抄録	This study aimed to develop a perspective that considers the interaction between a creator and the object they create during formative activities as a dialogue, and recognizes it as a means for the creator’s learning. To this end, we conducted a literature survey focusing on Martin Heidegger’s seminal work Sein und Zeit. Through the survey, we could provide examples of learning that creators experience while engaging in dialogue in formative activities. Additionally, we developed a perspective that considers the dialogue related to Das Sein, such as the motifs, impressions, and atmosphere, as linked to the shapes and colors they create. Furthermore, we explored the learning creators acquire as they renew themselves through this dialogic process.

抄録	キャリア自律を推進する企業が増えているが，その一方で各種の支援施策が離職や人材流出を招く懸念も指摘されている。本研究では，就業者が抱くキャリア自律の志向性を考慮した分析を行い，キャリア支援施策の活用度と職場定着に関わる心理的変数との関連を検討した。若年就業者255 名のWeb調査への回答の分析から，キャリア支援施策は離職意思の抑制と組織コミットメントの向上という職場定着に有益な効果を持つことが示された。またその効果は，就業者が業界内や専門分野での活躍など広い視野をもつ専門キャリア志向を抱く場合に，より顕著に表れることが示唆された。

抄録	本研究の目的は，生徒のwell-being及び強みへの注目の向上を目的とした強み介入を１時間の学級活動と事前事後の学習活動として実践し，その教育成果について検証すること及び他者の強みへの注目の変化の要因について探索的に検討することであった。分析対象は，公立中学校の生徒４クラス105 名（男子56 名，女子45 名，未回答４名）であり，１群事前事後テストデザインで検証した。その結果，生徒のwell-beingと自他の強みへの注目の向上は確認されなかった。また，他者の強みへの注目の変化によって３群（低下群・維持群・向上群）にわけ，群と学習の感想で書かれた自由記述の関連を検討した結果，他者の強みへの注目の変化には，①強みを見つける対象者との関係性，②強み介入時のポジティブ感情の経験，③自他の多様な強みへの気付き，④多様性を尊重する態度の４点が関係していた。最後に，本研究の結果をモデリングの発達差に着目して考察し，今後の強み介入の展望について議論した。

抄録	Middle-ear salivary gland choristoma (SGCh) is a rare, benign tumor that causes conductive hearing loss owing to middle-ear morphological abnormalities. Early diagnosis is challenging, and surgical resection is indispensable for a definitive diagnosis. We report the case of a 3-year-old boy diagnosed with middle-ear SGCh during the follow-up period for left-sided hearing loss discovered at newborn hearing screening (NHS). Long-term follow-up after the NHS result, subsequent computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging, and surgical resection led to its relatively early diagnosis and treatment.

Surgical Treatment of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm in a Patient with a Liver Abscess

抄録	The presence of an intraperitoneal source of infection, e.g., a liver abscess, can be an obstacle to performing an abdominal aortic surgery with a midline laparotomy because graft infection is one of the most critical complications of aortic surgery. We report the successful Y-grafting of a pararenal abdominal aortic aneurysm through a retroperitoneal approach in a 67-year-old male undergoing liver abscess drainage. The retroperitoneal approach to the abdominal aorta may be useful for abdominal aortic surgery in patients with a localized intraperitoneal infection.
