Twenty-eight patients with hypertension without effects of the treatments (B-group) were also studied as comparison. Magnitude of the T maximum vector was not decreased in all planes and was increased in the horizontal plane in A-group in 39.9%. Magnitude of the spatial QRS maximum vector was unchanged and that of the spatial T maximum vector was increased after treartment; so that the QRS/T was decreased in the A-group. Direction of the QRS maximum vector showed no changes after treatment. That of the T maximum vector showed no changes in the frontal plane and was shifted inferiorly in the horizontal plane in many of the A-group. QRS-T angle was decreased and T loop became narrow after treatment. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=YamanakaYoshito en-aut-sei=Yamanaka en-aut-mei=Yoshito kn-aut-name=ŽR’†Œcl kn-aut-sei=ŽR’† kn-aut-mei=Œcl aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=‰ชŽR‘ๅŠwˆใŠw•”‘ๆ1“เ‰ศ‹ณŽบ END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=82 cd-vols= no-issue=1-2 article-no= start-page=1 end-page=14 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1970 dt-pub=19700228 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Studies on Vectorcardiogram Part I Vectorcardiogram in the Hypertensive (Frank's method) kn-title=ƒxƒNƒgƒ‹S“d}iFrank–@j‚ษŠึ‚ท‚้Œค‹† ‘ๆ1•า ‚ŒŒˆณว‚ฬƒxƒNƒgƒ‹S“d}iFramk–@j en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=Vectorcardiographic change were analysed in 165 patients with essential hypertension, Eighty-nine cases without cardiovascular disorders were studied as controls. The results have led to the following conclusion. Magnitude of the spatial QRS maximum vector was increased and magnitude of the spatial T maximum vector was decreased according to the elevation of mean blood pressure. Direction of the QRS maximum vector was shifted leftward and posteriorly and that of the T maximum vector was shifted anteriorly according to the elevation of mean blood pressure. Spatial QRS-T angle was increased markedly in hypertensives. Magnitude of the spatial QRS maximum vector tended to be small with the aging`in hypertensives. The T loop of young hypertensives was circular and large. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=YamanakaYoshito en-aut-sei=Yamanaka en-aut-mei=Yoshito kn-aut-name=ŽR’†Œcl kn-aut-sei=ŽR’† kn-aut-mei=Œcl aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=‰ชŽR‘ๅŠwˆใŠw•”‘ๆ1“เ‰ศ‹ณŽบ END
