女性生殖器がん患者の家族への思いとそれに対する看護援助

抄録	研究目的は女性生殖器がん患者の家族に対する思いを明らかにし,患者に対する看護援助について考察することである｡対象は女性生殖器がんと診断された後,手術を経験した入院患者11名｡半構成的面接にてデータ収集を行い,内容の分析は質的分析帰納的方法に基づいて行った｡女性生殖器がん患者の家族への思いについては『家族ががんの病気に自分と同じように衝撃を受ける』『心配をかけないために家族を気遣う』『家族関係が密になる』『病気に立ち向かう力を家族から与えられる』『家族に対する考えが変化する』のカテゴリーに分類された｡罹患の体験から関係を見つめなおし,家族関係の親密さを増す｡家族からの励まし,理解と支援を受けることによって患者は病気に立ち向かう力を家族から与えられ,治療に臨む｡看護者は患者と家族双方の衝撃を理解し,罹患をきっかけとした家族関係の変化が患者にとって治療の意欲につながるよう援助すること,家族内役割調整が進むようチーム体制で援助する必要性が示唆された。

女性の骨塩量の変化と骨粗髭症の予防治療

抄録	当科では3年ほど前よりQCT法を用いて骨塩量測定を行い,骨粗鬆症の管理治療を行っている｡264名の測定値について分析をしたところ,40歳頃から60歳にかけて急速に低下すること,肥満度が増すにつれ骨塩量も増加する傾向がみられた｡また,閉経前に卵巣を両側摘出した場合ホルモン補充療法を行っているが,卵巣を温存した場合と差がでなかった｡治療に結合型エストロゲンを用いた群の12カ月後の骨塩量の増加率は,任用しなかった群にくらべ有意の差があった｡

抄録	This paper examines to what degrees employees' work contribution to Japanese companies is currently reflected in their retirement program, by using interview as research method (July−Dec., 2008 ; on eight companies and two public offices). It also examines the content of the programs, such as social environment surrounding the system, company policies, and problems and solutions involved in the operation, as well as the transition of the system after Meiji era. Major findings include the followings. Firstly despite some changes occurred in the system as a result of diversification of employment types and styles and also alteration of company policies, the system itself will be maintained in the future. Secondly, although many companies modified conventional seniority−based salary systems for a retirement program that reflect employees' work contribution more clearly through an adoption of 'point system' and other measures, they still find some problems in new systems in their operation and practicality.

抄録	膵癌の早期診断を行うために,最近の進歩の著しい遺伝子診断を用いて,膵液中のK-ras遺伝子の点突然変異の検討がなされている｡われわれは膵液の細胞診は陰性であるが,K-ras遺伝子の点突然変異を認め,膵全体に多発する膵嚢胞の1例を経験した｡本例は悪性であるとの確診が得られないことや切除するとなれば膵全摘となることなどのために,経過観察を行っているが,18カ月後の現在,嚢胞の増大など認めていない｡膵癌の遺伝子診断の文献的考察を含め,報告する｡

Laboratory Investigation of Ethanol/Bentonite Slurry Grouting into Rock Fractures: Preliminary Resalts

抄録	During underground space development, groundwater seepage mostly occurs which may seriously affect the stability of deep excavations as well as retard progress of construction. For smooth progress of work, effective construction and operation of a disposal facility for high level radioactive waste (HLW), it is important to control seepage into excavations by sealing off fractures or fissures and excavation disturbed zones (EDZ) to control groundwater inflow during the construction phase of such a facility. In this study, a series of experiments were conducted on ethanol/bentonite slurries in the laboratory with the aim of determining the effect of a hydrophilic solvent such as ethanol on the hydraulic and injection characteristic of bentonite slurry for the sealing of fissures to control ground water seepage during the construction phase of a repository. Preliminary results revealed ethanol/bentonite slurry as an effective grouting material capable of penetrating micro fractures (100μm or less) and with the permeability of the grouted medium being as low as 10E-7cm/s. The results also show that the effectiveness and efficiency of grouting is dependent on the type of injection and fissure size. Dynamic injection was observed to be efficient as it was able to inject high dense slurry.
