日本における二胡の初心者教授法

抄録	本論は、中国の民族楽器である二胡（アルフィー、にこ）を、日本という異文化のなかで、効果的に教える教授方法を構築するための基礎研究である。日本と中国では、初心者の状況が異なる。そのために、中国での教育方法では、日本の学習者には適していないので、日本の初心者のための独自の教授方法が必要であるということがわかった。二胡の歴史、二胡の構造的特徴、二胡の演奏方法などの基礎データを収集し、中国の模倣を中心とした教授方法とは異なる、理論的な解説を中心とした日本人向けの教授方法を確立した。

抄録	オーストリアの前期中等教育段階における物理カリキュラムの改訂の現状を,ハウプトシューレにおける物理の新旧学習指導要領などから,明らかにした｡かつてのいわば｢化学を含む物理｣から化学の分離による普通教育中等学校下級段階との違いの解消と第 2 (通算呼称 6)学年における週授業時間数 2から 1への減少とが大きな変化であった｡学習目標,内杏,内容の取扱いの指示における変化からは,ハウプトシューレにおける物理カリキュラムの今回の改訂が,一方で,コアの明確化と集中,他方で,学校･教員の自由裁量の拡大という方針に従ったことが,窺い知れた。

抄録	本研究は,開発した単元｢森林と大気と生活｣の学習書に基づいて実施した実験授業の結果を分析,考察したものである｡実験授業の結果,問題集,作文,推せん課題レポート,プリテスト･ポストテスト等のデータを得ることができた｡これらのデータを分析･考察することによって,開発した学習書が個別学習用教材として適切であったか,どのような社会認識を形成したか,実験授業によって社会認識がどのように変化したか,その理由はなにかなどを明らかにすることを目的としている｡本稿では,作文の分析と考察を行い,実験授業による認識,価値観の変容などを明らかにした｡

体脂肪率と定期健康診断成績

抄録	肥満や栄養過剰は多くの慢性疾患、とりわけ成人病と関連が強いことが従来から指摘されている。肥満の判定には体脂肪率を測定することが重要であるが、その方法の一つとして、集団検診に使用しやすい生体電気インピーダンス法（bioelectrical impedance analysis）がある。今回、1ビール製造工場の定期健康診断において、対象者男235人および女137人の体脂肪率をこの方法により測定した。まずこの体脂肪率とBMIおよび肥満度との相関関係を求め、男性より女性において相関が高いことを認めた。ついで肥満群と正常群に分けて、血圧および血液検査の異常率の出現頻度を統計的に比較したところ、肥満群では男女共に総コレステロールで、また男性では尿酸、γGTP、SGPTの各値で、異常者が高率であることを認めた。またSGPTは30才台から、γGTP及びTchは40才台からその傾向が見られた。しかし、肥満指数とこれらの検査値との相関係数は高くはなかった。

原発性小腸悪性リンパ腫の一例

抄録	原発性小腸悪性リンパ腫は，術前診断が困難で予後が悪い，比較的希な疾患である。我我の症例は60歳の男性で，右下腹部痛にて来院し，急性虫垂炎の診断で手術を施行した。手術時，回腸末端部より10cm口側に潰瘍性病変を認め，クローン病を疑って回盲部切除を施行した。病理組織検査にて悪性リンパ腫，difuse，medium sized cell typeと診断され，広範回腸切除を含む右記結腸切除及び所属リンパ節郭清を行った。リンパ節転移は認めず，stage I，治癒切除と考えられた。術後7カ月現在，再発の徴候無く外来通院中である。本症は5年生存率22～40％と茅後の悪い疾患であるが，stage I・IIとstage III・IV，治癒切除と非治癒切除の生存率には明かな差があり，早期の診断と根治切除の重要性を示唆している。また本症は，緊急手術を要する場合や自験例のごとく急性虫垂炎の診断で手術を受けることが少なからずあると思われ，根治切除に確信のもてない場合は再手術をためらってはならないと考える。

抄録	Encapsulation of thiophen and bithiophen in two kinds of hexagonal faujasites (Na-EMT and H-EMT) with various concentration of Cu(2+) ions have been investigated and characterized by means of themoanalytic and spectroscopic methods. From the results, it was found that the progress of polymerization of thiophen and bithiophen in the lattice space depended on Cu(2+) contents, and the encapsulation of thiophen in Na-EMT and H-EMT with Cu(2+) ions yielded polythiophen clusters with electron states of bipolaron. On the other hand, polythiophen clusters synthesized by the encapsulation of bithiophen in H-EMT were found to be mostly polaron states.

