| Abstract | 教師力養成講座は、学校現場で実践されている優れた取組を学生に伝えることで、教職への漠然とした不安を取り除き教師という仕事への意欲を高めるとともに、学生の実践的指導力の向上を図ることをねらいとしている。２００９年に開始し、参加状況や受講者の意見を参考にして工夫を加えながら継続している。講座は、当初の講義形式から、受講者と共に学習を進めるという形へ変わってきた。講師選定についても、校長を中心にしたものから児童生徒を直接指導している教諭を含むように改善してきた。本年度の教師力養成講座の概要を報告し、併せて今後の展開の可能性についてもふれる。
