| 抄録 | 1) In case 20 mg/kg Streptomycin has been injected, Total V. C. content in blood indicated a decrease of 24.3% Within 2 hours, 44.0% increase after 5 hours on the contrary, but again a decrease happened after 10 hours. The changes that occurred to Total V. C. in skin proved a decrease of 6.2% in 2 hours, 22.8% in 5 hours, but in 10 hours, indicated an increase on the contrary. 2) In case 60 mg/kg Streptomycin has been injected, Total V. C. content within blood proved a decrease in 2 hours, but on the contrary, an increase of 22.5% in 10 hours; after 24 hours, itagain showed a decrease. Total V. C. content within skin kept on decreasing since 2 hours.
