| Abstract | 地域振興を目指す地方自治体にとっての関心事は，生産額や所得以上に雇用であるといえよう。特に，人口減少時代においては，その重要度は高まってきている。 地域産業連関表においては，雇用係数を用いて最終需要の変化に対する雇用誘発効果を産業部門別に求めることができる。しかしながら，どういった経路を経て雇用が変化していくのかを検証することは出来ない。それを見るには雇用係数に基づく逆行列を作成する必要がある。 本研究では，生産者価格表示の競争移入型の地域産業連関表を雇用者数で把えたモデルに置き換え，それによって需要の変化による雇用者への影響について，他産業からの間接効果を見ることができるようにモデルを転換する。また消費内生化モデルとすることで，雇用効果を「レオンチェフ（生産波及）効果」と「ケインズ（所得・支出）効果」に分離することを可能としている。これらによって，産業別に雇用波及プロセスの異なりが明らかになり，地方自治体の総合戦略の実践や今後の政策立案にとって大いに寄与するものとなる。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は、戦国期の大名分国の領域支配のあり方から、権力構造の特質を明らかにすることを目的としている。戦国大名権力については、「家中」に対する支配と、大名「家中」に包摂されない自立的な戦国領主（国衆）に対する支配の「二重構造」が指摘されるが、自立的な戦国領主による「領」支配と、大名が「家中」や一門から任命した支城主による支城領支配には共通性もみられ、支城主が一定の自立性をもつ場合もある。こうした自立的な領域支配は、大名の分国支配・防衛のための必要性から生じる側面があり、そこに戦国期の権力構造の特質を見出すことができると考える。よって、その観点から戦国領主と支城主を分析することで、大名権力の構造の解明を試みるものである。 |

| Abstract | 明日は我が身に起こるかもしれない災難や厄災、不条理。非常の中の日常の中の非日常という重層性。保養として別の地域に出向いて経験できる「解放」。震災を経験した土地での複雑な経験。東日本大震災被災者に関わり支援した在日コリアンたちを柱に論を進める。「チグハグ」「クラクラ」「ワイワイ」と形容される被災者と支援者の体験を通じて、他者を支援するとはどういうことか、「なりゆき」や「あそび」の概念と絡めながら諭じる。単一民族神話が蔓延する日本で無視されることが多い外国ルーツの人たちの活躍にも目を向ける。人類学者と社会学者である筆者達が共著の中、上記の間題や概念と格闘しながらの試みが本著である。 |

| Abstract | 本稿は、市民育成のための地域社会における日本語教育の原理や方法に関する理論的枠組みを構築しようとするものである。その際、特に外国人技能実習生に対する日本語教育を対象として取り上げ、技能実習生のキャリア形成に焦点をあて、それに対して日本語教育がどのように役立つかを、先行研究の分析を通して理論的に考察していく。外国人技能実習生が直面している問題としては、地域社会に参加する市民を育成するための内容が組み込まれていないことによって、彼ら・彼女らのキャリア形成につながる学習が十分に保障されていないことが挙げられる。本稿では、市民育成と日本語教育の関連について考察した先行研究を分析し、外国人が日本社会の中で個々の生き方を追求するにあたって、日本語教育がどのような役割を担うかを理論的に検討する。そのうえで、そのための学習の場としての地域日本語教育の可能性と意義を探る。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，社会参加学習の原理を小学校社会科に取り入れ，主権者育成を目指した教育内容開発を行うものである。具体的には，先行研究で明らかにされている社会参加学習の原理と方法を検討したうえで，小学校社会科において社会参加を学習指導に取り入れる方法を解明し，その方法を子供自身が地域課題の解決に取り組む単元の開発を通して提案する。主権者教育は，一般的には中等教育段階を想定したものと捉えられがちであるが，主権者育成はたんに投票を促すだけではなく，社会の形成者として必要な資質・能力を広く身に着けさせることを目指したものである。その資質・能力には，認識から思考力・判断力，そして，態度や行動まで含まれる。これを総合的に身に付けさせるためには，社会の中で自ら課題を発見し，その解決に取り組む学習が有効であると考えられる。本研究では，地域課題の解決を目指した社会科の単元開発を通して，初等教育段階の主権者育成の方法を示す。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，主権者育成を目指した小学校社会科の原理と方法を解明し，単元開発を通してそれを具体的に提案しようとするものである。18 歳に選挙権年齢が引き下げられて以降，主権者教育が注目されるようになったが，一般的には主権者教育は中等教育段階のものと考えられ，小学校における取組事例は多くはない。しかし，主権者教育は選挙の際の投票行動を促すことを目標とするものではない。主権者として必要な社会認識を形成し，主権者として必要な政治的判断力を養うとともに，主権者としての自覚や態度，さらには主権者として行動するためのスキルを身に着けさせるものである。それらは，初等教育段階から体系的・継続的に育成する必要がある。本研究では，主権者教育の原理に関する先行研究や，小学校主権者教育のために開発された実践等の分析を通して，小学校主権者教育の原理と方法を解明し，社会科の学習として位置づけられる単元の開発を通してそれらを具体的に提案するものである。 |

