| 抄録 | We reported a patient of non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) patient effectively treated with gemcitabine after the failure of previous treatment with cisplatin and vinorelbine. A single agent chemotherapy with gemcitabine was well tolerated, so that it can be a useful treatment for maintaining QOL among the patients with progressive disease of lung cancer. Its usefulness as a second-line chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer should be investigated.
