Statistical analyses of the differences of values of examinees, 8333 residents, in mass examination of circulatory disease between the two continued years were carried out and the following results were obtained. 1) The positive rates of proteinuria changed remarkably between the two years, but those of glucosuria did little or nothing, and were rather constant. 2) As 44.1 % of the cases who discontinued antihypertensive therapy had blood pressure under the borderline, so it was not always able to say, we thought that the therapy should not be discontinued. 3) The code number 4-6 of electrocardiography, which was not classified in Minesota code, seemed to be an important finding for the health control.
