Despite these improvements, the factors contributing to the poor prognosis of patients with malignant melanoma remain incompletely understood. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of C1orf50 (Chromosome 1 open reading frame 50), a gene previously of unknown function, as a prognostic biomarker in melanoma.
Materials and Methods: We performed comprehensive transcriptome data analysis and subsequent functional validation of the human Skin Cutaneous Melanoma project from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).
Results: Elevated expression levels of C1orf50 correlated with worse survival outcomes. Mechanistically, we revealed that C1orf50 plays a significant role in the regulation of cell cycle processes and cancer cell stemness, providing a potential avenue for novel therapeutic interventions in melanoma.
Conclusion: This study is the first to identify C1orf50 as a prognostic biomarker in melanoma. The clinical relevance of our results sheds light on the importance of further investigation into the biological mechanisms underpinning C1orf50’s impact on melanoma progression and patient prognosis. dispersion of the information and communications industry, we quantify the spatial agglomeration of the information and communications industry in Japan’s major cities. Using the town and district data from the Economic Census for Economic Activity, we attempted a spatial analysis of the information and communications industry in the Tokyo Special Wards as well as in Sapporo, Sendai, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, which have regional central functions. As a result of detecting spatial autocorrelation in small areas within each city, hotspots indicating the agglomeration of information and communications industry offi ces were found in the city center of each city. At the same time, we were able to confi rm the impact of agglomeration economies, which are the premise of the self-organizing model, and confi rmed that the information and communications industry is an industry suitable for simulation of the self-organizing model.  Krugman(1996)was the fi rst to model the self-organizing model in cities and clarifi ed the emergence principle of peripheral cities, but this was limited to numerical simulations. Later, Kumar et al.(2007)used actual data to show that Krugman’s self-organizing model could be applied to predict corporate agglomeration and dispersion. A“ revolving door” economy is an economy in which firms that enter the market have a short existence period, withdraw and enter the market repeatedly, and new entrants do not contribute to productivity improvement. This means that if new entrants are not sufficiently innovative compared to incumbents, even if the rate of entry into business rises, they will simply be replaced by firms whose productivity level has not changed much, and this will not lead to job creation or improving productivity. A contrasting concept is the replacement of firms by Schumpeter's “creative destruction.” The high level of technology and productivity of new firms entering the market drives inefficient incumbents out of the market. Looking at the statistics, there is a tendency for both large cities to have higher business entry and exit rates, but the difference between the entry and exit rates is greater in metropolitan areas. Although it depends on the regional characteristics, location competitiveness is generally higher in metropolitan areas, and there is a tendency for the turnover rate to be high or the survival period to be short. Before and after regional revitalization, we will examine whether or not there is a departure from the revolving door economy by industry and region, using economic census and TSR (Tokyo Shoko The economic base model has some conditional assumptions while it is quite tractable.
 Recently, papers by Moretti and others show significant regional multiplier effects of innovative jobs. They refocused on the traditional economic base model. However, their approach has several deficiencies concerning the identification of basic/non-basic industries and ambiguity of multiplier generating mechanisms.
 This paper focuses on regional specialization of knowledge intensive industries and creative jobs which are the driving forces of regional development in the framework of the economic base model. The estimations of regional economic multiplier in terms of employment are carried out using two-digit employment and three-digit job classification data at local municipality level with two-period data. Using these data, I explain regional differences by degree of specialization of knowledge intensive industries and creative workers. By doing this, I propose contemporary regional economic policy. There is also a Porter-type competitive environment indicator that advocates cluster-like agglomeration. The(modified)specialization coefficient, the Hirshman-Halfindahl index, and the entropy index are examples of indices that directly measure these factors. In addition, an official Japanese translation of the summary overview was also published. However, because it is an international