| Abstract | Recently, competition among universities has a whole new face, and emphasis is given toward interdependence and interactive evolution between universities and regions. From this social perspective, universities should contribute to regional development by serving the regional society using results of intellectual work, and it is necessary for universities to accomplish social contribution and regional cooperation strategically. One of the most important parts in strategic planning is that students participate in activities for social contribution and regional cooperation. This paper presents a survey of the university students’ awareness on social contribution and regional cooperation using several statistical methods and attempts to find factors which affect activities for social contribution and regional cooperation using logistic regression analysis. |

After the work above, we will also re-evaluate“ The Postal Service Privatization Law”（ passed in the time of Koizumi Administration） and“ The Postal Reform Bills”（ under parliamentary discussion when this paper was written） each other. |

| Title Alternative | An analysis on economic rationality of legal contracts in the tax avoidance cases |

| Abstract | As the tax agency had aggressively examined and determined the suspected tax avoidance schemes, several litigations were sued by the taxpayers. The tax agency has justified its tax assessments based on the‘restructured contract approach in private law’, however, the court has not always judged favorable decisions. The main purpose of this article is to reconsider the economic rationality of tax avoidance scheme from a viewpoint of the possibility of earning a sufficient pre-tax profit. To clarify this purpose, I introduce the two major cases for tax avoidance litigation, the Film-lease case where the agency finally won and the Aircraft-lease case where the agency lost. Through the contrast of these cases, I would mention how the tax reduction effects were created in the schemes and whether the economic substances of these lease business activities can be recognized without the tax reduction effects. I would finally suggest how the tax agency would conduct tax examinations against the tax avoidance schemes. |

| Abstract | 本稿は、文部科学省が実施した「全国学力・学習状況調査」（メインタイトルを含め、以下本稿では全国学力テストと略記）のうち悉皆調査として行われた2009（平成21）年の結果を検討し、児童生徒の活用力を育成する学校教育課程のあり方を考察するデータの整理を主な目的としている。具体的には、現在まで計５回行われた調査において教科（国語、算数・数学）学力調査の結果が常に上位を占める秋田県の結果を、ほぼ全国平均の位置にある岡山県の結果と比較した。教科テストの結果、教科テストと並んで行われた児童生徒の学習や生活の実態の調査及び学校長らが解答した学校調査の結果をそれぞれ比較することで、本稿において「活用力」の指標として位置づけている全国学力テストB問題における正答率の高さと密接な関係にあるいくつかの要因を抽出することを試みた。 |

| Abstract | ドイツ（連邦共和国）のザクセン邦におけるミッテルシューレ（通算呼称，第５～10学年）に焦点を当て，教科書を手がかりにして，教科生物の特徴を，日本の中学校の教科理科における生物分野との比較を通じて，明らかにした。ザクセン邦では教科生物として設定しており, 日本に比べて週授業時間数が多く, 選択分野もある。また, 人体を取り扱っており，人体分野の一部の内容には, いわば保健の内容が含まれ, ザクセン邦の週授業時間割表から保健がないことがわかるように教科生物で取り扱っている。教科書における学習内容とページ数, 索引の学習分野別割合, 人体分野の取扱いの範囲と順序に関する対比,DNAに関する取り扱う学年と範囲と内容の比較などから判断すれば, 日本の中学校の理科における生物教育とは異なり, ザクセン邦の生物教育の内容が広く,緻密であることがうかがわれる。 |

| Abstract | ドイツ・ザクセン邦におけるミッテルシューレと東ドイツのオーベルシューレとに焦点を当て，学校教育法，学習指導要領などを手がかりにし,40年間程度の隔たりがある生物教育の比較分析を行ってきた。週授業時間数はオーベルシューレ（第5～10学年）からミッテルシューレに至り1時間減少した。例えば, オーベルシューレでは生物兵器(ベトナム戦争におけるアメリカ軍の枯葉剤散布)を取り上げることを求めていたが, ミッテルシューレでは話題にもなっていないことや, 東ドイツもザクセン邦も遺伝学習はされているが, 東ドイツは遺伝子レベルで, ザクセン邦はDNAレベルまでも学習がされていることから判断すれば, 生物教育は社会主義の建設を標榜しなくなったことによるイデオロギーの変化と, 科学技術の発展による時代の流れによる変化に影響されてきたことがうかがわれる。 |

