This inherent instability presents significant challenges for the production, purification, and analysis of autoantigens in laboratory settings. Cysteine-specific cationization can effectively solubilize and purify these challenging proteins, allowing the isolation of full-length water-soluble antigens in their denatured state. The purified antigens enable accurate multiplex autoantibody assays using a suspension Luminex bead array platform. However, well-validated positive control antibodies are essential to ensuring precise clinical diagnosis. In this study, we prepared and characterized a panel of control antibodies by immunizing rabbits with cysteine-specific S-cationized antigens. The resulting antibodies predominantly recognized linear epitopes and were highly effective as quality control reagents in autoantibody array assays. Additionally, these antibodies maintained their ability to bind to their native, unmodified intracellular counterparts, highlighting the usefulness of this approach for producing antibodies against intrinsically disordered proteins. Although a modest immune response against the S-cationized modification site was observed, it remained minimal and did not affect the usefulness of the antibodies for assay validation. We propose this versatile cysteine-specific cationization platform for managing unstable proteins rich in disordered regions, supporting antigen production for diagnostics, and antibody development for research and validation purposes. 岡山大学経済学会 Acta Medica Okayama 2433-4146 57 3 2026 地域間での情報交流に関するネットワーク分析：高梁川流域圏での調査による 11 40 EN Ryohei Nakamura Natsumi Yokota 10.18926/OER/70262 　本稿では，岡山県の「高梁川流域連携中枢都市圏」で2014年から開催されている「高梁川流域経済成長戦略会議」における参加主体間の情報交流についてのネットワーク分析を行った。高梁川流域連携中枢都市圏（高梁川流域圏）とは，岡山県高梁川周辺に位置する現在の新見市，高梁市，総社市，早島町，倉敷市，矢掛町，井原市，浅口市，里庄町，笠岡市の10自治体が参加している連携中枢都市圏である。高梁川流域圏におけるネットワーク分析に際しては，同圏域内で展開されている事業を８つに分類し，それぞれの事業に関する参加主体間の情報交流についてアンケート調査を行った。ネットワーク指標については事業ごとに次数中心性と媒介中心性の中心性指標を，また事業別に密度，推移性，相互性を算出した。事業別にみると，観光事業についての情報交流が最も密なネットワーク構造をしており，ネットワークの視点では観光事業が高梁川流域圏内で最も勢力的に行われている事業といえる。また全事業において特定の行政主体や商工会議所をはじめとする地域経済団体等の中心性指標が全体的に大きな値をとっており，ネットワークにおいて情報交流のハブや情報の集中・分散主体として機能していることが明らかになった。分析結果を踏まえ，ネットワークの視点から高梁川流域圏の今度の地域振興について２点提言した。１つは事業によって情報交流のハブや情報の集中・分散主体を主体間で分担することによって，すべての事業で密なネットワークを築くことを目指すことである。もう１つは高梁川流域圏の情報交流ネットワークに全く参加していない主体をなくすことで，全体的に密なネットワークを目指すことである。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

This study investigated the clinical and molecular characteristics of these patients. We analyzed patients with unresectable stage III/IV disease without indications for radical radiotherapy and recurrent ALK-positive lung cancer who received alectinib as the primary ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor between 2013 and 2021 at nine hospitals. In total, 103 patients were included. The median age was 65 years; 44 were male and 22 had brain metastases. The median progression-free survival and overall survival (OS) were 28.7 and 80.6 months. Nineteen patients treated for ≤3 months and 84 treated for >3 months were categorized into the early resistance and responder groups, respectively. The early resistance group had significantly shorter OS (8.4 months vs. not estimable, P < 0.001) and was significantly more likely to have brain metastases (42% vs. 17%, P = 0.027). They also showed elevated inflammatory markers, including neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR). Univariate analysis identified brain metastases and high NLR as significant predictors of early resistance. Spatial transcriptome analysis and immunohistochemical staining