In constructing the new model, we refer to the zoning (ZONE1 to ZONE4) identified by Okamura et al. (2017, Tectonophys.). The construction process consists of the following steps: First, we digitize either unconformities or VP=4 to 5 km/s lines as the seismic basement, whichever is more clearly identifiable. Second, the digitized thickness data of the sedimentary layer from the reflection profiles are geometrically modeled and interpolated to make the three-dimensional structure model. Finally, we supplement the external region of the constructed 3-D sedimentary model using the J-SHIS model provided by the NIED to complete the velocity structure model in the entire Ryukyu arc. The main features of our model are as follows: In ZONE1, off Ishigaki-jima island, the thick sedimentary layer extends about 50 km wide from the Ryukyu trench. In ZONE2, off Miyako-jima island, the thinner layer compared to the other zones is found near the trench, with a thin sedimentary terrace covering the area behind it. In ZONE3, off Okinawa-jima island, the sedimentary layer deepens as it approaches the trench. In ZONE4, off Tokara islands, the deepest layer among all zones is identified. We then conduct 3-D finite-difference simulations of seismic wave propagation using the new and the previous models to confirm the improvement of the new model. Today, unlike the attraction of heavy, large-scale industries during the period of high economic growth, there is a trend to attract companies by making the most of the region's advantages. Although the job creation effect has become smaller than in the past, many manufacturing industries remain positioned as core industries in the region. During the first period of regional revitalization, we identify what manufacturing firms have disappeared, withdrawn, appeared, or survived in what regions, and analyze the factors behind those.
　Comparing manufacturing firms in 2014 and 2019, the average of value-added and the distribution of that shows that manufacturing firms that existed in both 2014 and 2019 had the highest labor productivity. The next highest was manufacturing firms that existed in 2019, and the lowest was manufacturing firms that existed in 2014 but did not exist in 2019. In addition, the results of the logit analysis suggest that manufacturing firms with high productivity and large size tend not to disappear, and that manufacturing firms with a high degree of urbanization tend to disappear. On the other hand, a regression analysis at the city/town/village level using industry concentration by industry and urban concentration measured by population size as explanatory variables showed a positive effect on the number of manufacturing firms that had been established. kn-abstract=　地方に位置する多くの自治体においては，従来からある事業所の活性化や新規事業所の誕生に加えて，製造工場の誘致は地域振興にとっていまも重要な政策となっている。今日，高度経済成長期における重厚長大型の産業の誘致とは異なり，地域優位性をできるだけ活用した企業誘致の傾向になっている。雇用創出効果は昔に比べて小さくなっているとはいえ，製造業の多くにおいて，地域の基盤産業としての位置づけは残っている。第1期の地方創生の期間で，どのような地域において，どのような製造工場が消失，撤退や出現，存続しているのかを識別し，それらの要因を分析する。

The archaeological analysis was conducted typologically using 3D data from SfM and the physical and chemical analysis was conducted using magnetic susceptibility.
　In Mimasaka, Bizen, and Bicchū provinces, the use of a common plan of a box-shaped pagoda was confirmed in the first half of the 14th century. In this region, the orientation of the width of the nine rings, the angle of the foundation tier shape, and other related characeristics were found to be consistent in all the analyzed pagodas.

A“ revolving door” economy is an economy in which firms that enter the market have a short existence period, withdraw and enter the market repeatedly, and new entrants do not contribute to productivity improvement. This means that if new entrants are not sufficiently innovative compared to incumbents, even if the rate of entry into business rises, they will simply be replaced by firms whose productivity level has not changed much, and this will not lead to job creation or improving productivity. A contrasting concept is the replacement of firms by Schumpeter's “creative destruction.” The high level of technology and productivity of new firms entering the market drives inefficient incumbents out of the market. Looking at the statistics, there is a tendency for both large cities to have higher business entry and exit rates, but the difference between the entry and exit rates is greater in metropolitan areas. Although it depends on the regional characteristics, location competitiveness is generally higher in metropolitan areas, and there is a tendency for the turnover rate to be high or the survival period to be short. Eighty-four reports were selected from the CiNii Research, which first searched the target literature using "male child caregiver" as a keyword. These articles have been grouped into eight categories based on their content. An examination of these categorized articles reveals that there is limited research from the perspective of the men who provide care, while the situation in childcare settings and the public's perceptions of male childcare providers are relatively clear. However, despite these efforts, the total number of bullying cases is not decreasing. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of the questionnaires. Fourteen bullying questionnaires developed by the board of education were collected and analyzed. We found they used very similar definitions about actions as bullying. However, Miyagawa and Aoki (2023) suggested the possibility that the most serious forms of bullying for students involve actions from which they could not do the same action at the same time. Therefore, we investigated whether teachers recognized the seriousness of such actions. Seventyfive teachers from high school to elementary school participated in this study. Consequently, we found that teachers recognized bullying that “could not return back” as more serious than actions that “could return back.” Based on these results, it would be possible to say that “the actions of bullying,” as using the questionnaires by the board of education now are adequate for a survey. However, these findings also imply limitations in the effectiveness of early bullying detection by the questionnaires. The economic base model has some conditional assumptions while it is quite tractable.