| Abstract | 岡山大学教師教育開発センターでは、ウェブサイトを活用した全学教職課程を支える学生サービスの提供を開始するため、新たなウェブサイトを構築した。まず、想定される利用者を明らかにし、全体のページ構成について検討し、そこから必要となる機能を導き出した。そこで、国立情報学研究所が開発したContents Management System（CMS）「NetCommons」を導入し、必要なカスタマイズを行った。また、NetCommonsをインストールするサーバーについては、岡山大学情報統括センターが提供する「クラウドホスティングサービス」を活用して、アクセス制限や統合認証等にも対応した。ウェブサイト構築後は、まず教職員向けの機能理解・利用促進を図る取組を展開した。 |

| Abstract | 教師力養成講座は、学生のニーズや不安感に関わるテーマについて現場のトップリーダーとして活躍されている現職校長・教員から、その本質と課題解決に向けた取り組みの状況を迫力ある生の言葉で学生に語りかける形で行われた。学生達は、その生の言葉に魅了され、勇気がわき、教師の使命と責任の大きさ、そして、教職に真剣に向き合うことから生まれる充実感に気づいてきた。センターが全学化されたことにより、教育学部以外の学生の積極的な参加が目立つようになり、教育学部生にも刺激となっている。DVDに録画、編集したものを参加できなかった学生たちに視聴させている。徐々に、視聴する学生が増加しDVDの有効性が感じられる。来年度はDVDを一層活用させ教師力の育成に役立てたい。 |

| Abstract | 岡山大学は全学の教職課程を担う「教師教育開発センター」を平成22年度に創設し、学部の枠を超えた教員養成教育の質保証に取り組んでいる。教育実習事前事後指導や教育実習ならびに教職実践演習（平成25年度から実施）等を中心とする「全学教職コア・カリキュラム」の企画・運営だけではなく、これらの科目の教育成果とその課題を検証し、FD的視点に基づくカリキュラム開発と改善とを進めている。「母校訪問」とは、教育学部以外の学生（文学部、法学部、経済学部、理学部、工学部、環境理工学部、農学部、マッチングプログラムコース）のうち、改正後の教育職員免許法が適用される平成22 年度以降入学生（現１、２年生）を対象に、センターが独自に開発した１年次生対象のプログラムである。本稿ではその成果と課題の検証を通して、いわゆる「開放制」と「大学における教員養成」の原則に基づいた教員養成教育の可能性を検討する。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は、小学校環境学習において持続可能な社会についての認識形成を図る授業構成の原理と、それをふまえた具体的な授業プランを提案しようとするものである。持続可能な社会を論じる視点はいくつか考えられるが、本研究においては、世代間の公平性に着目し、それを実現し得る社会とはどのようなものか、そのために何が必要かを児童自身に考えさせる授業を提案していく。授業の題材は、倉敷美観地区の伝統的な町並み保存活動である。その活動を支えているものは何か、活動は何を目指しているかを捉えさせることで先の目標を達成していきたい。 |

| Abstract | 教員免許状更新講習の実践内容と，受講者の事前および事後アンケートの分析を中心に，歌唱指導における教師力の育成について考察を行なった。受講前には，歌唱指導に問題意識や苦手意識を持っている教師らが多く，指導法に関しても，すぐ現場で使えるような発声法や指導法を求めている教師らが多かったが，講習により，①問題意識・苦手意識の緩和，②歌唱指導についての考え方の転換，③歌唱指導についての知識や技能の獲得，④歌唱指導( 音楽の授業) への意欲の喚起の4点の成果が得られたことが明らかとなった。特に，理論と実践を関連させながら，多角的な声へのアプローチをしていくことが，歌唱指導における教師力の育成につながると考えられた。 |