revealed upregulation of annexin A1 (ANXA1), a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein involved in inflammation and cancer progression, in the early resistance group. Interleukin 6 stimulation, prompted by elevated inflammatory markers, increased ANXA1 expression and reduced alectinib sensitivity. Knockdown of ANXA1 improved alectinib sensitivity in alectinib-resistant cells. In conclusion, brain metastases and high NLR are associated with early resistance. ANXA1 may play an important role in mediating early resistance. New treatment options for the early resistance group are required. 岡山大学大学院教育学研究科 Acta Medica Okayama 1883-2423 190 2025 中山間地域における人口移動の動向 ― 岡山県苫田郡鏡野町の事例 ― 95 108 EN Masao NOBE Faculty of Education, Okayama University 10.18926/bgeou/69614 　本稿の目的は，2006 年以降の岡山県鏡野町の人口動態を明らかにすることである。分析によって，次の4 点を明らかにした。(1) 鏡野町の人口は2006 年以降一貫して減少しているが，近年はその減少幅が拡大している。2006 年以降は自然減が続き，2010 年代後半からは社会減も拡大した。両効果が働いたために，2010 年代後半から人口減少が加速した。(2) 2006 年以降，鏡野町の人口移動はおおむね安定した傾向が見られた。そして，その人口移動は，津山圏との間における集中的かつ均衡した人口移動，近畿地方・岡山圏・関東地方への転出超過，真庭圏・阿新圏からの小規模な転入超過と特徴づけることができる。(3) 2010 年代後半から，鏡野町は岡山圏への転出超過が顕著となり，近畿地方および関東地方への転出もそれに続いた。その結果，鏡野町は社会減が大きくなった。農林業・製造業・商業の停滞や都市部との賃金格差が若年層の流出を促進し，社会減の拡大に繋がった。(4) 人口移動の中心は一貫して20 歳代と30 歳代であった。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院教育学研究科 Acta Medica Okayama 1883-2423 189 2025 二分脊椎症の病態理解に基づく教育現場での支援 67 74 EN Iori OHMORI (KAWASAKI) Faculty of Education，Okayama University Mitsuko YAMANAKA Okayama prefectural Okayama east special needs school 10.18926/bgeou/69238 　二分脊椎症のある子どもは、症状の個人差が大きく、肢体不自由特別支援学校だけでなく普通学級にも多く在籍している。本研究の目的は，二分脊椎症の病態に基づき、教育現場での支援の在り方について、先行研究の知見をまとめ、教育上の課題をあきらかにすることである。<br> 　二分脊椎症には、下肢の運動障害と感覚障害、排泄障害に加え、水頭症をはじめとした様々な合併症があることから、運動面、生活面、認知面において適切な支援を要する。さらに、思春期以降になると、脊髄係留による疼痛の出現や、歩行能力の低下に注意する必要がある。神経因性膀胱による排尿障害を合併する場合は、清潔間欠導尿を行う。学校生活を楽しいと肯定的に捉えていた子どもたちのほとんどは、清潔間欠導尿を介助無しあるいは一部の介助のみで排尿することができていた。このことから、担任は、身体的、認知的な支援と配慮に加え、多職種と密な連携を取りながら清潔間欠自己導尿を目指した自立活動の指導を進めることと、良好な友人関係を築くための支援を行うことが重要と思われた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学教育学部 Acta Medica Okayama 0471-4008 120 2002 収入と地方小都市に住む高齢女性のパーソナル・ネットワーク 23 30 EN Masao NOBE Department of Social Studies Education, Faculty of Education, Okayama University 10.18926/bgeou/68550 　地方小都市である岡山県高梁市で65歳以上80歳未満の高齢女性を対象に1997年から1998年にかけて調査をおこなった。本稿では，重回帰分析によってそのデータを分析し，収入が高齢女性のパーソナル・ネットワークに与える影響を分析した。そして，次の3点を明らかにした。①収入が高い高齢女性ほど多くの親族関係と友人関係を組織し，家族の外で多くの社会関係を保持していた。しかし，収入は近隣関係数に影響を及ぽしてはいなかった。②居住場所は栽族関係数と近隣関係数に有意な影響を及ぽしていたけれど，友人関係数には影響を与えてはいなかった。これは，フィッシャーの下位文化理論が地方小都市に住む高齢女性の友人関係には妥当しないことを示唆している。③収入は，家族外の社会関係総数に最も強い影響力を持っていた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学教師教育開発センター Acta Medica Okayama 2186-1323 15 2025 中学校家庭科における高齢期学習の実践　―ライフコースの中で高齢期を考える― 219 233 EN Mihoko TAKATA Student At Graduate School of Education, Okayama University Kyoungwon LEE Faculty of Education, Okayama University 10.18926/CTED/68493 　本研究では，中学校家庭科における高齢期学習の授業実践を通して，中学生が高齢期を自らのライフコースの中で考えることができるかを明らかにすることを目的とし，中学生を対象に高齢者，高齢期学習を実践した。中学校家庭科における高齢者や高齢期に関連する学習内容を確認するため，『中学校学習指導要領（平成29年告示）解説技術・家庭編』と家庭科の教科書を分析した。中学生が高齢者，高齢期に関して自分のライフコースの一部として考えることができるように学習指導案を作成し，岡山県内のT中学校3年生を対象に授業を行った。授業実践の結果，学習の深まりを感じたと回答した中学生が多く，高齢期を将来の自らのライフコースの中で考えられるようになった中学生も少なくないことを確認できた。しかし，高齢者に関する学習をより望む中学生が半数を下回り，中学生が更なる学習の意欲や興味を持てるような学習方法の工夫が必要であることも明らかになった。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学算数・数学教育学会 Acta Medica Okayama 1341-3155 30 2024 「図形の面積」の指導計画の改善とその授業実践の考察 ―三角形の面積の公式の一般化に焦点を当てー 12 18 EN 　教科書（清水：2020）の三角形の指導計画では、頂点から底辺上に高さがない鈍角三角形は、平行四辺形の中の「高さが外にあるときの面積の求め方」で、また、１組の平行線を用いて面積が等しいことを説明する活動は、単元の後半の「面積の求め方の工夫」で指導することになっている。