　Recently, papers by Moretti and others show significant regional multiplier effects of innovative jobs. They refocused on the traditional economic base model. However, their approach has several deficiencies concerning the identification of basic/non-basic industries and ambiguity of multiplier generating mechanisms.
　This paper focuses on regional specialization of knowledge intensive industries and creative jobs which are the driving forces of regional development in the framework of the economic base model. The estimations of regional economic multiplier in terms of employment are carried out using two-digit employment and three-digit job classification data at local municipality level with two-period data. Using these data, I explain regional differences by degree of specialization of knowledge intensive industries and creative workers. By doing this, I propose contemporary regional economic policy. However, it is difficult to induce flowering by grafting in some crop species, which currently limits the use of this technique to specific plant species. We have established a technique for inducing flowering in cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) by grafting, which had hitherto been considered difficult, by clarifying the causes of different flowering responses caused by various rootstocks. This article introduces the key factors for the floral induction of cabbage by grafting and its potential application to the breeding and seed production of cruciferous crops. It was observed that cabbage grafted onto B. oleracea rootstocks did not flower at all, while cabbage grafted onto some accessions of Raphanus sativus rootstocks did flower. Furthermore, the ability of R. sativus to induce flowering of grafted cabbage varied even within the species. Immunoblotting analysis of the FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) protein, a main component of florigen, revealed that floral induction was quantitatively correlated with the level of accumulated FT protein in the grafted scion. It was concluded that increasing the total amount of FT protein produced in the rootstock is important for the stable floral induction of the grafted cabbage, and this can be accomplished by increasing FT transcription and the leaf area of the rootstock. kn-abstract=本研究では，九州地方における大学進学移動の時系列的推移を分析した。その結果，1980年代以降，県別に程度の差はあるものの，自県内進学が増加していることが判明した。また，九州地方各県間の進学移動は全体としては増加傾向にあるが，県ごとに傾向が異なること，広域的には沖縄県を除いては南関東への進学移動が大幅に減少していることも明らかとなった。さらに，九州地方では，福岡県と熊本県が大学進学者を吸引する中心となっているが，福岡県の吸引力が圧倒的に大きく，1980 年以降，この傾向は大きく変わっていないことも確認された。これらの結果には，大学新設等による各県の入学定員増にともなう収容率の増加が影響していると考えられるが，佐賀，長崎，大分，宮崎の４県では，収容率の増加に伴い残留率と占有率がともに増加し，収容率の増加が自県内進学に寄与していること，福岡県と熊本県では，収容率は減少したものの残留率と占有率がともに増加し自県内進学が維持されていること，鹿児島と沖縄県では，収容率が減少し他県への進学が不可避となっていることが想定されることが判明した。 from university using questionnaire survey, and analyzed the factors that labor values affect job satisfaction. We used CS analysis used in customer satisfaction surveys. The priority maintenance items with high satisfaction were task identity, social contribution, and sense of accomplishment (work), and the top priority improvement items with high improvement were dedication (organization), devoted (organization), and organizational contribution. In the future, it is necessary to incorporate five job characteristic factors that make the work originally interesting. In addition, job design that raises MPS (Motivating Potential Score) to increase the degree of intrinsic motivation becomes important. For managers and human resources personnel, understanding and improving the labor values of young employees will lead to job satisfaction of young employees, and the turnover rate will decrease. Known as the Easterlin Paradox, even if a country's economic indicators, such as GDP per capita, increase, it does not mean that the average level of happiness of the people increases along with it. However, such theories as the relative income hypothesis indicate that income influences life satisfaction at the individual level. In this paper, the author analyzes subjective well-being and economic indicators at the individual level. Results indicate that the magnitude of the correlations among these variables differs by age. In the younger working-age group, increase in consumption, as well as in income, has positive effects