抄録	While dredged soil is increasing, the processing problem isn't solved. So it is expected to use effectively as the soil material. Although, to use dredged soil, the chemical characteristic must be grasped. It is because acidification cause material (pyrite) can be contained in dredged soil. It causes sulfulic ions when it touches air and has the possibility to become acidification. In this experiment, dredged soil in Kojima Lake was made clear that it contained in pyrite and acidified under the oxidation condition. Accordingly, when using dredged soil as ground resources, it is necessary to use as the soil material such as filling-up reclamation under the deoxidization condition.

抄録	教育臨床家が不登校の子どもの支援を行う際に「臨床的判断」の参照枠となるガイドライン試案を作成することが本論文の目的である。不登校の多様な状態像を見立てる指針として、a）登校状況からみた5型類、b）不登校の6段階の経過、c）7つの原因論、を提示した。その上で教育臨床家による不登校支援の原則を12項目にわたって列記した。教育臨床的な支援12項目は不登校の臨床実践から抽出された経験則が中心である。不登校の子どもの多様な歩みを保障する一方で、ガイドラインを参照しながら社会的自立へと向かえるように周囲が連携して支援していくことが求められる。

抄録	平成13年6月8日に附属池田小学校で発生した児童殺傷事件の被害者遺族の一人である本郷由美子さんの手記『虹とひまわりの娘』を分析素材として、どんな悲嘆の対処法や社会的サポートがモーニングワークの促進に有効であるのかを探索的に探ることを研究の目的とした。加えて、「死者を殺す」というラガーシュ仮説の妥当性に関する若干の検討を行った。その結果、モーニングワークを通して親子の「絆」の結び直しがはかられ、娘に対する「愛の物語」が生成されていった過程が明らかになった。

Genomic Organization of Odontoglossum Ringspot Virus (Cy-1 Strain) RNA and Comparison with That of Korean Strain

抄録	The complete nucleotide sequince of the genomic RNA of odontoglossum ringspot virus Cy-1 strain(ORSV Cy-1) was determined using cloned cDNA. This sequence is 6611 nucleotides long containing four open reading frames, which correspond to 126 K,183 K,31 K and 18 K proteins. The 5' non-coding region of ORSV Cy-1 is 62 nucleotides. The ORFs encoded a 126 K polypeptide and a 183 K read-through product in which helicase-sequence and polymerase-sequence motifs are found. The5' non-coding region,which extends from bases 1 to 62 has 2G residues and the ribosome binding site (AUU). The3' non-coding region of ORSV Cy-1 composes 414 nucleotides in length. The genomic organization of ORSV Cy-1 is nearly identical to that of ORSV Korean strain(ORSV-K). However, the ORF encoding 183 K protein overlapes the ORF encoding 31 K protein in ORSV Cy-1, but not in ORSV-K. The 183 K read-through product of ORSV Cy-1 is 16 amino acids longer than that of ORSV-K. The homology of the nucleotide sequences of ORSV Cy-1 and ORSV-K is 96%.

抄録	Three methods were compared for extracting adenylates from barley roots prior to their quantification by a lumino-metric method. In respect of efficiency in extracting adenylates and easiness in handling, the best result was obtained in the root sample which was homogenized in perchloric acid, neutralized by mixing with octylamine dissolved in 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane and centrifuged.

群落生物環境反応測定装置によるオオムギ群落における試験観測結果について

抄録	A system designed to measure the vegetation response to environment was constructed on the basis of the eddy correlation method.It consisted of two sets of a small rapid response sensors; three dimensional sonic anemometer thermometers and infrared CO2-humidity fluctuation meters,and a personal computer for data acquisition. Field tests of the system were made over a barley field in April and May,1990.The turbulent fluxes obtained by two sets of flux measuring system mounted at the same height were in fair agreement. The turbulent fluxes(momentum,sensible heat,latent heat and carbon dioxide) measured at two height wihtin and above plant cannopies and their differences showed realistic diurnal variations.The direction and magnitude of each flux varied depending on the srength or distribution of source and sink within plant canopies. These findings confirmed that this measureing system is promising for quantitative estimate of vegetation response such as transpiration, photosynthesis and respiration in certain canopy layers to environmental variations.

抄録	本稿は教師の多忙・多忙感を規定する歴史的構造の検討(北神・高木、2007)につづき、教師の多忙間に関連する実証的先行研究の諸成果を整理し、今後の研究の課題と教師の勤務実態を改善する方策の提案を行うことを目的とする。そのため、まず多忙間やストレス、勤務上の効率など目的変数に関する議論を行い、ついでそれらに悪影響を与える属性と説明変数に関する議論を行う。これらの知見の整理と課題を踏まえた上で、今後の研究の方向性を4つの展望にまとめ考察を行った。
