| 抄録 | 本稿では，歌唱授業において指揮の活用を進めるために，音楽授業での指揮の取り扱いの実状を調査し，指揮を取り入れる際の課題について考察した。このために，教員養成学部の合唱受講生及び学校教員に対するアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，音楽授業での指揮の必要性や有効性を合唱受講生，学校教員ともに認識している一方，歌唱指導や合唱指導をピアノの弾き歌いで行うという旧来の指導方法が定着しているため，音楽表現に活かせる指揮が活用されていないこと， 指揮法に自信のない教員が少なからず存在すること，研修の機会を求める教員が多数存在することが明らかになった。音楽授業で，音楽を共有しながら表現を追求していくためには，生徒に正対し，意思疎通を図りながら授業を進めていくことが必須で，このためにはピアノ伴奏をしながら歌唱指導を行うという旧来のスタイルから転換し，アカペラの教材を増やし，音楽教員の歌声を基盤とした授業が必要である。さらに，基礎を身に付ける重要な時期である小学校の全学年にわたって，専科指導を推進し，また，音楽教員のリカレント教育も切実な問題と考える。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究は，芸術教育の学校現場でみられる多様な創造的な学びに目を向け，個性豊かな創造性の芽生えとその育ちに寄り添う教師の役割について検討したものである。高等学校の美術の授業では，教師は具体的な指示をあえて避け，生徒に自らの目的や問いを立てさせることを通して渾沌とした状況と向き合わせた。美術と音楽活動を連携させた中学校では，設定した場面ごとに，生徒の創造性を引き出すための例示，他者や事物との多彩な関わり方，省察の視点など多くの支援をおこなった。生徒たちの「表現したい」という創造的な思いを拾い上げ唯一無二のモノとして育てるためには，その芽生えの瞬間を見逃さず丁寧に支援することが重要である。学校教育で目指す自己実現的創造性の育成（フロントランナー型創造性）は，生徒自身の新しい価値を追求することであり，同時に，社会にとっての新しい創造性の追求へとつながる。 |

| 抄録 | This study conducted a questionnaire survey of current students taking career course at Chinese universities that have a multidisciplinary human resource development program, and found that career education course at Chinese universities have an impact on the career awareness of university students. This is a study of the effects that have occurred. Specifically, using the“ Business Japanese” curriculum, which is part of the career education of the “IT + Foreign Language” program, as an example, how students can acquire useful knowledge for job hunting such as Japanese corporate culture, self-understanding, and business manners. We measured the expected value and satisfaction level of this subject as to how it affects the improvement of employment awareness. As a result, by subject, science course students had higher expectations and satisfaction than liberal arts (humanities) course students, and in terms of self-understanding, the average value that was good before taking the course was low, confirming the effectiveness of this course. In addition, for human resources trained by the“ IT + Foreign Language” program, there is a high demand for Japanese language knowledge, and there are many hopes for lesson content, teaching methods, and teaching materials. It has been demanded. |

| 抄録 | 理科の学問分野である気象学と植物学との連携により，持続可能な開発のための教育（ESD）を志向した自然環境系の理解を目指し，大学の教科・分野横断的な科目における授業実践を行った。最初の試みとして，気象・季節・気候および植物との関連が重要となる理科の教科内容をベースに，学際的な側面を持ついくつかのテーマが見出された。とりわけ，生物季節（フェノロジー）は，ESD に関連した気象・気候の季節サイクルと植物の成長および環境応答との関わりに関する学生の理解を促進するうえで有用であることが，授業分析から示唆された。これらの授業実践から，気象学と植物学との連携が，自然環境系の ESD 的理解の促進のみならず，教科内容構成の分野横断的な検討にも役立ち，教師教育のためのアプローチとして有望である可能性が示された。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究では，音楽科授業において，達人教師たちが子どもたちに効果的に説明しているさまざまな指導場面を切り出し，「即座に反応する応答力」と「音楽に関連する専門的知識」の２つの視点に則って，ワザの個別事例を分析した。その結果，（１）「即座に反応する応答力」は，指導の中で常に行われる学習者理解によって，教育内容を調整しどのような教授行為を行うかという判断を伴うもので，教師個人内の音楽に関する概念的知識と身体知に基づき間断なく行われる。また，（２）「音楽に関連する専門的知識」は，「音楽する」行為がもたらす身体知を教師と学習者が往還させながら教授・学習されるという特徴がある。したがって「達人教師達が効果的に説明する」というのは，教師と学習者の身体知を往還させながら，教授ストラテジーを巧みに選択し「即座に反応する応答力」を発揮していく創造性豊かな教授的行為である，と考えられた。 |