on overall life satisfaction more significantly than in the retired group. This is because consumption of the younger group is lower than the desired level due to budget constraints. For those in their 50s, job satisfaction tends to be more significant. Spatio-temporal information science is a computer simulation of time and space. In the first half of the eighth century, the population under the rule of the Japanese Ritsuryō State was about 4.5 million, and the country was in a state of chronic famine. In the first half of the ninth century, the population distribution showed a mosaic-like pattern with high population density in the central and western archipelago. With the exception of infectious diseases such as smallpox, famine caused by drought and rainstorms, and the resulting epidemics, were confined to regional areas, and the population of the areas seriously affected by famine and epidemics declined significantly. In the eighth century, the average annual population growth rate was between 0.1% and 0.2%, and the total population in the first half of the ninth century is estimated to have been between 5 million education in childhood and examines the possibility that the formation of the body image of young children can bring an educational effect．We believe that health education would be effective by developing "interest in health and one's own body," "practical skills for habit formation" and "scientifically right knowledge" at the same time. Although which item we should focus on is depending on the developmental process, "interest in health and one's own body" is considered to be consistently important from education in early childhood to education in junior high school. This requires the development of teaching materials that take advantage of the characteristics of each developmental process and school educational format. kn-abstract=　合唱演奏会を実施すると，演奏会前後で団員の意識に大きな変容を実感することが有る。その要因を探るために，民間の合唱団であるイウス・フェミーネ女声合唱団の演奏会において，合唱団員に対するアンケート調査を実施した。アンケート調査は自由記述で行い，回答内容は，１．練習方法・内容，２．団員・仲間，３．指導者・指導内容，４．合唱技術・特質，５．個々の思い，６．その他の６項目に分類するこができた。これらを分析した結果，団員や指揮者が本番を経て体感した心理的な変容は，団員と指揮者との信頼関係が基盤となり，指揮者が行った合唱指揮に誘導されて，団員の中に一体感，開放感，高揚感が沸き上がり，ピーク・パフォーマンスとなって，団員各々が音楽的な力を最大限に発揮できたと考えられた。 medicine kn-title=内科におけるコンピュータ利用診断支援システムによる診断改善 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=The recent application of artificial intelligence（AI）to clinical medicine has confirmed the usefulness of AI for diagnostic imaging, histopathological examinations, and dermatologic screening. Clinical decision support systems are another promising area to which AI could contribute toward better clinical decisions. We have developed computer-assisted diagnostic support systems to reduce human diagnostic errors such as delayed diagnoses, misdiagnoses, and overdiagnoses. Our three Diagnosis Reminder（DR）systems include two AI systems that use machine learning in their diagnosis algorithms. Here, we compared the diagnostic accuracy of a DR-supported group with that of an unassisted physicians group, using three difficult patient cases provided by experts in general medicine. 　Our analyses revealed that the three AI diagnostic systems could not provide accurate differential diagnoses up to top 10 in all three patient cases because of incomplete data inputs for machine learning. However, the first DR system, which was developed by an experienced diagnostician over the last 35 years, showed very useful performance in reducing human diagnostic errors when it was used by an expert physician. The use of AI diagnostic systems by knowledgeable physicians will lead to better diagnostic performance. We aimed to shed light upon difficulties in school life in children with gender dysphoria (GD) and find a way to support them. We extracted the episodes in school life from the medical records of 59 patients with GD. They suffered from using gender segregated bookbags, school uniforms, swimming wears, and bathrooms. Sex education was not enough for them to understand GD. Children with male-to-female GD were bullied at school more often than those with female-to-male GD. 　The color, taste, and smell of water are not discussed in elementary science. This research proposes that the color of water because an excellent theme for inquire based leaning. We have developed a suitable and low cost teaching material for the water color. kn-abstract=　本研究は，小学校における政治学習の改善を目指して，政治的な見方・考え方の育成を目指した授業構成の原理を明らかにするとともに，その成果を具体的な単元開発を通して示そうとするものである。