| 抄録 | Various methods were used for the messurement of complement titer and the 50% hemolytic method surely showed a fine change more than the 100% hemolytic method, as the results of comparative studies between the American army medical school's method employed for my studies in the first and second article and the 50% hemolytic method, but it was thought that even the traditional method was sufficient for the clinical application.
