| 抄録 | Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are often detected incidentally during esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Although surgical resection is the standard treatment for GISTs, patients with significant comorbidities may not be eligible for surgery and are managed conservatively. Herein, we report two cases of gastric GISTs that were initially observed during the management of other comorbidities but subsequently became enlarged, resulting in gastrointestinal bleeding. These cases highlight the potential risks of tumor progression and bleeding in patients undergoing conservative management.
