| 抄録 | 近年、4年制大学の増設をはじめとした看護課程における教育の変革が進められつつある。これは質の高い看護の人材を必要とする社会のニーズに応えたものである。著者らはこれらの看護課程に対する意見を、岡山県下の高校で進路指導をしている教師に尋ね、郵送による質問紙法を用いて33名の回答を得た。その結果、以下のことが分かった。1. 51.5％の教師は、看護大学が増えると進学希望者の関心は呼ぶとしており、36.4％は、学生数の一定の増加があるだろうとしている。また、36.4％は教師の立場から看護課程への進学を勧めやすくなると考えている。2. 高校の教師は看護婦不足の理由として労働条件の厳しさを指摘している。3. 高校教師は進路として看護課程を勧める理由を仕事の専門性と奉仕性を多くあげていた。これらは、高等教育化と看護職のイメージの改善の両方が必要であることを示唆している。 |

| 抄録 | 本研究では、看護課程志望の高校生が看護職に対してどのようなイメージを持っているのか、看護教育機関の希望や将来の看護職種の希望は看護職に対するイメージと関係があるのかを明らかにしたいと考えた。岡山県下の全ての高校に在学中の看護課程志望高校生に対して、質問紙調査をおこなった。222名から回答が得られ、分析を行った結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1）看護課程志望高校生は看護職に対して非常に良いイメージを持っており、同時に労働条件の厳しさも理解していた。その良いイメージとは、看護職の持つ尊さや献身性に由来する自負心と、資格のもつ現実的利点であった。しかし、看護職の専門性を表す、高度な知識・判断・技術、生涯教育の必要性の認識は低かった。2）短大・大学を志望する高校生は、看護学校・准看護学校志望者に比べ、看護職は生涯教育を必要とするとイメージしていた。3）看護婦、保健婦、助産婦のどの職種を希望するかによって、看護職に対するイメージに違いがあった。 |

| 抄録 | 我々は、基礎看護技術の2回の実技試験の結果より、学生の自己評価能力について検討した。1. 2回の実技試験共、学生の自己評価点は教官評価より、約1点高かった。2. 2回目の実技試験の方が、自己評価と教官評価の一致率の高い者が有意に多かった。3. 3分の1の学生が、2回の試験共過大評価の方が多かった。4. 高い一致率を示した評価項目の多くは、評価の視点が明確な動作のものであった。5. 低い一致率を示した評価項目の多くは、評価の視点が判断を必要とするものであった。 |

| 抄録 | 地域看護実習は、地域における看護の役割を理解することを主なねらいとして、保健所で実習を行っているが、保健所実習が地域看護実習の目標を達成しているかは否かを、学生の実習記録を分析し検討した。80％以上の学生が体験している実習内容は、家庭訪問、集団検診、共同作業所、健康相談等である。実習目標の記載状況は「実習項目別実習記録」及び実習全体のまとめ「総括」の記載内容から抽出し分析した。目標記載率70％以上であった実習項目は、実習目標①（地域の人々の生活及び健康問題の理解）は共同作業所、グループ指導、家庭訪問であり、目標②（保健サービスの実態の理解）では家庭訪問であった。また「総括」では目標②の記載率が高く、目標③（地域の看護活動の実態を学ぶ）の記載率67％と予測に反して高くなかった。今後地域看護、継続看護に関する講義のあり方を含めて、地域看護実習の位置づけを再検討する必要がある。 |

| 抄録 | The content of nursing education and the effective ways of studying nursing have been investigated by teachers of nursing. Therefore, in the lesson of "Basic Nursing Technique" did we examine the educational way in which the students' will to study nursing can be heightened and the students are able to work independently and creatively. we focused on the educational way which adopted the discovery study system in the lessons of "Help of Eating" and "Help of Excreting". From the viewpoint of the students' intention to study and their work, the effect of this educational way was researched according to their self-appreciation. As a result, the following four points were made clear by the introduction of the discovery study system. (1) The students could cooperate more easily in studying nursing. (2) The students' interest in nursing was heightened more than before. (3) The students could enhance their will to study nursing and work independently. (4) The items of "Sense of Purpose" and "Ingenuity" were less evaluaoed than the other items. |

| 抄録 | Our prior scale for student nurses to rate image of the elderly is inadequate both in number of items used and in exaustiveness of possible images they have. This study attempts to construct a new rating scale by decreasing the number of the previous items and by incorporrating pertinent novel items. A new scale reported here consisits of 20 items, with 15 items being determined through a factor analysisi of the previous 38 items and 5 items being selected after a survey of relevant studies. |

| 抄録 | A questionnaire survey was done by 76 third year-students of the nursing course before and after practicing at the two nursing homes in 1989. The same questions about their views and images of the aged person were given twice and compared. Question to image consists of 38 paired items respectively opposed to be rated on a seven-point scale. The results showed that their views and images had changed from idealistic to realistic as a result of their practices. These were some differences found in these changes by the home and the period of practice. |

