| 抄録 | 岡山大学の留学生宿舎の36 年の歴史の中で、寮規則の遵守、人間関係の構築、施設や人的リソース不足など多種多様な課題が指摘されてきた。3 年前に開所した混住型の国際学生シェアハウスにおいて新たに日本人学生が関与する問題が追加発生したこともあり、教育資源として寮を活用する視点から一転して、効率化のために管理を外注化する方向に舵を切った。留学生活の基盤となる住環境を整えることは元来、費用や労力のかかることであり、日常的に起こる課題を解決するためには、責任感のあるリーダー的日本人学生の果たす役割が小さくない。その一方で、課題解決できる日本人学生の育成には、きめ細かい指導・助言に加えて、教育資源としての寮の活用という大学のビジョンと推進力が必要である。 |

| 抄録 | 6 大学連携事業として，評価したい資質について掘り下げ質問を行う構造化面接と，面接に代わる筆記試験であるペーパーインタビューについて，県内の高等学校の協力を得て2019 年度にトライアルを行った。評価した資質は「新たなこと追究しようとする態度」と「協働して取り組む態度」であり，まず，構造化面接とペーパーインタビューの結果を本学の教員が評価し，その結果を高校教員が個々の受験生に抱いている日常的評価と比較した。トライアルの結果，構造化面接の有効性ならびに，受験者全員に面接を課すことが，時間的，人員的に実施困難な入試におけるペーパーインタビューの有効性が確認された。同時に，測ろうとする資質によっては，面接との評価結果が異なる部分があることも明らかとなった。 |

| 抄録 | This study attempts to develop a management model at cross-cultural work environment, which explains how managers’ perception affects their organisational performance. The model is created based on findings of quantitative research conducted toward Japanese aid project managers working in developing countries. As a result of cluster analysis, four types of aid project managers were identified. The model clarified how four types of aid project managers perceive, behave and consequently lead to either high or low performance organisation. Finally, this study indicates that fostering and maintaining positive perception are a key for successful organisation. |

| 抄録 | Okayama University has seen recently an upsurge in the number of courses taught in English. While students generally like the English-medium courses for the abundance and novelty of information available in them, they tend to show hesitance to participate, which sometimes leads to dissatisfaction with the courses. International faculty members also feel something is amiss because they do not understand why students fail to be responsive. Clearly, enhancement of student participation and mitigation of the alienating teaching experience of international faculty are challenges to effective administration of global studies. To that end, the quiet cultivation of optimal demographics for Englishmedium courses is currently the most effective strategy. |

| 抄録 | One of the targets under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aims to reduce and redistribute unpaid care work, which is mostly done by women, through the provision of public services and the promotion of shared responsibility. In February 2019, experts from academia and international organizations gathered at Okayama University for an international symposium focused on the issues around unpaid and paid care work in relation to gender equality and sustainable society. This paper will first briefly summarize the issues in care work, with a focus on childcare and elderly care in a Japanese context, followed by a discussion of the key points from the symposium related to care-centered economic and social policies. |

| 抄録 | 本研究では、日本語母語話者11 名に10 のトピックに関するパーソナル・ナラティヴを実施し、視点表現の出現傾向について分析を行った。分析の結果、日本語教科書で、迷惑や被害を表す表現として導入される受身表現に加え、移動表現についても他者から受けた不快な行為を描写する際に用いられることが分かった。また、使役表現は、典型的な強制の意味よりは、授受表現「てもらう」との組み合わせで感謝を示す際に用いられていた。以上の結果から、教科書で視点表現が扱われているトピックと日本語母語話者の使用が認められたものが必ずしも一致しないことが示された。 |

| 抄録 | 本稿では，著者の所属する大学で開講された多読クラスの概要を紹介するとともに，その授業の履修者107 名の読書記録から，彼らの選書傾向，本の理解度，面白さの評価を報告する。履修者は授業が進むにつれ，段階的読み物から日本語母語話者用の読み物を読む割合が増えていった。また，理解度については，段階別読み物の理解度が高く，日本語母語話者向けの本の中では絵本の理解度が高かった。さらに，面白さについては，漫画の評価が最も高かった。データからはまた，日本語力の低い学習者には母語話者向けの本は適切な多読教材とは言い難いこと，今後日本語学習者のための多読教材を質量両面での充実する必要性があることも示唆された。 |

