The transaminase activity in serum and cerebral cortex of rabbits were measured by Frankel method. The results were as follows. 1. After convulsion caused by metazol, GOT and GPT activities in the rabbits serum temporarily increased. 2. GOT and GPT activities in cerebral cortex slightly decreased after convulsion.
