| 抄録 | This article analyzed about the maximization enterprise value with two period. In the microeconomics theory, the principle of enterprise behavior is profit maximization. But, the management theory has many kinds of principles of enterprise behavior. On this article, enterprise value maximization is assumed one of the most important principles of enterprise behavior. This article analyzed about the two−period model. Therefore, the enterprise value of two period is the present enterprise value. On this article, we have three kinds of economic subjects. They are stockholder, management personnel and employee. The stockholder wants to maximize the present enterprise value. The management personnel wants to maximize his utility which depends on his income and position. The employee wants to maximize his utility which depends on his wage and the size of enterprise. According to our analysis, this article proved that the equilibrium point of present enterprise value maximization is different from the equilibrium point of the management personnel’s utility maximization, and the equilibrium point of present enterprise value maximization is also different from the equilibrium point of the employee’s utility maximization. |

| 抄録 | The first aim of this paper is to express quantitatively the global standards pattern of change in industrial structure, thereby to show Revised Petty−Clark’s law that includes the back ward bending tendency of the second industry, which means that the composition ratio of the second industry changes to decrease from increase at the ratio of about 40%.And the second is to show implications and examples of application of the standards pattern. Then we will be able to attain successfully the first aim and to show the following implications and examples of application. They are ①the standards stages of economic development based on the standards pattern, ②the difference ratio of industrial structure, which means the degree of gap of the pattern of a nation from the standards pattern, and ③the converging tendency of industrial structure. |

| 抄録 | Since 1997, China has earnestly taken the basic trends of economic globalization as the object to incorporate them into its world strategy, though China didn't exactly decide the “Reform and Opening up Policy” on the perspective of the economic globalization. China considered it more useful for her economic development and raising its position in the world political economy to set China into the main stream of economic globalization as the basic trend within the world economy. Economic globalization has twin aspects with a national economy ; inflow of foreign direct investment, portfolio investment, technology, labor and services, and outflow of them. This article focuses on the latter problems experienced by China. We can find some reasons in the background of China’s strategic orientation, as follows ; China must secure its economic security for smooth economic development , whereas, a few main developed countries strengthen controls over basic resources and market share of the world within global economic competition, China has developed conditions to use comparative advantages in some sectors to set up China’s direct investment enterprises abroad, thus increasing foreign currency reserves− an important factor , incurring frequent conflicts in exports, securing foreign technology by M&A. Currently, China’s foundation of political economy in “The Age of Peace and Development”, “The Age of Economic Globalization,” lays special emphasis on “The General Security Strategy” accountable not only to her own country’s military security but also to its economic security for said economic development. The main point is to strengthen global economic relations by economic cooperation−the latter aspects of economic globalization mentioned above. This article analyzes steps for the relaxation of controls over China’s enterprise activities overseas, the relaxation of foreign exchange controls, and the encouragement for China’s enterprises going abroad to study its rapid progress of said strategy . Lastly, it refers to Hong Kong’s vanguard position in a China’s “Going Abroad.” Strategy. |

| 抄録 | This paper aims to study the relation between financial reconstruction of local governments and decentralization, in connection with recent broader−based administration. Yubari City, Hokkaido failed finance since last year, and shifted to the financial reconstruction since April, 2007 as is well known. A serious crisis of the local finance was made ahead, and six local groups proposed the fiscal reform including the reform of intergovernmental relations.. At the age of Heisei in Japan, the amalgamation policy of the municipality was advanced aiming at the efficiency improvement of the local finance. In addition the regional system as the broader−based local government (Do−shu−sei) begins to be discussed. We are going to examine whether the amalgamation of municipalities and the regional system scheduled in the future can promote the decentralization process of the local administration and finance. I describe in this thesis that a careful examination such as the broader−based local governments between prefectures will be necessary for the promotion of regional system. |

| 抄録 | As examined in our previous papers, Richardson's Pamela contains a rich variety of expressions, whether endearing or depreciatory, which are applied to male/female characters in the novel. In succession to Wakimoto(2007c), the present paper continues to examine the terms of abuse found in Pamela. This time, our focus of discussion is on the terms used allusively or figuratively. In figurative language, a referent is substituted by another word or phrase which embodies, in a more effective way, the central features of the referent. It appears quite likely, therefore, that most, if not all, of those which are represented by such rhetorical devices as 'metaphor' or 'metonymy' give more vivid and clearer impressions. Our purpose here in this paper is twofold: first to classify some remarkable of examples of symbolic words in Pamela, and then to make a rough comparison with Fielding's two parodies of it. |
