| Abstract | 1.ハッカ属の2つの亜属間に人工授粉を行なって受精と胚の発達の過程を調べた. 2.亜属間交雑〔152-9〕×〔2〕では,花粉管は胚のうに達し,受精が行なわれ,胚および胚乳の分裂もある程度まで進むが,異常な珠心細胞の増殖によって授粉後,72時間頃から,胚,胚乳ともに崩かいを始め,枯渇萎凋して種子を生じなかった.3.胚,胚乳の崩かいの原因は,BRINK and COOPERの場合と同様,珠心細胞の異常増殖が通導組織の発達を阻害し,その結果栄養分の補給不足をきたすためと推論した。
