The diagnosis of pancreatic diseases is difficult and examination techniques such as hypo tonic duodenography, ERSP, and PTC have been used to facilitate this. Computerized tomography (CT) has recently been introduced for the diagnosis of abdominal organs, and grea hopes were held for its application in pancreatic disease. However, according to reports bases on numerous clinical experiments, it is concluded that its value is not so high as expected Therefore, under present conditions, we are obliged to depend on other diagnostic technique which require great skill and cause pain to patients. This report deals with investigation o the image in cases we have experienced.