| 抄録 | アイデンティティの確立していない子供をもつ壮年期女性の乳癌発病後の役割意識の変化を、病者役割の受け入れと母親役割意識に焦点を当てて、質的帰納的に分析した。役割意識の変化は、母親役割意識と病者役割意識の関係から6群に分類され、母親役割意識内容に特徴があり、群によって乳癌のもたらす意味が異なった。乳癌のもたらす意味は、母親役割葛藤群では母親としての自己を脅かすもの、母親役割拡大群では母親役割維持のために克服するもの、母親役割目覚め群では母親役割の中に取り込み共存するもの、母親役割成長群では母親としての成長を促すチャンスとなるもの、自己改革群では自己自身の生き方を問うもの、変化なし群では簡単に乗り越えられるものであった。また病者役割の受け入れに葛藤を有する母親役割意識は、葛藤の特徴から、母親役割の強要による葛藤、代替不可能な母親役割の脅かしによる葛藤、乳房喪失による葛藤、子供への悪影響による葛藤、死を自覚した母親役割の葛藤の5つの葛藤を有する母親役割意識に分類された。以上から、子供を持つ乳癌患者に対する看護のあり方は、1）病状を正しく認識するための援助、2）患者の役割意識を考慮した援助、3）外来通院時の積極的働きかけの3点を重視する必要がある。 |

| 抄録 | 平成2年度改正の新カリキュラムで学んだ学生と旧カリキュラムで学んで学生間に、卒業時の基礎看護技術の到達度に違いがあるかを明らかにするために、看護技術の基本的要素、日常生活の援助技術、診療時の援助技術の49項目の到達度について、3年制課程の3年生に質問紙調査を行った。対象者全体では、到達度の上位10位以内に日常生活の援助技術項目の37％が含まれ、到達度の下位10位以内に診療時の援助技術項目の37％が含まれていた。新カリキュラム群と旧カリキュラム群の比較では、21項目に有意差があった。新カリキュラム群の高い15項目は日常生活の援助技術と看護技術の基本的要素に関するものが多く、旧カリキュラム群が高い6項目は診療時の援助技術が多かった。カリキュラム改正に関係なく、日常生活の援助技術の到達度は高く診療時の援助技術は低い傾向にあったが、カリキュラム改正後はその傾向が強まり、さらに看護技術の基本的要素の到達度はカリキュラム改正後に比較的高くなっていることが明らかになった。新カリキュラムでは臨地実習時間を削減しているが、基礎教育で重視する日常生活の援助技術と看護技術の基本的要素は習得できていると考えられる。 |

| 抄録 | Dot-immunobinding assay (DIA) on nitrocellulose membranes and rapid immunofilter paper assay (RIPA) were examind for their usefulness in the detection of cymbidium mosaic virus (CyMV) in orchids. The minimum detection levels of CyMV by these methods were 100 ng/ml in purified preparations and at 10-4 dilution of extracts from infected leaves of orchids could be detected by these methods. Although DIA took 5 to 6 hours for the detection of the virus, it was reliable method for diagnosis of a large-number of samples. On the other hand, RIPA, which enabled detection of CyMV within a few minutes with sensitivity similar to that of DIA, will be suitable as a rapid and handy tool for virus disease diagnosis in orchids. Moreover, by RIPA, we could detect CyMV and odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV) simultaneously form doubly infected plant. |

| 抄録 | Symptoms on Cymbidium, double-stranded (ds) RNA pattern and peptide mapping of coat protein (CP) of five isolates of odontoglossum ringspot virus from Cymbidium in Japan were compared. One of the isolates, Cy-1, that produced unique symptoms on Cymbidium, showed a distinct peptide mapping pattern from those of the other four isolates by partial digestion of CP with pepsin. All the isolates produced three major dsRNA species of Mr=4.3,1.4 and 0.6×106 in the infected plants. |

| 抄録 | To detect cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), virus samples and conjugate were incubated together in a simplified double-antibody sandwich ELISA. The use of the same monoclonal antibody (MAb) as trapping (coating) and detecting antibodies resulted in considerable decrease of ELISA values and sensitivity due to the competition for antigen between trapping and detecting antibodies. The simplified ELISA using two MAbs which recognize different epitopes of CMV proved to be a rapid and sensitive method for virus detection. |

| 抄録 | Bean yellow mosaic virus (BYMV) was isolated from Calanthe sp.showing mild chlorosis on the leaves, collected in Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan. The virus was transmitted by the aphid Myzus persicae in a non-persistent manner, and by sap-inoculation to 29 out of 46 plant species from 9 out of 12 families tested. Stability in crude sap, morphology of virus particles, shape of cylidrical inclusions and the presence of cytoplasmic crystalline inclusions in the infected cells were similar to those of BYMV isolates previously reported. The virus contained a single protein species with a molecular weight of 35,000. In a microprecipition test and double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA), the virus showed a close serological relationship to isolates of BYMV from both crocus and gladiolus, and showed a distant relationship to clover yellow vein virus. Three BYMV isolates used in this study were found to be serologically related to each other, but the virus was more closely related to the BYMV crocus isolate than to gladiolus isolate. |
