主体的に問題を解決していく子どもの育成―「総合的な学習の時間」の教育課程の創造―

2002年度の学習指導要領完全実施に向けて、新しく創設された「総合的な学習の時間」の積極的な取り組みがなされている。しかし、単元の内容開発が多く、「活動あって、学びなし」の批判の声を耳にするようになった。本校は、1999年度から、文部科学省指定研究開発校として、「総合的な学習の時間」と「教科・道徳・特別活動」との関係や「総合的な学習の時間」の3つの内容の相互関係や評価を中心に、基礎的な学力の一層の定着を図る教育課程の研究開発を行ってきた。その開発した内容について述べることにする。

Towards the full enforcement of the newly revised Course of Study from the year of 2002, newly designed "Hours of Integrated Studies" are tackled positively, although various kinds of teaching units have been titled, only these are many activities. There is no learning there, they say. Our school, from 1999, as a reserch developing school appointed by Ministry of Education, has been studying the curriculum to establish pupils' basic scholarship, researching the mutual relationships and their evaluations among the general subjects, moral hours and special activity hours with the "Hours of Integrated Studies". The followings are the resluts.
