| 抄録 | The region with a large market tends to increase the number of firms. We can often see the phenomenon of expanding economic disparities between regions. Krugman described this phenomenon using theoretical model and also he defined the concept of home market effect. The home market effect means that the production activity is done over the ratio of market (demand volume) in the region itself. However, by changing the assumption such as Davis (1998), the home market effect does not exist in the theoretical model. Although various empirical studies have been tested, the home market effect has not been necessarily confirmed. In this paper, we analyze the home market effect using the three specifications. Two specifications out of the three specifications are derived from the new economic geography, the rest specification out of the three specifications is derived from international trade. In doing so, it is possible to test the home market effect from various angles, and consider the validity of home market effect. Looking at the overall empirical results, the home market effect is confirmed in a number of manufacturing industries. Also, the home market effect is always confirmed in the six heavy and chemical industries such as chemical industry. |

| 抄録 | 合唱のウォームアップについて，体育科の「体ほぐし」の視点から考察を行った。基礎と なる「野口体操」を概観した結果，「ゆるめる」・「ほぐす」・「身体感覚を拓く」ことが重要 であることがわかった。次に，体育科の視点から目的や実践方法について考察した結果，「体 ほぐしの運動」は，「体」とともに「心」をほぐし，解放することを目指している活動であ ることがわかった。また，体育科の「体ほぐし」の実践例は，その目的と効果を考慮すると そのまま合唱のウォームアップに活用できることがわかった。岡山大学でのウォームアップ の実践に対する意識調査では，体ほぐしのウォームアップは各自取り組みやすいことがわ かった一方，発声のウォームアップについては，声の変化の判断が難しく，取り組みにくい が，効果はあると認識していると推察できた。このことは，教師の専門的な支援がより必要 であることも示唆している。 |

| 抄録 | ドイツ・ザクセン邦のギムナジウム上級段階と東ドイツの拡大オーベルシューレとに焦点 を当て，ほぼ30年を経た，いわば新旧指導要領などの比較考察から，後期中等教育段階の物 理教育の変遷を明らかにした。この新物理に至り，必修でなく選択教科や分野の設定，可能 な履修時間幅の拡大があり，目標も変容し，現代物理学の重視という変化もあり，生徒の興 味関心・教師の自由裁量を考慮・許容してきている。結局，イデオロギーの変化や科学技術 の発展に加えて，対象生徒数の増大に対応してきたといえるだろう。 |

| 抄録 | ドイツの学習障害特別支援学校に焦点を当て，学習指導要領，検定済教科書などに基づき， 物理教育の現状分析を行った。初等教育段階においては，教科・分野・領域などの枠を持っ た物理教育などが設定されておらず，前期中等教育段階においては，ほとんどの学校種で教 科，物理があるのとは違って，学習障害特別支援学校では，教科事象科のもとに分野物理が 位置づけられている。物理，化学，生物の合本のようになっている教科書において，物理分 野の節数や頁数は，生物分野より少なく，化学分野より多かった。索引数の違いは，電気＞ その他＞光＞力・機械・運動＞音＞熱＞磁気；無機化学＞有機化学＞物理化学＞その他；人 体＞動物＞植物＞その他＞一般生物；であり，生物・化学分野に比して物理分野においてそ の他が大きな位置を占めているという特徴を見いだした。 |

| 抄録 | The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relation between ego identity and occupational cognitions, by use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It utilized a Multidimensional Ego Identity Scale (MEIS; Tani, 2001) from the viewpoint of trait theory. A questionnaire was administered to 1,235 junior college students as they began their second year in childcare worker training courses. The results of SEM suggested that (1) sense of identity increased students’ understanding of childcare work, and feeling of fitness to work in childcare; (2) feeling of fitness increased anticipation of enhanced feelings of satisfaction, and interest; (3) interest increased commitment with regard to childcare work and intention to continue with childcare; and (4) understanding of childcare work increased commitment. |

| 抄録 | 青年期の職業忌避的傾向の規定要因について検討するため，大学1，2年生を対象に，職 業忌避的傾向，一般的自己効力感，進路決定効力感，就業効力感，就業不安の5つを調査内 容とする調査を行った。「一般的自己効力感 → 進路決定効力感・就業効力感 → 就業不安 → 職業忌避的傾向」を基本的な影響過程と想定し，収集したデータに共分散構造分析を適用し た。その結果，比較的高い適合度が得られ，職業忌避的傾向に対しては，進路決定効力感お よび就業不安からのパスが有意であることが確認された。しかし，就業効力感からの明確な 影響性は確認されなかった。 |

