抄録	大山降下堆積物中の斜長石のギブサイト化過程を,偏光顕微鏡,X線,示差熱分析,走査型電顕,EPMAを用いて調べた. 斜長石は風化によって,カオリナイト,イライト,ハロイサイト,ギブサイト等を生成することが知られているが,今回,ギブサイト化した斜長石についてのみ検討をおこなった. EPMA分析によれば,一個の斜長石の表面に,Al, Si, Na, Caの多く存在する新鮮な斜長石の部分と,Na, Caをほとんど含まず,多量のAlと,ごく少量のSiを含んでいるギブサイトの部分とが分布し,その境界は, 明瞭であることがわかった（図版2）.それぞれの部分の分析値は第1表のとおりである. 走査型電顕による斜長石の微細形態観察から,下記のことが明らかになった. ①新鮮な斜長石の表面は,平滑かまたは離溶ラメラがみとめられる（図版3-1）. ②風化過程の初期に,水を合んだ非晶質の薄層が,斜長石の表層に生成する.この非晶質薄層の生成にさき立って,斜長石の表面の一部に, ロート状のくぼみが形成される場合がある（図版3-2,3）. ③この非晶質薄層に亀裂が生じる（図版4）.一方, ロート状のくぼみの上にも非晶質の薄層ができ,亀裂が生じる（図版8-1,2）. ④さらに風化が進むと,ラメラ, 亀裂およびロート状のくぼみを部分的に残しながら,-･部には,ギブサイトの結晶が生成する（図版5）. ⑤ギブサイトの結晶は,横1～3μm, 縦2～15μm,　厚さ0.5μm前後の平板状の形態,または,直径15-25μm,厚さ0.5～1μm の円盤上の形態をもつ（図版6）. ⑥ギブサイトの結晶は,平板状のものが数段重なり,集合体をなす場合もあり（図版7-1）,これは,ブラジルのミナス鉱山産のギブサイトの集合状態（図版7-2）とよく似ている. すなわち,斜長石の表面に,風化により,水を含んだ非晶質の薄層ができ,次に,その薄層に亀裂が生じ,イモゴライトの生成をともないながら,直接ギブサイトが結晶すると考えられる. 地名 Okachi 大河内　Hongu 本宮 Kurayoshi 倉吉 Daisen-Cho 大山町 Shuki 秋喜 Hiruzenbara 蒜山原

抄録	Ammonium contents were determined for clastic sediments and associated volcanic rocks of the Kirkland Lake area, Abitibi greenstone- granite belt and metamorphic, migmatitic and granitic rocks of the Ear Falls-Dryden area, English River gneiss-granite belt. The NH(4) centents of Archean volcanic rocks (2700~2710m.y.) are very low (0~6 ppm) and immature argillites have also low contents of NH(4) (27~43ppm). On the other hand, a black shale from the Timiskaming Group (2100m.y.) are rich in graphite and pyrite and contain much NH4 (130ppm), providing a firm evidence of relatively abundant presence of an Archean biota compared with a sparcity of morphological record of Archean fossils. The NH(4) content of the rock mentioned above is about a third of those of the upper Proterozoic sediments and it remains to be established whether it reflects the abrupt break in the evolution of life near the Archean-Proterozoic boundary or not. A considerable amount of NH(4) is inherited by highly metamorphic pelitic gneisses and there may be a possibility for indirect prospection of early life by a study of NH(4) in highly metamorphic rocks of the early Archean. It was also found that the gneissic granitoid has much higher content of NH(4) than the post· kinematic massive granitoid.

抄録	IgE-mediated release of histamine from whole blood was examined in two healthy and four asthmatic subjects by dose-dependent fashion. The significantly increased amount of histamine was released from basophils of both healthy and asthmatic subjects by a limited concentration of anti-IgE. Antigen (house dust) caused histamine release only from basophils of asthmatics who are sensitive to house dust. Basophils from one patients with asthma released no significant amount of histamine by anti-IgE.

抄録	Histamine released from whole blood was determined by an automated fiuorometric histamine analysis system. The increased release of histamine from basophils by anti-IgE was observed in ten healthy subjects and 12 extrinsic asthma patients, while the release in 11 intrinsic asthma patients was significantly less as compared to that in healthy and extrinsic asthma subjects. House dust extract caused a significant increase in the histamine release from basophils of the extrinsic asthma patients who are sensitive to house dust. It was concluded from this study that histamine released from basophils could be easily determined by an automated analysis system and that the method is useful for the diagnosis and study of allergy.

抄録	Histamine release from basophils induced by anti-IgE was examined in 14 asthmatic subjects with blood eosinophilia. The subjects were divided into two groups; group I (with blood eosinophilia, positive skin test and positive RAST to house dust) and group II (with blood eosinophilia, negative skin test to various allergens and negative RAST to house dust). 1. Serum IgE levels in group I were much higher than those in group II. 2. Maximum percent histamine release induced by anti-IgE was much higher in group I than in group II. 3. Dose-response curve of anti-IgE-induced histamine release in group I showed consistent increase as anti-IgE concentrations increased. while, dose-response curve in group II was very low. These findings suggested that blood eosinophilia in group I might be elicited relating to IgE-mediated reaction. However, mechanism causing eosinophilia in group II was not clear in the present study.

抄録	Histamine releasse from basophils induced by house dust and C. albicans was examined in 30 patients with bronchial asthma. House dust and C. albicans caused a significant amount of histamine release in subjects with a RAST score to corresponding allergen. A close correlation was found between house dust- and anti-IgE-induced histamine release. However, histamine release induced by C. albicans was considerably different from the release induced by anti-IgE.

抄録	過去3年間にわたり,気管支喘息患者末梢血好塩基球からのヒスタミン遊離について,ヒスタミン自動分析装置を用いて全血法により検討を加えてきた. 1. 抗ヒトIgE によるヒスタミン遊離は,症例間で著しい差がみられた. この際血清IgE値が高値を示す症例では全般的に高度なヒスタシソ遊離がみられたが,血清IgE値が正常かまたはむしろ低値を示す症例のヒスタミン遊離は,かなり高度なものから全くみられないものまでさまざまであった. 2.ハウスダストやカンジダなどの抗原物質によるヒスタミン遊離は,特異的IgE抗体依存性であり,抗体価が上昇するにつれヒスタミン遊離は高度となる傾向がみられた. しかし,ハウスダストとカンジダによるヒスタミン遊離には若干の差がみられた. すなわち,ハウスダストと抗ヒトIgE によるヒスタミン遊離の間には密接な関連がみられたが,カンジダと抗ヒトIgEの間には全く関連がみられなかった. またカンジダによるヒスタミン遊離においては,IgE系反応以外の反応が関与する可能性が一部示唆された.