平成29 年３月に，小学校及び中学校の学習指導要領が示され，新しい教育課程における社会科の姿が明らかになった。新しい社会科の特質の一つとして注目されることは，見方・考え方の重視であることは間違いない。本研究では，見方・考え方とは何か，それを育成するとはどういうことか，そのための授業構成はどのようなものかを，具体的に小学校第６学年の政治学習の単元開発を通して明らかにしていきたい。 　本研究では，まず，社会科教育の目標として見方・考え方の育成に逸早く着目した森分孝治の論に注目した。森分は，見方考え方を理論的な知識として定義し，その拡大・深化・体系化が社会科教育の任務であることを明らかにしている。学習指導要領においては，前回の改訂から見方や考え方の育成が，中学校社会科において特に注目されるようになったことをふまえ，その論理が森分の主張にそったものであることを論じた。さらに，今回の学習指導要領改訂にあたっては，見方・考え方が全ての教科の目標として掲げられるようになり，これまで以上に重視されるようになったことを述べるとともに，その原理は，森分の論をふまえた従来の主張を踏襲しつつも，違った側面を持ち複雑な性格をもつものとなっていることを明らかにした。最後に，以上の考察をふまえて，第６学年の政治学習単元「人間が生きるための権利について考えよう」を開発し，その指導案を提示した。 increase in contribution of the “heavy rainfall days” (with daily precipitation more the 50 mm/day, referred to as HRD). The present study examined the rainfall features and atmospheric conditions on the HRDs at Kagoshima in southern Kyushu, based on the operational observation data from 1990 to 2009. The HRDs there in April appeared mainly associated with the extratropical cyclone passage, together with tentative appearance of the stationary front. The mean daily precipitation on the HRDs was 82 mm and contribution of the intense rainfall more than 10 mm/h attained up to 38 mm, which accounted for 46 % of the daily total precipitation. In April, the high specific humidity area in the time mean field was still located far to the south of the Japan Islands and the stratification around the Japan Islands was very stable for deep moist convection. However, the zone with rather strong seasonal mean baroclinicity extended to rather southern area near 20°N. 校の学校教育課程，特にそれを構成する要素の一つである学校教育目標に着目し，その特徴を明らかにするとともに類型化を行った。学校教育目標に使われている言葉の分析からは，「心の教育　豊かな心」「自ら学ぶ力　自己学習力」「健康体力」といった学習指導要領のキーワードが多く使われていること，そして岡山市立中学校の特徴としては岡山市の教育が目指す「自立する子どもの育成」を踏まえた「自主　自立　主体性」という言葉や「努力　向上心　がんばる」「人権尊重」という言葉が多く使われていることが明らかとなった。また，クラスター分析による学校教育目標の類型化からは，「市施策対応型（10 kn-title=食後高血糖が血管反応性に及ぼす影響 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=Recent clinical studies demonstrated that transient postprandial hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia may contribute to the development of hypertension. Therefore, we investigated influence of acute hyperglycemia and/or hyperinsulinemia induced by glucose or insulin infusion on neuronal and humoral control of vascular tone in rats. Euglycemic male Wistar rats were pithed under anesthesia and arterial blood pressure was measured. Changes in vascular responses to spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and intravenous bolus injections of noradrenaline, angiotensin II, calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP), acetylcholine and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) were studied by infusing various concentration of glucose or insulin. Continuous glucose infusion, which increased both blood glucose and serum insulin levels, significantly augmented adrenergic nerve-mediated pressor responses to SCS without affecting injection of pressor responses to noradrenaline or angiotensin II. In pithed rats with artificially increased blood pressure and blockade of autonomic outflow, glucose infusion attenuated CGRPergic nerve-depressor responses to SCS without affecting depressor responses to injection of CGRP, acetylcholine or SNP. In pithed rats treated with octreotide, which increased blood glucose without increasing serum insulin levels, glucose infusion caused only significant augmentation of adrenergic nervemediated pressor responses. Combined infusion of insulin and glucose, which resulted in increased serum insulin levels with euglycemic, significantly augmented adrenergic nerve-mediated pressor responses and attenuated CGRPergic nerve-mediated depressor responses. The present results suggest that acute hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia increases adrenergic nerve-mediated vasoconstriction, which is partly associated with the blunted CGRPergic nerve function, Many physicians (actual number of physicians, full-time equivalent number of physicians) served in the southeastern region of the Okayama prefecture (339, 82.2). On the other hand, fewer physicians (42, 11.4) served in Takahashi・Niimi in the northwestern region of Okayama.
