| Abstract | Membrane-associated (M-Ig) and cytoplasmic immunoglobulins (C-Ig) of 4 human lymphoblastoid cell lines and 3 clones isolated from one of them were examined by immunofluorescence test. It was found that individual cells produced only a single type of light chain components and one or more types of heavy chain components of Ig. There was no specific correlation between the Ig types of M-Ig and C-Ig.
