| Abstract | We combine the recent seismic reflection profiles to construct a new seismic velocity model of the sedimentary layer incorporating the accretionary prism along the Ryukyu trench. In constructing the new model, we refer to the zoning (ZONE1 to ZONE4) identified by Okamura et al. (2017, Tectonophys.). The construction process consists of the following steps: First, we digitize either unconformities or VP=4 to 5 km/s lines as the seismic basement, whichever is more clearly identifiable. Second, the digitized thickness data of the sedimentary layer from the reflection profiles are geometrically modeled and interpolated to make the three-dimensional structure model. Finally, we supplement the external region of the constructed 3-D sedimentary model using the J-SHIS model provided by the NIED to complete the velocity structure model in the entire Ryukyu arc. The main features of our model are as follows: In ZONE1, off Ishigaki-jima island, the thick sedimentary layer extends about 50 km wide from the Ryukyu trench. In ZONE2, off Miyako-jima island, the thinner layer compared to the other zones is found near the trench, with a thin sedimentary terrace covering the area behind it. In ZONE3, off Okinawa-jima island, the sedimentary layer deepens as it approaches the trench. In ZONE4, off Tokara islands, the deepest layer among all zones is identified. We then conduct 3-D finite-difference simulations of seismic wave propagation using the new and the previous models to confirm the improvement of the new model. In the simulations, the effects of the accretionary prism along the Ryukyu trench on the seismic wave propagation are clearly identified. |

| Abstract | 本研究では，公立小学校4年生を対象に，キャリア教育における自己理解能力の育成を目的とし，ポジティブ心理学に基づく性格特性的強み介入 (Character Strengths Intervention：CSI) と将来の夢についての学習を関連付けた学級活動 (３) の授業を行った。本実践を通して，児童は自分の強みを理解し，それを将来に活かそうとする意識が高まるとともに，互いの強みを認め合う活動によって児童同士の関係性の構築が促進された。一方で，学校全体でのキャリア教育の系統性と発展性の検討，強みの活用が難しい児童への個別支援の必要性が今後の課題として指摘された。 |

| Abstract | 本論文は、小学校社会科における市民性教育としての法教育のあり方を検討し、その授業構成原理を明らかにしたうえで、中学年の教育内容である販売の仕事に関する単元開発を行うものである。これまで小学校法教育では、発達心理学の論を基にしながら研究が進められてきたが、小学校社会科法教育としての体系的な研究は十分ではなかった。小学校第３学年の社会科では、第３学年「地域にみられる生産や販売の仕事について」の内容が設定されている。佐藤はスーパーマーケットを教材として小学校社会科で経済概念を形成する授業を開発し、その有効性を検証した。一方で、販売には売買契約のような法的問題も発生する。本論文では、これまでの社会科教育研究において蓄積されてきた法教育論や価値観形成論の成果を踏まえ、スーパーマーケットを教材とした小学校社会科単元開発を行う。 |

| Abstract | 2022年より教養教育科目「現代と社会」において，「色」を主題にして「岡大グッズ」の提案を行う探究型授業「生活の中の創造性」を開講している。授業前後のアンケートによると，学生は「自分にとって創造性は重要」と捉え，「他者とコミュニケーションを取りながら創造的な活動をすることに興味」があり，授業後は「自分のことを創造的である」と肯定的な評価となっていた。この授業は「主体的，対話的に考え，感じ，判断する自分自身の存在を意識すること」を促す効果が大きいことが分かった。この３年間の実践は，主軸となるテーマと探究活動の内容が大学生の探究的な学びに適したものであったと考えている。 |

| Abstract | The purpose of this paper is to examine, using quarterly financial data, how the market reaction to earnings announcements in each market segment （prime market segment, standard market segment, and growth market segment） has changed after the revision of market segmentation at the Tokyo Stock Exchange. For the research design, the abnormal volume and residual returns for the 12 quarters around April 1, 2022, when the market segmentation was changed, were calculated using the analysis method of Beaver et al. ［2020］. The results of the analysis suggest that volume is significantly affected by changes in market segmentation. In addition, for the group of stocks in the growth market, there appears to have been some change in the trend of stock price fluctuations after the market segmentation revision. |

| Abstract | VUCA時代と呼ばれる現代社会において，組織には急速に変化する社会環境への柔軟な対応力が求められている。しかし，新たな制度・施策を導入しても組織変革が進まないケースは多い。組織における変化への抵抗は古くから研究されてきた現象であり，変革へのレディネスやコミットメントなどさまざまな概念が提唱されてきた。他方で，これらの概念の内容の重複による混乱が危惧されており，VUCAが注目されはじめた2000 年代以降も，変化への抵抗に関連する新たな概念が提唱されている。こうした混乱を解決し，統合的な理解を図るため，本稿では既往知見をレビューし，社会心理学で伝統的な多次元的態度（認知，感情，行動）の視点から，変化への抵抗とその関連概念を整理した。 |

| Abstract | キャリア自律を推進する企業が増えているが，その一方で各種の支援施策が離職や人材流出を招く懸念も指摘されている。本研究では，就業者が抱くキャリア自律の志向性を考慮した分析を行い，キャリア支援施策の活用度と職場定着に関わる心理的変数との関連を検討した。若年就業者255 名のWeb調査への回答の分析から，キャリア支援施策は離職意思の抑制と組織コミットメントの向上という職場定着に有益な効果を持つことが示された。またその効果は，就業者が業界内や専門分野での活躍など広い視野をもつ専門キャリア志向を抱く場合に，より顕著に表れることが示唆された。 |