筆者は、この２点を「三角形の面積」に統合した新たな指導計画を作成して授業実践を行い、この効果を分析することにした。授業実践の結果、「三角形の面積」に統合した新たな指導計画は、三角形の学習を主体的なものにするばかりでなく、平行四辺形の理解を容易にすることが分かった。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院教育学研究科・心理教育相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2185-5129 13 2015 抑うつ認知モデルによる児童の登校回避感情の検討 23 29 EN 10.18926/66617 　不登校の背景にある登校回避感情は，自尊感情の低さや友人関係上の問題，学業の問題など，抑うつ症状を示す児童と類似した心理的特徴を持つ。そこで本研究では，西日本の公立小学校の４～６年生344名を対象に，Beckら (1979) の抑うつ認知モデルにより児童の登校回避感情説明することで，登校回避感情がどのような過程で生起するか検討した。その結果，登校回避感情の生起には，非機能的態度をもつ者がストレスフルな出来事を経験したとき，ネガティブな自動思考とポジティプな自動思考のいわばバランスの崩れが影響していることが明らかとなった。今後は，児童の抑うつ生成過程における素因ストレスモデルと，本研究で作成されたモデルを明確に比較論じるためには，今後登校回避感情生起過程におけるストレス要因を考慮したモデルとの対照検討が必要であると考えられた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院教育学研究科・心理教育相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2185-5129 9 2011 「携帯メール依存性尺度」の構成 25 31 EN 10.18926/66607 　本研究では携帯電話の電子メール機能の過剰な使用傾向を測定する「携帯メール依存性尺度」の作成を試みた。大学生320名に対し、先行研究等から収集した64項目にもとづいた調査を実施し、６因子38項目からなる尺度が構成された。各因子はそれぞれ「心理的依存」「生活への障害」「返信への過剰反応」「孤独感の回避」「メールコミュニケーションの優先」「使用不能状態への不安」と命名された。これらの因子はいずれも形携帯メールヘの依存状態を表現する内容と考えられ、一定程度の信頼性、妥当性が確認された。今後は携帯メール依存状態がよりリスキーな中高生に対する適用可能性についてさらなる検討が必要であると考えられた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

This involvement should be researched and widely publicized to promote evidence-based medicine (EBM). However, the awareness level about the establishment of clinical evidence among community pharmacists remains unknown. Therefore, this large-scale questionnaire survey was conducted among members of the Okayama Pharmaceutical Association to clarify the awareness about the establishment of clinical evidence among community pharmacists to determine the major factors affecting their awareness. Questionnaires requiring open-ended responses were developed in Google Forms. Finally, 366 valid answers were obtained and statistically analyzed based on three aspects: academic conference presentation, research article publication, and research conduct. More than 50% of the participants agreed that they must engage in the establishment of clinical evidence. However, they were unwilling to engage in it by themselves. Additionally, the awareness about the establishment of clinical evidence among participants aged <40 years, who underwent a 6-year course, and with presentation experience was greater than that among participants aged ≥40 years, who underwent a 4-year course and without presentation experience. Thus, age, course duration, and presentation experience are important factors influencing awareness about the establishment of clinical evidence. Further, >70% of the participants did not have enough time to engage in the establishment of clinical evidence, suggesting that reducing workload and ensuring adequate time are necessary for such engagements. Our novel findings may increase the establishment of clinical evidence by community pharmacists, improve community pharmacists’ social standing, and promote EBM in Japan. Shigeyuki SUZUKI Department of Earth Sciences, Okayama University 10.18926/ESR/65479 The Paleogene to Neogene successions which are composed of the Paleogene Kayo Formation, the late Oligocene to earliest Miocene Yagane Formation and the middle Miocene Ukan Formation are sporadically distributed in the Kibi Plateau region, surrounding area of Kibichuou Town, Okayama Prefecture, Southwest Japan. The gravel of the Kayo Formation occupied paleo-valley of Pre-Paleogene basement. The Yagane and Ukan formations unconformably overlay Pre-Paleogene rocks and occupy the gentle valley on the Kibi Surface as valley fill deposits.