| 抄録 | This paper considers a test set for an ALU with look ahead carry generators(LCGs). The ALU is logically partitioned into two groups of blocks, the group of one-bit operation units and LCG group. Each group is tested in parallel and exhaustively, independent of the other. And an easily testable design is applied to several blocks for decreasing the number of the input combinations of them. Under the easily testable design, a minimum test set for each group is generated, and the upper and lower bounds for a minimum test for the ALU are derived. The difference of the lower and upper bounds is not large, and a test set whose number of test vectors is equal to the upper bound can be easily obtained as the union of minimum test sets for two groups. Hence, the union can be used as a complete and practical test set for the ALU. |

| 抄録 | Silicone elastomer was chemically treated at 60℃ for 7 days with 30 wt% H(2)O(2) solutions with or without TaCl(5) and soaked for various periods in a simulated body fluid(Kokubo solution) up to 21 days. Apatite formation ability of the surface of the silicone elastomer specimens was investigated with thin-film X-ray diffraction and FT-IR reflection spectroscopy. These silicone specimens did not deposit apatite or calcium phosphates, irrespective of chemical treatment. Osteoblast-like cells (MC3T3-El) derived from mouse were cultured on the specimens at 36.5℃ under 5%C0(2) and 95% humidity. Similar degree of proliferation of cells was observed at 7 days among three specimens, while the no treatment specimen after incubation for 5 days showed a lower degree of proliferation than the silicone treated with 30 wt% H(2)O(2) solutions with or without TaCl(5). Alkaline phosphatase activity of the cells proliferated on the no treatment specimen was lower than those of the silicone treated with 30 wt% H(2)O(2) solutions with or without TaCl(5). These results indicate that the cytotoxicity of the silicone could be improved by the chemical treatment with 30 wt% H(2)O(2) solutions with or without TaCl(5). |

| 抄録 | 光ディスクとパーソナルコンピュータを組み合わせた内視鏡画像ファイリングシステムは電子内視鏡の画像の保存･管理,検索･再生などに威力を発揮する｡今回,われわれはオリンパス社製内視鏡ファイリングシステムSDF-3を使用する機会を得たので,その有用性や問題点の検討を行った｡有用性としては,①内視鏡画像を検査終了後直ちに再生し,再検討できる,②多数の項目についての検索や統計処理が可能である,③限られたスペース内で大量の画像データの一括保存･管理が可能であるなどが挙げられる｡一方,問題点としては,①内視鏡再生画像は画質が劣化する,②検索機能を十分に活用するにはかなり煩雑な人力操作を必要とする,③光ディスクの清掃が必要であるなどがあげられる｡本内視鏡ファイリングシステムに今後必要な改良点やその展望についても合わせて考案を加えた。 |

| 抄録 | Extended-cycle process is the term used for a processor in which the processing time has been prolonged usually to approximate 210 seconds. It has been known that the extended-cycle process of some single-emulsion films as used for mammography may enhance film contrast and increase film speed. So the speed was increased in lower speed and higher resolution system than conventional systems by means of using the extended-cycle process in this paper. We investigated how much the resolution of the system was kept. A single screen-single emulsion combination, Konica M-100/CM-H was employed as a low speed and high resolution system. This film after exposure was processed in the different combinations of developing temperatures, 30, 32 and 34℃, and processing time of 210 seconds. On the other hand, Konica M-200/CM-H was employed as a high speed system. This film was processed in the standard-cycle processing (34℃, 90 seconds). Those systems were compared on contrast, speed, screen-film blur and noise by a characteristic curve, MTF (modulation transfer function) and WS (wiener spectrum). Furthermore, the RMI 165 phantom was used to evaluate visibility of mammographic details of these systems. As a result, in the extended-cycle process at the developing temperatures of 32 or 34°C and processing time of 210 seconds for M-100/CM-H, it was possible to increase the speed as much as the higher speed system, M-200/CM-H. Then the contrast, the MTF and the visibility were also improved as compared to the higher speed system. Furthermore patient dose could be reduced at the developing temperature of 34℃ and processing time of 210 seconds in M-100/CM-H. |

