Abstract	自己愛性パーソナリティ障害に関するKohutの見解を,彼と対立した　Kernbergの見解,DSM-Ⅳの診断基準,自己愛性パーソナリティ障害の二類型論などと関連させて論じた｡その結果,Kohutの言う自己愛性パーソナリティ障害を｢自己愛の障害のある患者｣と呼び換え,DSM-Ⅳによって診断されるそれとは区別したほうがよいという丸田(1995)の見解が妥当であることを主張した｡自己愛性パーソナリティ障害に関するKohutの見解の問題点として,まず,Kohutが誇大自己と呼んだ自己発揚的傾向と,防衛的誇大性とは区別すべきであることを指摘した｡次に,自己愛性パーソナリティには理想自己と現実自己の乖離がみられるというBroucek (1982,1991)や岡野(1998)の見解と,自己愛性パーソナリティは高い理想を持つ人ではないというKohut(1971)の見解のずれについて,これは理想についての両者の理解のずれから生じているのではないかということを示唆した。

Abstract	本稿は,日常の学校業務において教師が児童・生徒に対して持つ影響力に焦点をあて,教師による影響が児童・生徒によって受け入れられていく際の影響プロセスに関する社会心理学的な理論モデルを概観し,教育実践研究において影響プロセスに注目する意義を考察する｡さらに教師の影響力の大きさや内容を決定する重要な要因である社会的勢力資源に関する先行研究を概観する｡日常の交流のなかで,教師は各影響場面における目的,状況にそった働きかけを児童・生徒に対し行っていく必要がある｡本稿は,社会的勢力に関する研究の視点から,各勢力資源の使用のメリット,デメリットについて検討する｡最後に教育場面における社会的勢力研究の方法,将来的に期待できる社会的勢力に関する発展研究についても考察する｡
