抄録	The Kibi Plateau Surface is associated with the Paleogene gravel river bed deposits of the Kibi Group and the Miocene marine deposits of the Katsuta Group and the Bihoku Group. These Paleogene and Miocene units are valley fill deposits. The Kibi Group is composed of formations which is deposited by more than 7 different depositional events during earliest to latest Paleogene Period. Repeated cycles of “erosion - formation of new valley system - deposition and fill up the valley” created the low relief topographic surface. The deposition of the Miocene deposits might complete the Kibi Plateau Surface. Detailed field works have done in middle western part of Okayama Prefecture. The Kibi Plateau Surface in study area is gently dipping from NW (about 600m high) to SE (about 100m high). The distributions of the Paleogene and Miocene deposits fit the surface. At the southern margin of the Kibi Plateau, the surface is a little inclined (from 400m high to 100m high) where the bottom of paleo-valleys of the Paleogene deposits are subparallel to the surface. It suggests that the gentle tilting of the Kibi Plateau is caused by an up-warping.

抄録	Targeted therapies for malignant melanoma have improved patients’ prognoses. A primary gastrointestinal malignant melanoma is very rare, with no standard treatment strategy. We treated a 78-year-old Japanese female with advanced primary gastrointestinal melanoma of the descending colon and gallbladder. We administered a multidisciplinary treatment: surgical resection of the descending colon and gallbladder tumors, resection of the metastatic lymph nodes behind the pancreas head, and immune checkpoint antibody-blockade therapy (nivolumab) for ~4 years. PET/CT demonstrated no recurrent lesion for > 3 years. Multidisciplinary therapies (e.g., surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, target therapy, and immune checkpoint antibody-blockade therapy) can successfully treat primary gastrointestinal malignant melanoma.

抄録	This study stands on long-term longitudinal research of 12 years from the training stage to the initial and middle terms. The study traced the changes in childcare worker identities and clarified the relationship between long-term changes in childcare worker identities and autobiographical memories. To be more specific, the study continuously applied the Multidimensional Ego Identity Scale (Tani, 2001a) to the training school graduation period, the initial term, and the transition from initial form to mid-career. Also, the study looked back on the past from the mid-career period. The childcare worker was subsequently asked for descriptions of childcare episodes as autobiographical memories. As a result, it turned out that there were four patterns of changes in the identities of childcare workers: “descending group,” “ascending group,” “low sustaining group,” and “high sustaining group.” These change patterns appeared to match the descriptions of the corresponding autobiographical memories. The study sorted out each group using extracted keywords and the like.
