Title Alternative Active Learning Approach in Simulated Health Guidance Utilizing ICT : Class Development and Improvement to Cultivate Practical Learning Instruction Abilities

Abstract  養護教諭の職務の重要な柱である保健指導の実践的指導力を育成するために,養成段階においても能動的学修を推進する必要がある。そこで教職科目「教育方法論」において,ICT を活用した能動的学修として模擬保健指導に取り組んだ。授業では,子どもの実態や健康課題に基づいて指導案を作成し保健指導の設計・実施・評価を一連の流れとしたグループ活動を展開した。平成25 年度から平成27 年度の3 年間の授業開発・改善の結果,「非常に到達目標を達成できた」とする学生は,平成25 年度の18.2%から平成27 年度は26.7%に増加した。「授業目標や内容が非常に理解できた」のは31.8%から60%,「教材が授業内容の理解や自宅学習に非常に役立った」のは40.9%から60%,2時間以上予習や課題にかける学生も18.2%から40%に増加した.保健指導の実践的指導力を育成し効果的な授業を可能とするためには,模擬保健指導をICT を活用した能動的学修にすることは有効といえる。

Abstract We launched our Psychiatry Liaison Team in the Department of Neuropsychiatry of Okayama University Hospital in 2009. Since nearly half of all new cases had suffered delirium, we subsequently launched our Delirium Control Team in 2011. The main purposes of the Delirium Control Team are to prevent the occurrence of delirium through early interventions by various medical staff, and to educate co-medical staff about delirium care. In this article, we present the recent activities and future outlook of both the Psychiatry Liaison Team and the Delirium Control Team.

Abstract  This study is a case study of efforts to develop a coeducation “contemporary rhythm dance” class at the junior high school attached to O University School of Education through continuous feedback between the teacher and the teacher educator. Body stiffness and self consciousness at being seen or looked at by others emerged as students’ major problems from the physical and emotional perspectives, respectively. As a result of trying multiple suggestions from students to improve the above issues from the three aspects of time, space, and movement, and based on an analysis of learner questionnaire data and teacher records, it appears that the students started to enjoy learning contemporary rhythm dance.

Abstract  A 58-year-old man with cervical esophageal cancer and a history of epilepsy was treated with chemoradiotherapy from May of 2013. When tube feeding was initiated due to aspiration pneumonitis, the patient showed a degree of irritability that affected routine staff work and treatment compliance. We attempted to perform supportive care for maladjustment by the notice, the fast, and the tube feeding, but there was no improvement. After we added carbamazepine, primidone, and propericiazine (which had been canceled at the initiation of the tube feeding) to the patient's intravenous phenytoin, the symptoms and treatment compliance improved significantly. We concluded that the causes of the patient's irritability were maladjustment and his epilepsy.