| 抄録 | 本研究は,介護保険法の利用者と家族の満足度や,介護保険法がどのように受け止めているのかを明らかにすることを目的とした｡対象は,介護保険法の中で訪問看護を受けている利用者の家族の方(主に介護を担当されている方)95名で,郵送法により52名の回答を得た(回収率54.7%)｡研究期間は,2000年7月から9月であり,アンケートは介護にかかる費用･介護サービスの2点に重点をおいて作成した｡その結果,以下の実態を把握することができた｡ 1.介護保険法を利用するにあたり,介護サービスにおける費用の問題が多い｡介護サービスの内容には満足していたが,介護サービスにかかる費用は高いと感じている｡ 2.介護者は,介護をしていて｢利用者のこれからのことが心配である｣,｢自分の時間が持てない｣と感じている人が多いことがわかった｡ 3.介護保険法や利用契約の手続きが複雑であるという意見が多かった｡今後,介護保険法の利用に向けて,これらの問題点に対する解決への取り組みが必要であることが示唆された｡ |

| 抄録 | 本研究の目的は, 1)県下中核病院の地域医療連携,患者支援活動の現状について面接調査を行い,その実態を明らかにすること, 2)その結果をもとに,今後の特定機能病院に求められる地域医療連携や患者支援のあり方を検討する上での参考にすること,の2点にあった｡県下10か所の地域中核病院を対象に,地域医療連携業務やその他の患者支援活動に関する質問紙を作成し,面接調査を行った｡その結果,医療連携部門の歴史や業務内容は様々であったが,どの病院も地域医療連携部門を設置することで,開業医との連携を強化し,紹介･逆紹介の円滑化を図ろうとしている状況がうかがえた｡特に連携業務の中 でも,開業医からの紹介患者を病院にスムーズに受け入れる機能を重視している傾向が見られた｡また,すべての対象病院が地域医療連携以外の患者支援活動を行う部門を有しており,医療相談や地域の医療保健施設との連携強化等の業務を主に行っていた｡これらの調査結果をもとに,特定機能病院である大学病院に求められる地域医療連携･患者支援のあり方について考察した｡ |

| 抄録 | We investigated the usefulness of Gafchromic MD-55 film (Nuclear Associates, Inc.) for measuring the radiation doses on the radiotherapy of laryngeal cancers. Since larynx has thin wedge-shaped structure in anterior neck adjacent to airway, the radiation doses to the lesion may be diminished because of build-up and build-down. So, the dose has been measured with conventional measuring systems such as thermoluminescent dosimetry (TLD). However, it was not possible to evaluate the dose distribution correctly using TLD, because it is impossible to float a TLD chip in an air cavity. In this study, we employed Gafchromic MD-55 film as a dosimeter, for it can be set on the area of interest and with a measurability of dose range of 3 to 100 Gy, though it has no energy dependency. And this radiometer is composition near the soft tissue of the human body. The dose distributions to larynx were investigated with this film using neck phantom under each radiation beam energy of 4, 6 and 10 MV x-rays. Our neck phantom is made from acrylic resin and simulates a normal larynx on the basis of image information of computed tomography (CT). Moreover we observed secondary build-up and build-down curves in tissue in the vicinity of air cavities, especially at 10 MV x-rays. These findings suggest that patients with TI-T2 glottic cancers with anterior commissure invasion may receive more effective treatment with 4 MV x-rays rather than with 6 MV and 10 MV x-rays. |

| 抄録 | 高齢者の在宅介護者7名に対して質問紙を用いた面接を行い,介護継続理由と介護より得たものの二側面について尋ねた｡その中で特に,それらがどのように介護者と高齢者のQOLを向上させるかに注目した｡介護継続理由については,愛情と家族の杵が最も重要であり,被介護者の健康の悪化が,しばしば在宅介護を中断させていた｡また家父長制に基づく性的役割が,介護者の義務感や伝統観に強く影響していることも明らかになった｡介護が始まった時期における被介護者からの希望や宗教的影響は,継続理由とはならないことが分かった｡また,介護から得るものが多いと感じていた2人の嫁は,介護に高い意欲を持っており,介護が価値ある体験であるという認識が,介護の動機付けを行っている可能性が示唆された。 |