| Abstract | 2019年より，岡山大学では学生が企画・運営の主体となり，岡山市・こくみん共済 coop 岡山推進本部との産官学連携体制のもと，ダンスを用いた防災教育教材『ぼうさいPiPit ！ダンス』の開発と普及啓発活動を行う「防災ダンスプロジェクト」が始動した．大学を中心としたダンスを用いた社会課題解決の取り組みは全国的に見ても少なく，この防災ダンスの活動は先駆的な取り組み事例である．本稿では，特に教材の開発に焦点をあて，その制作過程を踏まえつつ，教材の全体的な方向性・学習内容・振り付け・音楽の特徴を整理・分析を行なうことで，今後のダンスを用いた地域社会の課題解決に関する基礎的資料を得ることを目的とする． |

| Abstract | 平成23（2011）年に設立された「岡山大学地域総合研究センター」は、通称「AGORA（広場）」と呼ばれ、地域コミュニティにおける「市民参加や市民協働」、「地域共存・地域共生」を推進、実践するために、多様な人が集い、みなで熟議し、直面する社会課題を解決することを使命とした全学センターである。そこではシンクタンク機能を果たしながら、併せて、学生の地域社会における活動や教育カリキュラム作りを支援する活動を続けてきた。令和３（2021）年は設立10年目を迎えるため、拙者が担当した倉敷市に係る活動の概要を紹介することにより、同センターの小括として記録に留める。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，教員養成カリキュラムに地域社会との連携に基づく実践的な科目を導入することの意義と方法について，岡山大学教育学部での実践をふまえて論じるものである。全国の大学において，講義中心ではなく学生の主体性を重んじる課題解決型の授業や，地域社会と連携した体験型の授業が増えてきている。また，教員養成においても，学校での体験が重視され，インターンシップが導入され始めるなどの動きが見られるようになった。両者の流れは同じように見えて，教員養成においては体験が学校に限定されている点が異なっている。教員養成という目的の下では，実践や体験の場が学校に限定されるのは当然のようにも思われるが，本研究では，教員養成においても学校外の実践や体験が必要であることを論じたうえで，その考え方に基づいて構想，実践した科目の報告を行う。報告を通して，教員の養成にも学校内だけではなく学校外の実践体験が重要であることを論じていきたい。 |

| Abstract | The Kibi Plateau Surface is associated with the Paleogene gravel river bed deposits of the Kibi Group and the Miocene marine deposits of the Katsuta Group and the Bihoku Group. These Paleogene and Miocene units are valley fill deposits. The Kibi Group is composed of formations which is deposited by more than 7 different depositional events during earliest to latest Paleogene Period. Repeated cycles of “erosion - formation of new valley system - deposition and fill up the valley” created the low relief topographic surface. The deposition of the Miocene deposits might complete the Kibi Plateau Surface. Detailed field works have done in middle western part of Okayama Prefecture. The Kibi Plateau Surface in study area is gently dipping from NW (about 600m high) to SE (about 100m high). The distributions of the Paleogene and Miocene deposits fit the surface. At the southern margin of the Kibi Plateau, the surface is a little inclined (from 400m high to 100m high) where the bottom of paleo-valleys of the Paleogene deposits are subparallel to the surface. It suggests that the gentle tilting of the Kibi Plateau is caused by an up-warping. |
