抄録	これまで，一コマ90 分（２単位）であった授業時間が一コマ60 分（１単位）となったことを契機に，この新しいカリキュラムを積極的に活かした授業改善が求められている。清田・大橋は，講座「図画工作科授業研究」と「図画工作科内容研究」を，共同で担当し，その内容と方法を共有しながら授業改善に取り組んできた。その要点は，一方通行の「伝達-受容型」の授業を脱し，学生の主体的で能動的な学習を通して，実践的な学習指導力を形成することにある。とりわけ，図画工作科では，教科書題材の目標や内容を理解し，児童の実態に合わせたものに修正あるいは改変する必要がある。それを，いかに指導するかを学ぶことが教師を目指す学生にとって重要である。本稿では，授業実践を記録した動画を視聴し，検討することを通して，教科書題材からどのように授業づくりが行われていくのか，学生自身が気づくための方法について考察を行った。

抄録	本研究は，生活科の授業改善とその指導力育成について，次の二点から論じていこうとするものである。第一は，近年の学校教育改革，特に平成29 年の小中学校の学習指導要領改訂を受けて，小学校の生活科の目標，内容，方法がどのように変化したか，それによって生活科の授業づくりがどうなっていくかを，提示された学習指導要領解説を読み解きながら明らかにしていくことである。そして，第二には，岡山大学大学院教育学研究科が近年取り組んできた教科内容構成研究の成果をふまえて，生活科を指導する教員の力量をどのように育成していけばよいかについて，大学の教員養成カリキュラムにおいてどのような授業を設定するかという点から論じていく。近年の教育改革は，学校の教育課程の改革が注目されるだけではなく，指導する教員の養成をどのように改善していくかということが同時に進められるのが特徴である。授業改善とそれを指導する教員の力量形成を関連付けながら論じていくことと，その二つを教科内容構成研究という，近年，岡山大学が先進的に取り組んできた教員養成カリキュラム改革の成果をふまえてつなげていくことが，本研究の特質である。両者を連続的に検討することで，近年求められている教員のキャリア形成における養成と研修の一体化の具体的な進め方にかかわる方針を提案することができるであろう。

抄録	本研究は，アメリカ合衆国ミズーリ州の小学校における自閉スペクトラム症（以下，ASD）児に対する社会的コミュニケーション指導実践の現地調査を行った。現地の教育実践から，VB-MAPP，及びピアサポートをどのように活用しながら社会的コミュニケーション指導を展開しているのかを調査し，それらを効果的に活用する上でどのような点を考慮すべきかを導き出すことを目的とした。結果，VB-MAPPの活用では，児童の実態把握と指導目標の決定，既学習挿入手続きとプロンプト方略を活用した個別指導の展開，個別指導で学習した知識・技能を他の環境下（例：遊び場面）で指導する又は使用させる工夫，の３点が導出された。ピアサポートの活用では，ASD児の興味関心を活かした関わり，ピアの受容的態度や共同的働きかけ，ピアとASD児をつなぐ教員のファシリテーション，の３点が見出された。最後に，VB-MAPPは学習目標の共有化と学習内容の組織化を促す１つの方法であり，学びの連続性を志向するためのツールとして，ピアサポートはインクルージョンを実現する１つの方法であり，障害のある子も，障害のない子も共に学ぶための方法として，今後の展開が期待されることを考察した。

抄録	本稿では，三つの側面を持つ本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを各幼稚園現場で成立させることを目指し，まず，現場に必要とされる思考の仕方について考察し，その上で，必要になると考えられる研究者の協働を構想する。すなわち，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを成立させるためには，各幼稚園において，国の教育課程基準の実現と園の特色のあるカリキュラム創りを両立させようとする思考の仕方と，自園の保育全体を保育方法の一つの理論体系ととらえて実践し発展させるという思考の仕方が必要になると考えられる。したがって，各幼稚園現場が，この二つの思考の仕方を効率的に習得し，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを成立させるための研究者の協働手順全体を先行研究成果を活用しながら構想する。

抄録	“Environmentˮ has special meanings in early childhood education and care in Japan. The present study, we identified characteristic that is a problem faced by students in understanding the concept of the environment in a class on child care in the context of the “environmentˮ in a training school for child care providers. Specifically, this study used a sentence completion test to detect the transformation in the concept of environment in the students. These data were quantitatively analyzed using text mining. In addition, we examined the transformation in the environmental concept qualitatively. As a result, the tendency to use the captured environment as a method was seen, and some characteristics became clear. Based on these findings, we considered it necessary for class improvement to be expedited.