| 抄録 | 臨床においては,筋機能や機能不全を診断するために,表面筋電図や針筋電図,筋生検などが行われている｡しかし,これらの方法では筋機能や筋収縮メカニズムを連続的に測定することは難しい｡本研究では新たに筋内挿入型プローブと測定システムを開発した｡測定プローブは光ファイバと6本の白金細線から構成されている｡光ファイバを用いて筋の局所血流量と筋内圧力を測定し,6個の電極を用いて運動単位活動電位を測定した｡プローブと測定システムの基礎特性を確認した後,麻酔下のラットの排腹筋において,安静時および局所虚血時の活動電位,血流量,筋内圧力を測定した｡また脛骨神経を電気刺激し,活動電位波形から伝播速度を算出したところ,プローブは正常に動作していることが確認できた｡さらに筋小胞体からのカルシウム放出チャネルを抑制するdantroleneを筋注すると,筋内圧力波形は大きく減少したが,活動電位波形はほとんど変化しないことがわかった｡ |

| 抄録 | 本研究は,｢介護者の会｣参加によってもたらされる介護への影響を,現役介護者と介護終了者の相互作用に焦点を当てて探求しようとするものである｡特に介護終了者が介護を終えた今もどういう意図で会に参加し,実際に何が得られているのか,また介護終了者の参加がもたらす現役介護者への影響は何なのかを,明らかにすることを目的とした｡2つの｢介護者の会｣に依頼し,現役介護者10名,介護終了者13名を対象として,半構造的面接を行った｡その結果1)現役介護者は,会への参加によって将来への不安が軽減し,相談できる人が出来た,適切な介護用品を活用できるようになった等の変化が見られた｡ 2)現役介護者は介護終了者が｢介護者の会｣の世話役を行ってくれることで安心して会に参加でき,介護終了者から安心感や介護ヒントを与えられていた｡3)介護終了者は,次第に聴く立場から語る立場へと変化すると同時に,自らの介護の振り返りも行っていた｡4)介護終了者もまた｢介護者の会｣から情報や現役介護者からの信頼感を得ており,会の成長･活動意欲へと繋がっている,といったことが明らかになった｡ |

| 抄録 | 看護学専攻の大学生1～4年生を対象に,ストレッサ一,ストレス反応におけるHealth Locus of Controlとソーシャルサポートの効果等に関する質問紙調査を行った結果,次の点が明らかになった｡ 1. ストレス反応(全体),不安･怒り･抑うつに関して,いずれもHLCの高群のほうが,低群よりも心身の健康度が高いことが明らかになった｡ 2. ソーシャルサポートの高低によるストレス反応に,有意な差は認められなかった｡また,ストレス反応に対する直接的影響も見られなかった｡しかしながら,下位項目である母親サポートについては,ストレス反応の抑制に効果のあることが明らかになった｡ 3. ストレッサ-では,1・2年生はクラブ活動が最も多く,次に学業が多かった｡3・ 4年生も学業が最も多かった｡ 4. サポート源では,4年生が他の学年より教員サポート人数において,高い値を示していた｡それに対し,1・2年生と教員の関わりは少ないということが明らかになった｡ |

| 抄録 | We have proposed a mathematical model for the micro-dynamics for cultured cells measured with ECIS system for the detection of nanometer-order dynamics of cells cultured on a small gold electrode and could separately evaluate cell-to-cell distance (A) and cell-to-substrate distance (h). For wide applications of this method, we constructed mathematical models which express cell-to-electrode impedances for some kinds of confluent conditions. Based on this mathematical model, we defined new parameters S(A) and S(h) in order to evaluate cell-to-cell distance and cell-to-substrate distance. As the application, we investigated the effect of X-irradiation to bovine aortic endothelial cell (BAEC). We analyzed the micro-dynamics of cells from the impedance of BAEC before and after X-irradiation. It was proved that the stimulation of 100 Gy X-irradiation to the BAEC resulted in the large scale of increase in the cell-to-cell distances (A), and the slight increase in the cell-to-substrate distances (h) accompany with continuous fluctuations. |

