学校と地域をつなぐ連携支援員の教育観形成に関する研究 ―理想を具体化する過程に注目して―

　本研究は，外部人材の教育観に着目し，インタビュー調査を通して連携支援員の教育に関する理想とその具体化の過程を明らかにしようとするものである。対象とするのは，Ｙ県で連携支援員として活動した経験を持つ4名である。近年，「社会に開かれた教育課程」の推進により，地域と連携した授業の開発や学校現場における「地域コーディネーター」をはじめとした連携支援員の配置が進んでいる。全国都道府県教育長協議会第２部会(2019)や地域・教育魅力化プラットフォーム(2019)などにより連携支援員の実態に迫った量的研究が行われるなど，連携支援員に注目が集まっている。本研究では，学校と地域の橋渡し機能を果たしている連携支援員の理想と，その理念の具体化の過程を分析し，連携支援員の教育観が形成される過程を解明したい。

　This research focuses on the educational philosophy of collaboration coordinators and aims to clarify the ideals regarding education and the process of their realization among collaboration coordinators, through interview surveys. The subjects are four individuals with experience as collaboration coordinators in Y Prefecture. In recent years, with the promotion of an "education curriculum open to society," there has been progress in the development of classes in collaboration with local communities and the placement of collaboration coordinators, including "local coordinators," in school settings. Quantitative research, such as the National Prefectural Education Directors Association Subcommittee (2019) and the Regional Education Attraction Platform (2019), has been conducted to understand the actual conditions of collaboration coordinators, drawing attention to their role. This research aims to analyze the ideals and the process of materializing these concepts of collaboration coordinators, who serve as a bridge between schools and communities, and to elucidate the process of forming their educational philosophy.