<br> The fluvial of the Kayo Formation is mainly composed of conglomerate with minor amount of sandstone and mudstone. The fluvial Yagane Formation is mainly composed of conglomerate and associated with sandstone, mudstone and coal beds. The marine Ukan Formation is subdivided into 3 members, the Yamagata Muddy sandstone Member (YMM), the Shimoyokomi Sandstone Member (SSM) and the Tsuneyama Mudstone Member (TMM) in ascending order. The YMM is characterized by the bio-disturbed very poorly sorted muddy sandstone with frequent burrows, which indicate tidal flat deposits. The SSM is mainly composed of parallel bedded well-sorted sandstone with occasional burrows, which suggest near shore deposits. The TMM is composed of homogeneous clay rich mudstone, which implies off shore deposits.<br> The boundary between the SSM and TMM (the contact of the sandstone and mudstone) is distinctive and correlative throughout the study area. The boundary is considered to be formed under similar water depth. The variations of the boundary height indicate a later ground movement. From the north to the south in about 25km distance, the height of the boundary changes 260m (in Ukan), 300m (in Takeshou), 360m (in Kibikogentoshi) and 260m (in Nichiouji). It indicates that a very gentle upwarping of the Kibi Plateau Surface was formed after the deposition of the Miocene. No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

During the pandemic, community-acquired infections spread easily to healthcare-associated facilities, resulting in COVID-19 clusters among high-risk individuals that have been difficult to contain. Our regional base hospital also experienced a nosocomial cluster of COVID-19 in October 2020 that took 30 days to contain and affected 9 hospital staff and 14 patients. Six patients died due to COVID-19, and six died due to COVID-19-related complications. Two patients were discharged alive. Patient characteristics included ① advanced age (79.0±8.1 years), ② dementia (64.3%), ③ low Prognostic Nutrition Index (31.1 ±7.9), ④ zinc deficiency (50.2±13.1μg/dL), ⑤ vitamin C deficiency (1.6±1.9μg/mL), ⑥ elevated urea nitrogen-to-creatinine ratio (27.4±23.5), ⑦ anticancer and immunosuppressive drug use (78.6%), and ⑧ malignancy (75.6%). This cluster had a very high mortality rate, but the viral spread was contained in a short period. Algorithmizing the cluster response was crucial to controlling this cluster. Therefore, we investigated the occurrence of the clusters in medical institutions and elderly care facilities in Okayama Prefecture.<br> 　We compared the characteristics of the clusters that occurred in each of the wave between October 21, 2020, and September 30, 2021, by using the data published that interval. As a case study, we also evaluated the characteristics of positive patients at a medical institution over where a cluster occurred in case the fourth wave.<br> 　The overall number of cluster outbreaks decreased with the spread of vaccination. In the fourth wave, there was a period in which the vaccination of staff members at medical institutions became widespread, while patients or facility users were unvaccinated, resulting in a longer convergence period and an increase in the number of positive cases among patients relative to the number of staff members.<br> 　The impact of the spread of vaccination and the duration of immunity acquired after vaccination on the occurrence of clusters should be closely monitored in the future. 岡山大学大学院社会文化科学研究科 Acta Medica Okayama 1880-9162 22 2022 逆カルチャーショックにおける弓引きモデルの検討 15 26 EN Tomoko Tanaka Mayumi Watanabe 10.18926/64333 逆カルチャーショックの存在は知られるが、その機序の解明は十分とは言い難い。