岡山大学における養護実習の現状と課題

本研究では、岡山大学における養護実習の現状とその効果について、実習生及び指導養護教諭に対する調査結果を分析することにより、これからの養護教諭養成における実習のあり方について検討することを目的とした。現状では、健康診断、保健指導、救急処置等の基本的職務については学ぶことができているが、養護教諭の新たな役割とされる健康相談活動については、子どもの心の状態を探る段階にとどまっている。また、学校保健委員会活動等の企画運営への参画など、他の教職員との連携のあり方や学校保健活動、養護活動の進め方について十分に学び得ることは、短期間の実習だけでは困難な事項もある。今後の課題としては、「養護実習が養護教諭養成カリキュラム全体を推し進める要の位置にある」ことを明確にし、関係者が協力して、実習の事前・事後における指導内容・方法の改善を図っていくことが必要である。

This study is aimed to consider the problems of training practice for school nurse-teachers by analyzing the research about the current evaluation and effect of the training in Okayama University. In the present situation it is possible to learn fundamental duties such as physical examination and health guidance. However some issues which include cooperation with other teaching staff, participation in management of the school health committee and organizing school health activities are still left to argue.