guideline, some references are made to unapproved drugs or off-label use in Japan. LGOX shows strict substrate specificity for l-Glu. In addition, it is highly thermostable and pH stable. Because of these properties, LGOX is currently used as a biosensor for the trace determination of l-Glu in the food industry and clinical laboratories. The full-length cDNA is 2103 bp and is encoded by a single polypeptide chain consisting of 701 residues including subunits α-γ-β. The LGOX gene was heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli JM109. The LGOX precursor expressed in E. coli is a homodimer with weak enzymatic activity and becomes a heterohexamer upon activation by protease treatment. X-ray crystallography and docking studies of purified recombinant LGOX suggest that the Arg305 residue is a key residue for substrate recognition. Mutant analysis showed that Arg305 is essential for substrate recognition, as the activity toward l-Glu was greatly reduced and substrate specificity was changed in some enzymes. 地域産業連関表においては,雇用係数を用いて最終需要の変化に対する雇用誘発効果を産業部門別に求めることができる。しかしながら,どういった経路を経て雇用が変化していくのかを検証することは出来ない。それを見るには雇用係数に基づく逆行列を作成する必要がある。

In 1989, Poland became the first socialist country to establish a non-communist government and led the system transformations in Eastern European countries. Politically, Poland has broken the communist dictatorship and introduced political pluralism, economically she has promoted market liberalization, and socially she has achieved democratization and cultural pluralism. However, politicians, while superficially advocating political pluralism, often engaged in a battle of mutual accusations through “lustration,” which refers to policies that limit the participation of former communists, especially informants of the communist secret police, resulting in political chaos. In recent years, under the “Law and Justice” regime, Catholic traditions and conservative national and family values have been honored as values that must be upheld by Poles, while EU skepticism has been propagated, anti-immigrant sentiments have been fanned, and the clampdown on LGBT people has been tightened. Conflicts with the EU have also intensified, including political intervention in the judiciary and the supremacy of domestic law over EU law. Put simply, Law and Justice, while claiming to reintroduce pluralism into a Polish polity dominated by the monolithic technocratic liberalism that was dominant in the early years of the transition, has in fact empowered social groups that felt excluded from the post-1989 reforms to create a more exclusive monism.
Thus, while Poland received international attention as a country that led the way in democratization among the former Eastern European countries, even today pluralism has not taken stable root. In Chapter 1, the political and economic situation and changes of doctrine of the Church during the transition period will be analyzed. In Chapter 2, the political changes during the EU accession period and the church’s search for its position will mentioned. Grounded in the perspective of social constructivism, which holds that people’ s understandings are determined by consensus achieved through dialogue, conversational analysis was conducted regarding group discussions conducted during research meetings for elementary-school physical education teachers, employing as analytical perspectives the two consensusbuilding concepts of consensus and accommodation. From the results of analysis, six concepts could be identified from teachers’ patterns of consensus building. Patterns of communication identified with regard to consensus were sharing of terminology and assent through rephrasing, while patterns of communication identified with regard to accommodation were sharing of real-world experiences with humor, tolerance of differences regarding abstract concepts, emphasis by grumbling, and diversion of perspectives through rephrasing questions. Furthermore, these concepts were plotted in four quadrants along two axes, with the results of agreement (consensus, accommodation) on the vertical axis and the structures of participation in dialogue (unilinear, multilinear) on the horizontal axis. LysOX inhibited the growth of cancer cells but showed relatively low toxicity for normal cells. The full-length cDNA consists of 2,119 bp, and encodes a long N-terminal propeptide composed of 77 resi-dues (Met1-Arg77) and the mature protein (Ala78-Ile617). The LysOX gene was heterologously expressed in Streptomyces lividans TK24 or Escherichia coli SoluBL21. The enzymatic properties of the purified recombinant LysOX, such as substrate specificity, kinetic parameters and thermal stability, are the same as those of the native LysOX. The LysOX precursor (prLysOX) expressed in E. coli shows weak enzymatic activity and is activated by proteolytic processing. The crystal structure of prLysOX revealed that the propeptide of prLysOX indirectly changes the active site structure to inhibit enzyme activity. Moreover, the crystal structures of LysOX and its L-Lysine complex revealed that the hydrogen bonding network formed by Asp212, Asp315 and