| 抄録 | 本稿では，合唱団員に対して実施したアンケート調査の分析によって明らかとなった，合唱演奏会の前後における団員の意識の変容についての全体的な傾向を踏まえて（虫明, 2020），個々の団員の意識変化について，演奏会前の意識の異なる３名を抽出して，SCATを用いて分析を行った。その結果，演奏会前に，異なる方向へ向けられていた３名の団員の意識は，演奏会中の超越的な体験によって，演奏会終了後には，団員や指揮者との信頼関係へ向けられていることが挙げられた。また，個々の団員の練習参加頻度は，演奏会前の「指導者との関わりや指導内容」や演奏会後の「個々の思い」の変容に影響することも明らかになった。これらから，合唱の日々の美的追究やコンサート本番における音楽による生きたコミュニケーションによって成立する感動体験は，音楽的評価を超えて，人と人とを繋ぎ合わせる力を持っているということが考えられた。 |

| 抄録 | The optimal timing of antiretroviral therapy (ART) initiation in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected patients with cryptococcal meningitis (HIV/CM) is controversial. We designed a clinical trial to inves-tigate the optimal timing for ART initiation in HIV/CM patients. This will be a multicenter, prospective, and randomized clinical trial. Each enrolled patient will be randomized into either the early ART arm or the deferred ART arm. We will compare the mortality and incident rates of immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome between the two arms. We hope to elucidate the optimal timing for ART initiation in HIV/CM patients. |

| 抄録 | The purposes of this retrospective study were to analyze local control of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix treated with computed tomography (CT)-based image-guided brachytherapy (IGBT), as well as the factors affecting local control. A total of 39 patients were analyzed. The prescribed dose to the pelvis was 45-50 Gy with or without central shielding (CS). IGBT was delivered in 1-5 fractions. The total dose for high-risk clinical target volume (HR-CTV) was calculated as the biologically equivalent dose in 2-Gy fractions. The median follow-up period was 29.3 months. The 2-year overall survival and local control rates were 97% and 91%, respectively. In univariate analysis, the dose covering 90% of the HR-CTV (D90) and tumor size were found to be significant factors for local control. The cutoff values of tumor size and D90 for local control were 4.3 cm (area under the curve [AUC] 0.75) and 67.7 Gy (AUC 0.84) in the CS group and 5.3 cm (AUC 0.75) and 73.7 Gy (AUC 0.78) in the group without CS, respectively. However, though the local control of CT-based IGBT was favorable, the results suggested that the dose required for tumor control may differ depending on the presence of CS. |

| 抄録 | Heart diseases are one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Despite major advances in drug and interventional therapies, surgical procedures, and organ transplantation, further research into new therapeutic options is still necessary. Stem cell therapy has emerged as one option for the treatment of a variety of heart diseases. Although a large number of clinical trials have shown stem cell therapy to be a promising therapeutic approach, the results obtained from these clinical studies are inconsistent, and stem cell-based improvements of heart performance and cardiac remodeling were found to be quite limited. Since the precise mechanisms underlying the therapeutic actions of stem cells are still under debate, researchers have developed a variety of strategies to improve and boost the potency of stem cells in repair. In this review, we summarize both the current therapeutic strategies using stem cells and future directions for enhancing stem cell potency. |

| 抄録 | A 76-year-old Japanese man was transferred to our hospital to undergo rehabilitation after traffic accident-related injuries. Seven days post-admission, he presented with abdominal pain and an 8-cm lump in the right inguinal region. He was diagnosed with an incarcerated inguinal hernia and underwent elective surgery the day after manual reduction. He had a normal vermiform appendix which was observed to have adhered to the right indirect hernia sac. An appendectomy and hernia repair using lightweight mesh were performed. We discuss the surgical management of this rare incarcerated Amyand’s hernia and the relevant literature. |