| Abstract | 長引く不況や絶え間なく変化する社会の中，子ども達にとって将来の夢に不安を隠せない現状がある。また，自分でどのように判断し，生き抜けばよいか分からなくなったり，自信をなくしたりして，将来を生きる希望すら見失うことも少なくない。こうした不安感から自分自身の心に自信と希望を目指していくことで，夢や目標を抱き，生きる喜びを感じられるようになる。そのためには，キャリア的視点からみた道徳性を育んでいくことが重要であると考える。本研究では，充実したコミュニケーション行為によるキャリア的視点からみた道徳授業を実践することにより，人の心の中にどのような心情がめばえ，将来への展望をもつことができるかについて検証した。また，よりよいコミュニケーション行為の確立によって，それぞれの道徳的価値がどのように変化し，自己肯定感の向上に結びつくかについて明らかにした。 |

| Abstract | 梅雨降水量の多い西日本の長崎を例に，20世紀の梅雨降水変動に関する探究的授業の開発を行った。本学習プランは，高校の『地学基礎』，『地学』，『地理』をも念頭に置いたものであるが，岡山大学教育学部の「生活科内容研究A」の1コマ分を使って研究授業を行い，その結果を分析した。気候学的に梅雨が明ける7月後半頃には『無降水日』も多いが，その時期にも主に梅雨前線活動に関連した『顕著な大雨日』がしばしば出現する。授業では，そのような点を探究的に見出すことを目標とし，7月後半頃の日々の大雨日及び無降水日の出現状況やそれらの梅雨最盛期との違い，7月後半頃の顕著な大雨日における気圧配置の特徴などを，6～7月の日々の降水量データ表などに基づき読み取る作業・考察を学習活動の中心に据えた。本稿では，取り扱った現象の特徴，授業の概要，分析結果などについて報告する。 |

| Abstract | ドイツ･ザクセン邦のグルントシューレと東ドイツのオーベルシューレ (第 1-4学年)とに焦点を当て,いわば学校教育法,学習指導要領などの比較考察から,ドイツにおける初等教育段階 (通算呼称第 1-4学年)の物理教育の変遷を明らかにした｡物理教育がなされている可能性のある部分は.教科ドイツ語における領域郷土科の学習分野｢自然に関する知識一自然観察｣から教科事象教授の学習分野｢無生命自然の現象との出会い｣に換わり,東 ドイツでは気象分野はなされていたが,ザクセン邦に至って,気象分野以外に,物理学の幾つかの分野 (光,熱,静力学など)も扱われるように変化し,気象分野が物理学の一分野でないと考えれば,初等教育段階で物理教育がなされるよう変化したといえる｡初等教育段階の物理教育の概念･構造においては,物理学の分野に気象分野を含めるかどうか,どのような分野を必須と見なすかが問題となる｡ |

| Abstract | In our previous several papers,we examined negative expressions in Richardson's epistolary novels mainly from the viewpoint of ''word-formation." our last paper,in particular, was devoted to considering his use of un-words. The present paper continues to discuss negative expressions further in the perspective of word-formation. This time our focus is put on the analysis of "Compounds" used as negation(including quasi-negation"). The analysis is made in three substantial sections; the first two sections provide some representative examples, with the remaining one confined to the discussion of the author's technique as a word-maker. In the process of summing up Our discussions, We hope to point out his linguistic influences on Jane Austen, aprominent female writer of the coming generation. |

| Abstract | 道徳授業を行っていく上で,最も重要な鍵となるのが,その授業時間に取り組む｢主題｣と目指す｢道徳的価値｣を設定することである。しかし,1時間の道徳授業の中で子どもたちが学び考えるのは, 1つの道徳的価値項目のみではなく,一人ひとりの子どもの経験,追徳的価値観,道徳的な思考の差異に応じて多様である。そこで,1つの方向のみから道徳授業を構成するのではなく,授業の中でコミュニケーション的行為にもとづく話し合いを組織することによって,学ばれる道徳的価値を拡張させ,多面的な角度から道徳的価値について考える授業を構成することができると考えた｡そして,1つの道徳的価値から段階的に価値を広げる道徳授業を実践したところ,多面的な角度から道徳的価値の思考を深めることができた｡そしてその際,子どもたちの相互主体的な討論を組織することが道徳性の拡張をもたらすことを明らかにした。 |