滞在先によく馴染むほど再適応は困難になるとみる「弓引きモデル」が成り立つかどうかをRQ1、文化受容と帰国後のその変化をRQ2、逆カルチャーショックの心理的機序をRQ3として、日本人元留学生12名に半構造化面接を行った。渡航先は北米6名、欧州3名、オセアニア1名、アジア2名であった。語りから社会文化的な認知や行動の変容と維持を抽出し、KJ法を用いて分析した。帰国後切り替えられた文化行動には、表出性（双方向的授業、主張性、明言、相互性）、社会的圧力（自由さ、過度な気遣いなし、おおらかさ）、親近性（身体接触を伴う挨拶、フレンドリーさ、パーティー）のカテゴリが見いだされた。二文化性への態度として、習慣取り入れ、受容の態度、母文化拒否感、転換への消極性、スイッチングのカテゴリが認められた。弓引きモデルの該当例は8名見られた。滞在先で文化受容が進み、帰国後は二文化を客観視する2名は再適応の困難が小さく、俯瞰モデルと名付けられた。文化受容が限定的で母文化が比較的維持され、再適応の速やかな2名は維持モデルと名付けられた。滞在先での文化受容は逆カルチャーショックを潜在的に準備するが、母文化観が相対的でなく拒否的な場合に、再適応の難度が高まる。この機序は、文化受容の可逆性や準拠文化の択一性、文化的スイッチングの機能に関わる問いに繋がる。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

Dating to the second half of the Late Kofun period (latter 6th century), this mounded tomb has traditionally been considered either the largest keyhole-shaped mounded tomb in the Bizen area of this period (total length of either 67 m or 75 m) or a round tomb with a diameter of approximately 30 m. Details of the tomb’s size and shape have long been uncertain, owing to the lack of detailed survey mapping of the mound and its environs. In this paper, the authors present their findings on the shape and size of the mounded tomb based on high-quality three-dimensional data acquired through airborne LiDAR survey utilizing a drone; they suggest that the tomb is a keyhole-shaped mounded tomb measuring approximately 75 m in length. This mounded tomb is therefore the second largest mounded tomb of the Kibi region during the period, following the Kōmorizuka mounded tomb located in Sōja city. Additionally, the authors discuss the significance such three-dimensional data has for enhancing our understanding of Japanese history on both a local and archipelago-wide scale. These Paleogene and Miocene units are valley fill deposits. The Kibi Group is composed of formations which is deposited by more than 7 different depositional events during earliest to latest Paleogene Period. Repeated cycles of “erosion - formation of new valley system - deposition and fill up the valley” created the low relief topographic surface. The deposition of the Miocene deposits might complete the Kibi Plateau Surface. Detailed field works have done in middle western part of Okayama Prefecture. The Kibi Plateau Surface in study area is gently dipping from NW (about 600m high) to SE (about 100m high). The distributions of the Paleogene and Miocene deposits fit the surface. At the southern margin of the Kibi Plateau, the surface is a little inclined (from 400m high to 100m high) where the bottom of paleo-valleys of the Paleogene deposits are subparallel to the surface. It suggests that the gentle tilting of the Kibi Plateau is caused by an up-warping. No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

The Morton method and the modified Brutsaert and Stricker (B & S) method were applied to the three river basins to estimate the actual evapotranspiration and compare the two methods.</br> As a result, the actual evapotranspiration by the Morton method was all almost equal to that by the Penman’s potential evapotranspiration, and the evapotranspiration was overestimated rather than the actual evapotranspiration. The actual evapotranspiration by the modified B & S method was below the Penman’s potential evapotranspiration throughout the year, and the total annual amount was about 80% of the potential evapotranspiration. In addition, the modified B & S method showed the general tendency that the actual evapotranspiration was lower in urban area than in the hilly and mountainous areas.