抄録	In this study, we clarified how a childminder choice student understood the use of the information appliance for preschool education. Specifically, we performed a cluster analysis based on student responses that we obtained by Silent Dialogue, and analyzed the answers both quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results, we considered methods for increasing effectiveness of future practice. In addition, for training subjects such as“preschool education methods,” we piloted some concrete practices to consider the best approaches for teaching. Finally, the results of this study are discussed and future problems are described.

抄録	手習塾（寺子屋）は近世社会に発達した基礎的な教育施設として知られる。僧侶は手習塾を開く主要な存在であった。ただし，手習塾は僧侶が寺院で開くものであっても，それは基本的には仏教教育の場ではなく，文字学習の場としてあった。ここに寺院による庶民教育へのかかわりにおける近世的特色がある。往来物や手習本の例も示しつつ，文字学習の場として機能する近世寺院のありかたを検討する。

抄録	Although recent retrospective studies suggested that the use of β-blockers appears to help improve the mortality rate and decrease the rate of exacerbation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with heart failure, the effects of β-blockers on COPD patients without heart failure have not been established. Based on previous reports, we have launched a multicenter, prospective, single-arm phase II study to evaluate the preventive effect of the cardioselective β-blocker bisoprolol in COPD exacerbation, in Japanese individuals with moderate-to-severe COPD who do not have heart failure but do have hypertension requiring the use of medication. The primary endpoint is the rate of mild-to-severe COPD exacerbation. The results of this study will clarify whether bisoprolol can prevent exacerbation in COPD patients without heart failure.

Ureterolithotripsy for a Ureteral Calculus at the Ureteroureterostomy of a Renal-transplant Recipient

抄録	We describe a 40-year-old living-donor renal-transplant recipient who underwent successful ureterolithotripsy. He had been on hemodialysis for >15 years pre-transplant and underwent ureteroureterostomy along with the surgery. One year post-transplant, ultrasound examination demonstrated hydronephrosis, and CT showed a 6-mm ureteral calculus at the ureteroureterostomy site. No pain and no elevated serum creatinine were present. As the ureter was easily accessed, we performed a ureterolithotripsy, which would confirm whether a suture caused the calculus. Despite ureteral tortuosity, laser stone fragmentation succeeded. The calculus was completely removed with an antegrade guidewire. Mild postoperative ureteral stenosis resolved with a temporary ureteral stent without balloon dilation. Ureterolithotripsy is effective even in renal transplant recipients with ureteroureterostomy.

抄録	We herein present a case of a 38-year-old man who had bamboo spine and severe sacroiliitis and who was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Infliximab (IFX) markedly improved the axial symptom but was discontinued due to the side effect of peripheral neuropathy. Switching from IFX to etanercept worsened the side effect. Rituximab (RTX) administration elicited a good response without side effects. RTX might be a suitable option for AS therapy when TNF inhibitors are difficult to use.

Modification of Dentofacial Growth Associated with Goldenhar Syndrome

抄録	The rare developmental defect, Goldenhar syndrome is characterized by complex craniofacial and dentofacial anomalies. Here we describe the successful orthodontic treatment of a 5-year-old Japanese Goldenhar syndrome patient with mild facial asymmetry, right microtia, right-side hearing loss, and tongue-thrusting by a modification of dentofacial growth using a non-surgical orthopedic treatment approach. Improvement of the vertical discrepancies on the affected side and canted occlusal plane as well as mandibular deviation were achieved with a functional orthopaedic approach. Stable and acceptable occlusion were obtained over the 32-month post-retention period. A non-surgical orthodontic treatment approach offers satisfactory facial aesthetic outcomes in Goldenhar syndrome.

Genetic Factors of Low-responsiveness to Hepatitis B Virus Vaccine Confirms the Importance of Human Leukocyte Antigen Class II Types in a Japanese Young Adult Population

抄録	We investigated the genetic mechanisms underlying the association between human leukocyte antigen (HLA) types and the immune response to hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccination in 84 healthy Japanese adults, and found that the HLA-DRB1＊04 and HLA-DQB1＊03 frequencies were higher in the low responders (<10 mIU/ml; n=9, 10.7%) compared to the responders (≥10 mIU/ml, n=75, 89.3%). The combination of DRB1＊04 and DQB1＊03 was associated with a low response to vaccination. The DRB1＊04 and DQB1＊03 haplotypes’ frequencies were significantly higher in the low responders compared to responders. Novel candidate HLA types may be important in Japanese individuals.
