抄録	This paper focuses on the process of "heritagization" within nation-states, which runs parallel to the global heritage regime initiated by UNESCO. Involved in this process of heritagization are multiple actors with competing political and economic interests, and the formation of collective identities both internally and externally. Indonesia, the subject of this paper, is a country where a central government-led cultural policy has been pushed forward in the process of national integration. After the end of the "New Order" regime of the second President Suharto, which embodied this vision immediately after independence and permeated the nation to its very core, local cultural practices became a new tool for asserting the uniqueness of regions separated by certain boundaries, as a competition among provinces and regions accelerated with the decentralization of power. At the same time, however, such cultural practices stimulated a process in which traditional region-specific crafts became an easily consumable resource. The act of listing cultures within the framework of a heritage regime means that some cultural expression is lifted out of their original context and made visible alongside other cultural expressions. As a result, local cultural practices are elevated to a higher context and made visible, thus becoming objects of consumption beyond the local framework. The boundaries that enclose the cultural elements being listed are elastic and contractible, which is why consumption based on these cultural events is possible on a wider scale.

抄録	本稿では，音楽授業において，「指揮者が歌うこと」が，教師の指揮表現や生徒の歌唱にどのような変化をもたらすのか検討した。このために，教育学部の合唱授業で，学生３名を学生指揮者として合唱を２回実施し，１回目の合唱終了後，指揮者に対して歌唱レッスンを行った。歌唱レッスンをする前と後の指揮表現に対して，合唱者と指揮者にアンケート調査を行い，指揮者の歌唱が指揮表現及び合唱者に及ぼす効果と影響について考察した。その結果，「指揮者が歌うこと」によって，指揮や合唱で以下のような変化をもたらすことが示された。①自然に，手の動き，口元，表情等，身体全体の動きによる指揮が生まれること。②指揮者の意図する音楽的な表現がより的確に伝わること。③合唱者が音楽の流れに乗りやすくなり，楽しさをより一層感じるようになること。これらのことから，教師は音楽授業の中で自らが歌い，児童生徒たちと歌を共有することで，自然で歌いやすい指揮が生まれ，それにより児童や生徒たちから一層豊かな音楽表現を引き出すことが期待できる。

抄録	In this study, a qualitative analysis, Trajectory Equifinality Modeling (TEM), was used to highlight the transformation process of the research awareness of four former doctoral students. The doctoral programs to which the students formerly belonged train researchers and professional educators who are capable of research and practice. The authors describe the trajectory of the students advancing to their respective Equifinality Points through various experiences and possibilities despite fluxes in their research awareness. Citing the TEM diagrams drawn, the authors discuss: 1. The existence of change in the research environment and the reality of the adaptation process. 2. The existence of a period of exploration as a practicing researcher. 3. The meaning of the Obligatory Passage Points for students in doctoral programs in education. Closing the article, the authors examine future issues.

抄録	近年，わが国の企業ではデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の推進を背景に，多様なデジタルツールが職場に導入されている。本研究では，職務遂行チームでデジタルツールを使用して交わされるバーチャルな相互作用に対し，課題特性が及ぼす影響を探索的に検討した。既往知見に基づき，バーチャル性認知（バーチャルな相互作用の指標）や課題特性などに関する質問項目を作成した。Web調査で収集した大都市部の企業に勤務する正社員360 名の回答を分析した結果，課題特性の影響は企業規模に応じて異なる傾向を示した。中小規模の企業では，「相互依存性」や「自律性」の課題特性が相互作用の活性化へ直接的に作用していた。一方，大規模の企業では，「多様性」や「自律性」の課題特性は、デジタルツールの使用が相互作用の活性化をもたらすための限定条件として機能することが示唆された。
