教科学習の自立・協働型学習における非認知能力向上のための試論ー理科教育実践に焦点を当てて一

抄録	教科学習において生徒たちの非認知能力の向上を目的とした実践を行い、その形成過程の実証を試みた。本稿では理科教育実践に焦点を当てて、授業動画や選択式レベル別演習プリントによる個人の学習選択を基軸とした自立型学習に加えて子どもたちが教師役となることで他者との協働型学習も導入した学習形態で取り組んでいる。この学習形態は、生徒たちの非認知能力を向上させていくために必要となるメタ認知の促進が意図されている。そのため、毎時の授業では非認知能力の行動指標を基に、学びの行動レベルを自らで設定し学習を進めていくこととした。その際、学習時における動機づけ、向上させたい非認知能力に対する意識づけを行い、学習後のリフレクションを継続的に行った。この自立・協働型学習及び継続的なリフレクションによって生徒たちの非認知能力の向上が見られた。

抄録	新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響を受け、新入生対象の必須科目「岡山大学入門講座」は、2020年度および2021年度ともにオンラインでの実施となった。本研究では、2020年度の経験から明らかになった課題をもとに、どのような改善策が効果的なのかを明らかにすることを試みた。学生側の主な課題は、①タイムマネジメントカの弱さ、②オンラインによる孤独感、③IT リテラシーの低さであった。これらに対応するため、2021年度は①週ごとに課題提出日を指定、②対面（ライブ）授業の導入、③より分かりやすいMoodleページの作成を行った。また、双方向感を強くするために、課題に対する早いフィードバック、学修が遅れている学生へのリマインド、素早い質間対応等を行った。その結果、授業評価アンケートの満足度が向上が見られた。

抄録	本研究は、令和2年度2月～3月、試験的に実施した留学効果測定ツールBEVI(Beliefs, Events and Values Inventory) の結果を分析したものである。分析は、回答率が比較的高かったアイルランドの4週間の語学研修プログラムと、現地3泊、機内2泊と最も短いシンガポールの体験型プログラムを比較した。分析の結果、欧米の研修では、異文化適応能力が低いグループが、研修後にコンピテンシーのスコアを落としている傾向が見られた。一方、シンガポールのプログラムは、全体的にスコアを向上させた。このことから、留学効果を高めるためには、異文化適応能力に合った留学先に行くことが重要であることが明らかになった。