| 抄録 | This study is an overview of the developments in interdepartmental cooperation and interdisciplinary collaboration between school systems and also between counselors and non-teaching staff at the elementary, junior high and high school levels from a psychological and pedagogical perspective. Strategies under examination will include cooperation between management and also between technical and non-teaching staff, school system development, establishing and maintaining a cooperative mood and building a communicative spirit at school. In addition, we will look at majors and specializations of non-teaching staff and leadership qualitative of principals (and head masters).Few researchers have emphasized the combined study of school management and psychology. In this paper, I hope to highlight more ideas related to the specializations of staff as a parameter of systematized cooperation. |

| 抄録 | 本研究では，A 市B 中学校区の小中学校が連携し，小学６年時から中学１年時にわたっ て心理教育“サクセスフル・セルフ2010”を継続して実践し，その効果に関する検討を行っ た。対象は，B 中学校区の３つの小学校のいずれかで，本プログラムに参加した小学６年生 112名である。小学６年時，翌年中学１年時にプログラムを実施し，小学６年時の介入前後， 中学１年時の介入後の３回，心理行動上の問題や適応に関する自記式調査による評価を行っ た。その結果，対人暴力，いじめ，衝動性・攻撃性の継続的な減少，学校社会への適応や友 達からの悪い誘いを断る自己効力感の継続的な増加が示された。以上より，小中学校が連携 し継続してサクセスフルセルフ®に取り組むことは，児童生徒の心理行動上の問題を予防し， 心の健康を向上する取り組みになり得ることが示唆された。 |

| 抄録 | This paper conducts a critical analysis on the political-economic situation of Poland and the current financial condition of the Polish local governments. Poland was the only country in the EU that avoided recession in 2009, i.e. just after the financial crisis it the world in 2008. While a number of studies suggest that the strong exports and individual consumption expenditures have been supporting the economy, they tend to miss the crucial fact that local government finance in the country is relatively well-balanced, and it became one of the factors of the economic stability. Aiming at examining such curious steadiness of the Polish local governments, this paper first focuses on the political and economic situation in Poland to understand the background of the financial condition of the local governments. Secondly, the system of local autonomy and its changes will be reviewed. Thirdly, the paper outlines the current political situation of the country, particularly the outcome of the general election held in 2012. Different regional strategies of the major political parties will be analyzed as well. Finally, the condition of local government finance will be examined to clarify their problems and challenges. From the analysis of this paper, the following points will be elucidated: (1) The solid economic performance has been maintained in Poland even after the global economic crisis. (2) The disparity of economic growth by prefecture and the disparity of the domestic product per capita by prefecture both show observable trend of its increase. (3) There is a big difference in the regional policy between the two major political parties in the country. The ruling party, the Civic Platform (Platforma Obywatelska; PO), bases its policy on the EU cohesion fund and adopts the economic growth model, in which the economies of metropolises are the engine to lead the country’s economy. On the other hand, the main opposition party, Law and Justice (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość; PiS), sets the liquidation of domestic disparities based on the “Polish” policies as its main goal. (4) The local government system of Poland is characterized by the great authority of commune (gmina) and the securing of tax revenue by the state. This model has been ensuring financial stability of the local government. (5) Many state-owned real estates have been changed to come under local government ownership during the period of systemic transformation. The incomes from the real estates and gains upon their sale have been contributing to the stability of local government finance. (6) Local governments have been one of the factors of Poland’s stable growth. However, many local governments recently started to fall into deficit. The causes of the deficit are as follows: a slowdown in tax revenues due to the recession; the falling real estate prices, the rising prices of construction materials for public works; the rising energy prices; and natural disasters that occur frequently in recent years. (7) The reduction policy of the state budget, directly bound up with the tighter condition of local government finance, as well as the decrease of financial supports from the EU Cohesion Fund and its related cuts in budgets for public works, has a negative impact on the local economy. They consequently affect the growth of the Polish economy to cause its slowing down. |
