抄録	本論文では，専門職としての教職員の学びを保障する研修のあり方を検討し，とくに大学が果たす役割と課題について考察する。教職員の学びは教育委員会での研修，勤務校園での研修，教職大学院での学修，研究団体での研修などにおいて展開される。大学が開発・実施する研修はこれらとどう関連し，どのような特色をもつか。独立行政法人教職員支援機構（以下，NITS）岡山大学センターの活動を通して検討する。そして，大学は教職員の学びのニーズに応える側にあるだけでなく，教職員の学びを再構成し，自律的協働的な学びを支援・促進していく側としての役割を果たすものであることを考察する。また，大学おけるアウトカム重視の研修開発の必要性を指摘し，今後の取組の課題として示す。
