分裂病者葡萄糖負荷試験に於ける血液瓦斯像

1. 葡萄糖の負荷により症状,状態像の変を生じなかつた. 2. 糖負荷前後の瓦斯像は,慢性進行型に於てR. Q.が増大するもの多く,慢性停留型では反対に縮小した. 3. 葡萄糖の負荷により,興奮状態にあるものは一般にR. Q.の縮小を見,昏迷状態或は軽昏迷状態にあるものは,術後R. Q.が一般に増大した. 4. 予後良好なる症例にあつては,術後R. Q.は多く増大し,良好ならざるものにあつては術後R. Q.は縮小又は術前と殆ど変らぬことが多い.

To begin with, the standard values of the arterial and cerebral blood gases were measured following our original methods. As the second step, 20ml of 40 per cent Glucose were injected in the brachial veine. Then, after 5, 15 and 20-40 minutes the arterial and cerebral blood gases were measured again respectively by the same methods. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The changes of clinical symptomes could not be seen by the load of glucose. 2. The blood gas after the load of glucose indicated a) R. Q. usually increased in the chronic progressive type, but shrinkaged in the chronic stationary type. b) In the excitatory state R. Q. usually shrinkaged, but in the stuporous or light stuporous state increased. c) In the convalesce favorable cases, R. Q. usually increaseed, but shrinkaged almost unchanged in the unfavorable cases.
