acetabular angle was 7.2°. Our study suggests the usefulness of a novel 3D assessment for acetabular coverage of the femoral head. This assessment provided the precise 3D information necessary to diagnose hip dysplasia and assess the deficiency of acetabular coverage in these patients. Moreover, we may detect a cut-off between normal and dysplastic hips in the 3D assessment by assessing a large number of dysplastic hips both morphologically and using the new assessment. |

| 抄録 | Nursing support might help patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) remain in good mental and physical condition during interferon (IFN) therapy. However, the effects of nursing support have not been studied adequately in this context. This case-control study evaluated the effects of nursing support during IFN therapy. Twenty-four CHC patients who received pegylated IFN and ribavirin were enrolled. Nurses advised patients on the maintenance of their mental and physical condition at weekly visits, based on the results of written questionnaires. An additional 24 patients who received IFN therapy without nursing support and who were matched for age, sex, platelet count, viral serogroup and IFN regimen were selected with propensity score matching as controls. The patients with nursing support during IFN therapy achieved higher sustained virological responses (79%) than those without nursing support (58%). Adherence to the IFN and ribavirin regimens at 24 weeks of therapy were slightly higher in the patients with nursing support than those without it, but these differences were not statistically significant. Adherence to ribavirin after 24 weeks of therapy was significantly higher in those with nursing support than those without it (93% and 66%, p＝0.045). These results suggested that nursing support services could contribute to the virological responses of CHC patients by promoting drug-regimen adherence. |