| 抄録 | 本稿では、明治前期に刊行された明治14年刊『交隣須知』(初刊本)、明治16年刊『再刊交隣須知』(再刊本)、白石氏蔵版『交隣須知』(宝迫本)の3本における韓国語文を対象に、初刊本と再刊本、初刊本と宝迫本の韓国語文の違いを調べる。分析結果をみると、① 初刊本から再刊本においては、韓国語文の誤りを訂正したものの、大多数の韓国語文は同じであること、② 初刊本と宝迫本においては、宝迫本には初刊本と違って見出し語がなく、対訳の日本語文を上段に示し、また韓国語文の変化が多いことがわかる。この研究は交隣須知関する基礎研究であり、今後明治期の朝鮮語学習書に関する研究に役立つと考えられる。 |

| 抄録 | 岡山大学グローバル・ディスカバリー・プログラムは英語だけで学位が取れる新しいプログラムであるが, 制度上他学部開講の授業も履修することが可能である。全学日本語の日本語コースで日本語「を」学ぶ学生とともに他学部で日本語「で」学ぶディスカバリー生も徐々に増えている。そこで他学部の授業や教養科目を履修するディスカバリー生を対象にアカデミック・ジャパニーズ科目を新規開講することになった。Backward Design，Differentiated Instruction，Learning Strategy Instruction の手法を利用し，授業をこなし単位を取得することを目標に，学生が限られた日本語能力で最大限に対応できる「自分に合う」学習ストラテジーを開拓できるコースの開発と履修状況を報告する。 |

| 抄録 | The number of International Baccalaureate (IB) students applying to Japanese Universities is increasing. Okayama University is a Super Global Japanese National University which started IB admissions in 2012, and presently has 50 IB students in 11 faculties and 1 special program, in addition to 4 IB graduates. The IB journey began in 2012, and over a period of 7 years, Okayama University has taken multiple approaches to become IB student-friendly, by revising the IB admission policies as per IB student requirements; training faculty on IB education; exploring the differences in IB education and Japanese High School education; listening to IB student voices and familiarizing faculty about IB student backgrounds and characteristics. By providing IB student support, educating faculty and doing extensive IB research, Okayama University has established itself as a pioneer of IB admissions among the IB Organization, prospective IB students and parents, IB college counselors and other National Universities in Japan. |

| 抄録 | This paper discusses how Zainichi Koreans developed their identities both within and outside the realm of the ethnic community and ethnic organisations. This study uses qualitative multimethods research based on interviews with members and non-members of Zainichi Koirean organisations and field observations. The examination on Zainichi Koirean organisation members mainly concentrates on lived experiences of members from one of the ethnic organisations of Zainichi Koreans, Chongryun. This study finds that although some young Koreans separate themselves from the organisation and the homeland, they remain in the community. Many Chongryun Koreans share a collective ethnic consciousness, which was based on members’ love for the Chongryun schools. While there is an internal division within the community in terms of political views, many members still have a strong sense of group solidarity. On the other hand, the identities of non-member respondents are remarkably diverse. While some of them are assimilated into Japanese society, others retain strong ethnic identities. Their identities are less affected by any ethnic organisations and they rarely share collective memories with other Zainichi Koreans. This study shows that social networks and experiences of ethnic community individuals have a key role in determining their identities and the ways in which they live their lives. |

| 抄録 | 本稿では、LMS を活用したアカデミック・ライティング科目の実践例を報告し、ライティング支援に関する今後の方向性等について検討した。本授業でのLMS 活用内容は主に、①資料（授業スライドおよび参考資料）の配布、②授業時の課題・コメント収集、③原稿（草稿、第一次原稿、最終原稿等）の提出およびフィードバック、の3 点であった。LMS の活用は、授業内外において学生と教員とのコミュニケーションを活発にし、ライティング課題の作成を円滑に進めるうえで極めて有効であったが、教員側がある程度、LMS 活用能力を備えていなければならず、また、コース作成の労力もそれなりにかかるため、今後、より多くのアカデミック・ライティング担当教員にLMS を活用してもらうためには、こうした課題を克服していく必要があると考えられる。 |
