抄録	本稿は，今日の特別支援教育における基本的な用語・概念である「特別な教育的ニーズ」に着目し，その用語・概念について，それが初めて導入された1978 年イギリスの「ウォーノック報告」まで遡って検討した。その結果，「ウォーノック報告」における「特別な教育的ニーズ」概念が，教育におけるハンディキャップに関する従来の捉え方また観点に転換を促すものであったこと，ならびにそれに対応する教育の在り方として，当時の「特殊教育」とは異なる肯定的かつ多様で柔軟な特質をもった「教育的措置」として提起されていたことを明らかにした。

拡大内視鏡検査にて形態変化を観察しえた十二指腸濾胞性リンパ腫の1例

抄録	A 63-year-old Japanese woman was diagnosed with duodenal follicular lymphoma. The initial esophagogastroduodenoscopic examination with magnifying observation revealed opaque white spots and enlarged whitish villi. Nine months later, esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed that the size of the lymphoma lesion decreased, and only opaque white spots were visible. The histological analysis of biopsy samples obtained during the initial endoscopy examination showed both neoplastic follicles and an inter-follicular infiltration of lymphoma cells, whereas the biopsy samples obtained at the endoscopy performed 9 months later showed only neoplastic follicle formation. These results suggest that the magnifying endoscopic features may reflect the underlying pathological mechanisms : enlarged whitish villi are probably due to lymphoma cell infiltration in the inter-follicular area, and opaque white spots are probably caused by neoplastic follicle formation.

抄録	本研究の目的は，「統合（integration）」を視点にして社会科教育のカリキュラム編成論を体系化することである。本稿では，その一つの型として「社会科の教育内容を基盤にした統合カリキュラム」の形態を明らかにし，検討を行う。取り上げるのは，R. フォガティとJ. ストアーによるカリキュラム統合論である。フォガティらの統合カリキュラムでは，多重知能理論に基づいて様々な教科領域にわたる知識やスキル，能力を育成することがめざされている。本稿では，彼女らの著書で示された授業事例を社会科教育の一つの形に見立てて分析を行い，社会科の教育内容を基盤にして他教科領域へと学びを広げる統合のモデルを明確にした。これは，社会科のテーマや概念理解のために他教科領域の活動を組み込む統合のモデルと対比的なあり方を示すものとなっている。また，このモデルは，多様な領域に関わるホリスティックな学びを成立させることができる一方で，学習の目標や方向性が拡散し，社会に関する見方・考え方の深まりや体系化を促しにくいという課題を有している。

Using a Hero as a Model in Video Instruction to Improve the Academic Performance of a Student with Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Case Study

抄録	The present study investigated the impact of a component of video hero modeling (VHM) on the object counting score of an elementary-aged student with autism spectrum disorder (Futoshi). In the VHM, the student’s special interest (Transformer®) exhibited the correct way of counting. The VHM was added to a modified video self-modeling intervention (MVSM), which was provided continuously throughout intervention sessions or withdrawn from the package of MVSM and VHM (MVSM+VHM). An ABCBCB design, with MVSM+VHM in the B phase and MVSM in the C phase, revealed that Futoshi’s object counting score improved every time the component of VHM was added whereas it decreased every time the component was withdrawn. In some MVSM+VHM sessions, the student exhibited verbal or nonverbal behaviors, confirming that he kept the hero’s performance in mind during object counting. MVSM alone was not effective in improving the student’s performance.
