看護師と医師の CT/MRI検査における安全に対する認識調査

Abstract	To perform computed tomography （CT）/magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） scans safely and reliably, adherence to a pre-scan checklist is crucial. However, physicians and nurses may differ in their recognition of the usefulness of this checklist. We conducted the present study to investigate possible differences between physicians’ and nurses’ awareness of CT/MRI scan safety in terms of their adherence to the pre-scan checklist.　We prepared an independently developed self-administered 23-item questionnaire about attributes of subjects, CT/ MRI scan safety recognition and current situation for CT/MRI examinations.　The survey was distributed to 468 participants who combined nurses and physicians at Okayama University Hospitalin Okayama, Japan. We analysis the responses of the 224 participants （117 nurses and 107 physicians）who returned the survey with on missing data （a 65.1% completion rate）. The overall safety recognition scores were significantly higher for the nurses than for the physicians （p＜0.001）. In addition, the physicians did not sufficiently know or implement the guidelines in the CT/MRI scan safety manual used at our hospital. Nurses and physicians demonstrated marked differences in their awareness and knowledge of safety regarding CT/MRI scans. Measures for improving safety recognition should thus be designed for individual healthcare occupations.

Liberty and the Rule of Law in Two Strands of Republicanism

Abstract	Republicanism has been divided into two strands, neo-Athenian and neo-Roman. This division, unlike others, is made in its historical origin. These strands are distinctive in their own conceptions of liberty: neo-Athenians view liberty as self-government while neo-Romans it as non-domination. Accordingly they have different views of the relationship between liberty and the rule of law: neo-Athenians see it as circular while neo-Romans as constitutive. Their views give us new perspectives and make us conscious of their defects as well; neo-Athenians cannot expel domination from selfgoverning politics while neo-Romans cannot show that legal rule protecting non-domination has its own public legitimacy. However, they prove to be complementary and give rich resources for our debate over the rule of law.

Abstract	職務上の人間関係に困難を抱えやすい若手保育者の早期離職の問題が懸念されることから，保育者養成教育においても学生の人間関係力の育成が求められる。そこで，人間関係力を育む保育者養成教育について検討するため，大学生の人間関係力育成に関する国内の先行研究を概観した結果，人間関係力に関係する要素，人間関係力の育成に関するワーク等の内容や，保育者養成校も含めた大学における実践的な取り組み内容が明らかとなった。各大学においては，多様な形で人間関係力の育成に関する実践が行われており，特定の授業に限らず，科目間，教員間で連携を図りながら取り組まれた実践報告も見られた。まずは学生自身が人間関係力向上の必要性を感じ，自らの課題や目標の達成に向けて取り組めるよう意欲を高めていくことが大切であり，保育者養成校においては，問題（課題）を解決する力，自分の意見・考えを伝える力等の育成が課題であることが窺えた。

Abstract	平成29年３月に公示された学習指導要領の理科は，問題解決の活動を充実し，日常生活や社会との関連を重視する方向で検討したとされているが，問題解決の活動を充実させるための具体的な方法は授業者に委ねられているという印象が強い。かねてより，小学校の理科の授業では，観察，実験を行うことが目的化され，形式的な問題解決になっているという指摘がある。経験の浅い教師や理科の学習指導に苦手意識を持つ教師にとって，授業改善を行うためには，その前提となる問題解決の過程を踏まえた授業を行うための課題を解決する必要がある。本稿では，第５学年「電流がつくる磁力」を基に，単元展開や１単位時間の授業の流れ等を授業者自身が考え，判断することを通して，理科の学習指導に必要な知識・技能，経験を蓄積していくための授業実践を支援できるよう作成，検討した資料を報告する。

大学生・大学院生のスマートフォン依存傾向における退屈感と対人関係の関連

Abstract	スマートフォンが普及し，問題が増加しているにもかかわらず，未だスマートフォン依存に限定して心理社会的要因を探求した研究は少ない。そこで本研究では，インターネット依存傾向形成要因に関する知見を手がかりに，スマートフォン依存傾向の構成要素と退屈感および対人関係の関連について検討した。大学生・大学院生342名を対象に，質問紙調査を行った。退屈感，対人関係要因を独立変数，スマートフォン依存傾向構成要因を媒介変数，日常生活への影響を従属変数として，共分散構造分析を行った。その結果，退屈感および対人関係を背景要因に，「スマートフォンの効用認知」「仮想的空間志向」といったメリット感を入り口とし，「高揚感」から，コントロール困難な状況，「日常生活への影響」と順に実害に至るプロセスが示された。これらの心理社会的要因を理解したうえで，スマートフォン依存予防対策を検討することが必要だと考えられた。