| 抄録 | 画像の入力部に世界初100万画素の多画素･高精細のCCD(電荷結合素子)を用いたテレビカメラを搭載したX線テレビ装置とDigital・Radiography装置を導入し,主に消化管検査を中心に多目的に任用した｡このシステムは従来のscreen/filmシステムの持つ膨大な情報量を確保しながらCCDカメラのメリットを最大限に生かしており,DRシステムの特長であるリアルタイムのCRT撮影画像表示,透視像のFREEZE確認,動態解析,画像処理等を導入することにより診断能の向上がはかれた｡更に,従来X線フィルム･撮像管に比較して被曝量の大幅な低減が期待できた｡また,デジタルであるため撮影像をHDに保管すると共にMODにも記録･再生が可能である｡今後,PACSやフイルムレス電子媒体保管への展開の可能性についても確認できた｡ |

| 抄録 | The serum levels of specific IgE antibodies to food allergens and inhalant allergens were evaluated in ninety five patients with bronchial asthma using the MAST system, which can measure specific IgE antibodies against sixteen different allergens with a single sample. 1. Higher positivities of specific IgE antibodies were found in inhaled allergens than in food allergens. Specific IgE antibodies against several allergens were detected in individuals more frequently in inhaled allergens than in food allergens. 2. Positivities of specific IgE antibodies against food allergens did not correlate to patients' age and patients' age at onset. In inhaled allergens, positive results in MAST system were frequently observed in patients under age of 50 and under age at onset of 60. 3. In subjects with high serum IgE levels, high positivities of specific IgE antibodies against inhaled allergens and food allergen were found. 4. The MAST system is suggested to be clinically more useful than RAST. |

| 抄録 | 100万画素CCDカメラを用いたI.I.-DR装置(CC･DRシステム)をX線骨盤計測に適用するため,被曝線量をはじめとするいくつかの点を検討した｡照射野内の被曝線量は従来の高感度Screen-Film システムであるG12/HRSと同等以下に抑えることが可能であった｡また,CC･DRシステムの9インチ円形照射野は一般的に用いられている大角フィルム面積の1/3であり,胎位の95%を占めるといわれている頭位の撮影においては胎児の生殖腺はもちろん, 赤色骨髄を多く含む脊椎への被曝を大幅に低減できた｡また,新たに開発された距離計測ソフトウェアーの正確度は良好で,通常lmm以下の誤差で測定が可能であることを確認した。その他,装置に標準装備されている自動露出機構の特性についても報告し,最後に撮影時の留意点についても検討した｡ |

| 抄録 | 本論文では,小学校第5学年で学習する｢西から東への天気の移り変わり｣に関する気象学的な背景,｢初等理科内容研究①」でのそれに関する講義の内容,講義の効果や今後の課題について検討した｡中緯度大気大循環の基本的システムとしての日々の現象の実態,特に,東進に伴う高低気圧の発達の様子 を捉えさせるために,典型的な事例を用いて気象衛星画像の動画等の観察や地上天気図への記入作業を行わせた｡また,この単元の学習を春や秋以外の事例で行うことの不都合性に関して,低気圧通過後に冬型になる事例や梅雨前線が停滞する事例を検討させた｡広域の雲分布の振る舞いと大気システム･大 気過程との対応,あるいは日本の天気との関連についての相互関係の理解は不十分と見られるような課題は残ったが,高低気圧の発達を示す幾つかの重要な事実を捉える機会となった点は成果だと考える｡ |

| 抄録 | Body Surface Temperature was observed by thermography. The surface temperature of a healthy person's lower limbs, after being cooled in a water bath, increased in parallel with time. Patients with Diabetes Mellitus had different patterns in the rate of increase of the surface temperature. After cold loading, one patient had a 99% recovery ratio of surface temperature, the same level as healthy volunteers (83%, and 88%), as calculated by a picture processing program with the computerized thermotracer. However, the recovery ratio of other patients was poorer, ranging from 56% to under 6% recovery. This measurement of elevation of body temperature is useful for the estimation of peripheral blood flow in patients with lower limbcirculation failure. |
