| 抄録 | This study aims to improve the quality of home nursing care for the elderly. The report presents web-based information about devices and services for remote monitoring and health management using information and communication technology and about how they can improve home care nursing station efficiency in Japan. The search terms "elderly people," "watch over," and "service," plus "sensor" were used to narrow the search. After repeating the search using a chained search for materials and links extracted from those search results, services for home care stations particularly addressing the remote monitoring of elderly people were selected and extracted. Early detection of abnormalities for support by home health nurse responsibilities for observing the general condition of the patient was chosen as the main evaluation index of usefulness. The contractor and service cost were secondary evaluation axes. Results show 9 information communication devices and services for real-time monitoring of the elderly persons’ vital signs in real time for 24 hr, 2 of which are highly useful for early detection of abnormalities and subsequent response. Results suggest that other services might be more useful, depending on how they are used, and that general-purpose services with minimum functions and low cost of introduction and maintenance can provide more opportunities for utilization. Providing these services on a BtoBtoC model and responding to patients’ medical needs can supplement home care nursing station work, increase human resource and time efficiencies, and give patients "the feeling that a nurse is always at their bedside,” even when far away. |

| 抄録 | Diffusion-weighted imaging may be used to obtain the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), which aids the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and tumors. An ADC reflects elements of free diffusion. Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) has attracted attention as a restricted diffusion imaging technique. The ADC subtraction method (ASM) was developed to visualize restricted diffusion with high resolution by using two ADC maps taken with different diffusion times. We conducted the present study to provide a bridge between the reported basic ASM research and clinical research. We developed new imaging software for clinical use and evaluated its performance herein. This software performs the imaging process automatically and continuously at the pixel level, using ImageJ software. The new software uses a macro or a plugin which is compatible with various operating systems via a Java Virtual Machine. We tested the new imaging software’s performance by using a Jurkat cell bio-phantom, and the statistical evaluation of the performance clarified that the ASM values of 99.98% of the pixels in the bio-phantom and physiological saline were calculated accurately (p<0.001). The new software may serve as a useful tool for future clinical applications and restricted diffusion imaging research. |

| 抄録 | The aim of this study was to investigate the awareness and experience, among dental practitioners, of adverse events resulting from dental treatment of patients undergoing therapy with drugs that affect the immune system [angiogenesis inhibitors, biological agents, immunosuppressants, and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs)]. For this purpose, a nationwide questionnaire survey was conducted. Questionnaires were sent to 2,050 dentists, of which 206 (10.1%) were completed and returned. The results showed that most dentists were aware of complications associated with dental treatment of patients treated with drugs that affect the immune system, and about half had actually experienced such complications. Delayed wound healing, osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ), and postoperative infections were reported. Whereas approximately 50% of dentists did not discontinue the drugs during dental treatment, about 18% did. During temporary drug discontinuation, some patients experienced aggravation of the primary disease, such as worsening of rheumatism, growth of tumors, and rejection reactions of transplanted organs. As for medical cooperation, only less than half of the dentists were asked for oral hygiene management by a physician prior to starting the drug treatment. Prospective studies are needed because evidence for dental treatments in patients treated with these drugs remains limited. |

| 抄録 | Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 a year ago, we have been living a drastically changed life—a new “normal.” One area in which this new normal is conspicuous is teaching and learning. Amid the rage of the spreading pandemic, schools and universities around the world had no choice but to switch to an online mode of teaching as the only viable option to deliver education. The sudden change to the online mode of teaching caused much confusion among teachers as they bore the brunt of the Covid-19’s assault on their established patterns of teaching. They often experienced intense feelings of anxiety in getting the new technology to work and crafting classes online to be as meaningful as possible. The story of this baffling experience of teaching needs to be told. Also, the students’ responses to new modes of learning need to be recorded. |

| 抄録 | 保育におけるリトミックでは，近年，音楽領域に限らない多様な学びの獲得が期待されている。保育施設における４･５歳児学級の事例を中心に考察した結果，「音楽を体感する力」「音楽への興味の高まり」「注意して聴く力」「自分で考えて表現する力」「協調性」「集中力」「即時反応力」「リズム感」「感性」の育ちが確認できた。保育におけるリトミックは，表現教育の一環として採り入れると同時に，体系的･包括的なカリキュラムを構成することが重要である。また，子どもの主体的な身体表現と多様な動きを引き出すためには，保育者自身がリトミックを純粋に楽しむことが必要不可欠であり，そのためには，ある程度の専門的な知識と技術が求められる。例えば，音楽的要素によって変化する音楽の印象を感じ取る感性や，保育におけるリトミックの題材となり得るものを身体表現化することに慣れ，多様で柔軟な動きができるようになっておく必要があるだろう。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究は，グローバル・リーダー育成のためのシティズンシップ教育の方法を，具体的な教育実践の分析を通して明らかにしようとするものである。参考にするのは，日本においてスーパーグローバルハイスクール（以下，SGH と表す）の指定を受けて教育改革に取り組んでいる高等学校である。近年，日本の高等学校では教育改革が急速に進み，各学校が独自の教育課程を作り，新しい教育方法にチャレンジしている。一方，教育においても，リーダ ーシップ育成論が注目されており，それは一部の人を対象とするものではなく，社会で活動する市民に必要な資質として認知されるようになりつつある。本研究では，SGH に取り組む学校が，国際的に活躍できるグローバル・リーダーの育成にいかに取り組んでいるかを分析し，シティズンシップ教育の新たな原理を解明したい。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究では，５歳児の１，２学期を通じた振り返りの時間の話し合い活動を観察し，テーマの内容，子どもと保育者の発話の量や内容を分析した。その結果，１学期当初は新たな担任と子どもとで話し合い活動をどのように創り上げていくか，その方途を探る時期であることが分かった。保育者は子どもの発言を促しては受容して聞く姿勢の範となりながら，発話ルールの習得に繋がる経験を重ねさせた。その際，保育者は子どもの代弁をせず，子どもが発言できるよう「確認」や「質問」を挟みながら発言を先導することの重要性が見出された。子どもは次第に発話ルールを身に付け，日々の活動の中で直面している問題を述べ，聞き手からの応答を得ながら，協同的な問題解決の機会として活かせるようになることが明らかになった。 |