Ala440 with two water molecules is responsible for the recogni-tion of the ε-amino group of L-Lysine. In addition, a narrow substrate-binding site and acidic surface at the active site entrance both contribute to strict substrate specificity. Mutational analysis demonstrated that Asp212 and Asp315 are essential for substrate recognition, and the D212A/D315A LysOX prefers aromatic amino acids. Spatio-temporal information science is a computer simulation of time and space. In the ?rst half of the eighth century, the population under the rule of the Japanese Ritsury? State was about 4.5 million, and the country was in a state of chronic famine. In the first half of the ninth century, the population distribution showed a mosaic-like pattern with high population density in the central and western archipelago. With the exception of infectious diseases such as smallpox, famine caused by drought and rainstorms, and the resulting epidemics, were confined to regional areas, and the population of the areas seriously affected by famine and epidemics declined signi?cantly. In the eighth century, the average annual population growth rate was between 0.1% and 0.2%, and the total population in the ?rst half of the ninth century is estimated to have been between 5 million quality of home nursing care for the elderly. The report presents web-based information about devices and services for remote monitoring and health management using information and communication technology and about how they can improve home care nursing station efficiency in Japan. The search terms "elderly people," "watch over," and "service," plus "sensor" were used to narrow the search. After repeating the search using a chained search for materials and links extracted from those search results, services for home care stations particularly addressing the remote monitoring of elderly people were selected and extracted. Early detection of abnormalities for support by home health nurse responsibilities for observing the general condition of the patient was chosen as the main evaluation index of usefulness. The contractor and service cost were secondary evaluation axes. Results show 9 information communication devices and services for real-time monitoring of the elderly persons’ vital signs in real time for 24 hr, 2 of which are highly useful for early detection of abnormalities and subsequent response. Results suggest that other services might be more useful, depending on how they are used, and that general-purpose services with minimum functions and low cost of introduction and maintenance can provide more opportunities for utilization. kn-abstract=【目的】注意欠如・多動症(ADHD)の患児とその保護者が薬物治療をどのように評価し,治療に向き合っているのかを明らかにする。【方法】ADHDの診断を受け,メチルフェニデート徐放剤およびアトモキセチンを処方された小1から高3までの患児94 人と保護者106人に質問紙調査と半構造化面接を行った。【結果】90%以上で服薬は規則正しく行われており,薬物治療に対する肯定的な評価は,患児・保護者で約80 〜 90%と高かった。一方で,全面的に賛成しているわけではなく,約80%の保護者が否定的な意見も持っていた.否定的評価をする要因は,保護者は副作用を含めた長期的な影響への不安,患児は服薬の煩わしさや胃腸症状が多かった。定期的な薬物治療を続けているにも関わらず,効果と不安等を天秤にかけて治療を継続することへの積極的な支持は,患児・保護者で約50 〜 60%であった。【結論】小児では,低年齢のため客観的に自身の状況を判断し,見通しをもって治療に参加することが難しい場合がある。患児へは胃腸症状への対処を,保護者へは治療の見通しや副作用について丁寧な説明を繰り返すことによって,薬物治療への否定的評価が軽減され,服薬アドヒアランスが向上する可能性がある。 en-copyright= kn-copyright= This paper proposes a hybrid approach that combines a survey method in terms of utilizing individual information and a survey method in the sense of conducting a questionnaire survey of business establishments.  The most difficult part of constructing a regional input-output table is estimating the value of exports and imports. Furthermore, in an open regional economy, exports and imports have a large weight. In many of the conventional methods, the import/export rate was taken from the input-output table of the prefecture, and the import/export value was extracted as the residual of the expenditure balance. In this paper, we propose a “Reduced Form Approach” that reproduces the input-output table from the production induced value. M. mediterranea GlyOX genes (goxA and goxB) were cloned and recombinant GlyOX was heterologously expressed by E. coli. The purification of recombinant GlyOX was carried out by metal affinity and DEAE-Toyopearl 650M column chromatographies. M. mediterranea GlyOX was homotetramic with a molecular mass of 76kDa and showed optimum activity around 30°C and at pH 5.0, and stability below 50°C and between pH 5.0 to 9.0. M. mediterranea GlyOX shows a strict substrate specificity toward glycine, and the Michaelis constant for glycine was 0.5mM. M. mediterranea GlyOX could determine the quantity of glycine in human serum and human blood plasma with high sensitivity. The Center for Comparative Medicine (CCOM), Hyogo College of Medicine, opened on April 1, 2018, is an animal experiment facility designed and constructed based on the concept of LAA prevention. This CCOM is located on the first and second floors of a newly built "education? research building". Methods for the prevention of LAA are airflow control by air conditioning equipment, breeding equipment, experimental equipment, cage transporters that suppress the diffusion of aero allergens, spraying of slightly acidic water mist, and prevention of allergen exposure by the strict use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 職務上の人間関係に困難を抱えやすい若手保育者の早期離職の問題が懸念されることから,保育者養成教育においても学生の人間関係力の育成が求められる。