| Abstract | 本書は、岡山市北区芳賀3082番1に所在する飯盛山東1号墳において、2019年3月に行われた墳丘測量調査と石棺の発掘調査報告である。本古墳は周知の埋蔵文化財包蔵地として登録されていたが、名称を持たなかったため、調査に当たり岡山市と協議の上、飯盛山東1号墳の名称を与えた。本調査は、岡山大学考古学研究室が主体となり、清家章（岡山大学大学院社会文化科学研究科教授）が担当して調査を実施した。