そこで,人間関係力を育む保育者養成教育について検討するため,大学生の人間関係力育成に関する国内の先行研究を概観した結果,人間関係力に関係する要素,人間関係力の育成に関するワーク等の内容や,保育者養成校も含めた大学における実践的な取り組み内容が明らかとなった。各大学においては,多様な形で人間関係力の育成に関する実践が行われており,特定の授業に限らず,科目間,教員間で連携を図りながら取り組まれた実践報告も見られた。まずは学生自身が人間関係力向上の必要性を感じ,自らの課題や目標の達成に向けて取り組めるよう意欲を高めていくことが大切であり,保育者養成校においては,問題(課題)を解決する力,自分の意見・考えを伝える力等の育成が課題であることが窺えた。 structure generated in a semiconductor single wafer spin cleaner was detected by using microphone array. Twelve microphones were installed on the exhaust cover under the rotating disk of the cleaner with their interval of 7.5° or 15°. Power spectrum densities (PSD) of p’ were compared with those of fluctuating velocity measured by PIV for various rotation angular velocities to identify fluctuations due to convection of the large-scale vortical structure. Good agreement of PSDs indicates that the large-scale structure could be detected by using microphone. Cross-correlation of p’ measured at different positions revealed that the large-scale structure convected to the downstream in the rotational direction of the disk. The convection speed was about 12 % of the angular velocity of the rotating disk. Number of the vortex in the large-scale structure was also evaluated from the time-series p’ data. Time-space contour map was made for p’ based on the data measured at the different angular position, and showed periodical swept strip patterns. Presences of the strip patterns indicate the pressure disturbances were stably convected to the downstream. The fluctuating velocity was measured by stereoscopic PIV. We categorized the upstream disturbances into two factors: incoming boundary layer on the injection port and weak oblique shock wave impinging ahead of the injection port. The velocity fluctuations in the upstream boundary layer had a long positive correlation region in the boundary layer. This is the evidence that very large-scale motion (VLSM) existed in the boundary layer developed on our test section. The correlation region bifurcated into the regions along the bow shock wave and the outer jet boundary. The correlation length was 10-hold longer than the boundary layer thickness. Fluctuation of the weak shock wave was induced by VLSM developed on the opposite wall to the injection wall. The velocity fluctuation due to the weak shock wave also had a long positive correlation region along the oblique shock wave. A supercritical airfoil of NASA SC(2)-0518 was used in this study. Mach number of the freestream was 0.7, and Reynolds number based on the wing code (c) was 5×106. Angle of attack without corrections (α) was changed from 4° to 6°. The present focusing schlieren system had ±18mm depth of field, which was narrow than spanwise region where the two-dimensionality of the flow field was maintained. 8,345 successive images were captured by high speed CMOS camera with 7,000 frames per second with 20μs exposure time. The present imaging system well captured the shock wave motion on the airfoil. At α = 4°, the shock wave was positioned at x/c?0.45. The shock wave was slightly fluctuated with a frequency of 585.5Hz. Above α = 5°, the wing buffet occurred. The buffet frequency increased as increasing α. The focusing schlieren movies revealed that the shock wave was bifurcated on the wing surface, as the shock traveling upstream. The boundary layer largely separated from the leading oblique foot of the bifurcated shock wave, whereas, the bifurcated shock wave changed into a normal shock and the flow separation disappeared, as the shock traveling downstream. For both cases, many pressure waves propagated from the downstream of the shock wave to the upstream. 理科の授業では,物理量の定義を起点として学びの展開を構成する場合が多い(定義起点展開法)。一方,日常生活では,「目的地までの所用時間の短さ」と「速さ」を連動させて思考することが多い(生活起点展開法)。そのため,科学的定義に基づく扱いとのギャップに生徒が戸惑い,理科の学習内容を日常生活へ関連させて理解するときの障壁になっている可能性がある。中学校2・3年生679名を対象とした事前調査では,速さについて「生活起点」で考えている生徒が615名(90.6%),「定義起点展開法」で考えている生徒が51名(7.5%)であった。また,生徒の「速さ」の捉え方に対する回答反応時間の分析結果からも,「定義起点展開法」の正解者の反応時間の平均が22.0秒に比べ「生活起点展開法」の平均は18.4秒であり,「目的地までの所用時間の短さ」と「速さ」を連動して思考する「生活起点展開法」の考え方が多いと推測される。 population aging. On this basis, the paper introduces the operation status of long-term Care insurance system in Qingdao, Shandong and Nantong, Jiangsu. As an important barrier to the aging population, the long-term care insurance system has the advantages of using the market-oriented principle to reform the elderly care service market and realize the social distribution of the elderly’s maintenance responsibility. In the present study, we investigated the taxonomic status of the Aco strain, which is derived from spiny mice of an unidentified species. Although this Aco strain has been tentatively considered A. cahirinus species, it was distinguished from this species based on conventional and G-banding chromosomal patterns of this strain. Subsequently, we determined the nucleotide sequence of the mitochondorial gene cytochrome b (Cyb) and constructed a molecular phylogenetic tree. We found that the Aco strain belongs to the same clade as A. dimidiatus.
