Abstract 本稿は,学校が障害のある子どもに保障すべき教育成果の水準について,米国連邦最高裁判所が示した画期的な判決(Endrew F. v. Douglas County SD , 2017)の論点を捉えることにより,今後のインクルーシブ教育のあり方の検討に必要な基礎資料を提供することを目的とした。米国では障害者教育法(IDEA)により,障害のある子どもに対する「無償で適切な公教育」(FAPE)が保障されている。従来,FAPEが求める教育成果の水準に関しては,1980年代の最高裁判所判決(Board of Educ. v. Rowley , 1982)が大きな影響を与えてきた。つまり,FAPEの要求は「最小限を満たすもの」であれば足りると解釈されてきた。しかしながら,Endrew 裁判によって,実質的な意味のある教育成果が求められることが判示された。今後,本裁判を契機に,障害のある子どもに対する教育の成果がこれまで以上に大きな議論となることも予想できる。

Title Alternative A Study on Parental Anxiety Over Child Rearing and Child Care Support for Parents with Children before and after Entering Elementary Schools

Abstract  本研究では,就学前後の子をもつ養育者が,子育てで感じている喜びや不安,必要としている支援について検討し,子育て支援のあり方について考察した。子ども園に通う3から5歳児の保護者と小学1,2年生児の保護者に子育てに関する自記式調査を行い,回答を得られた166名の記述内容について検討した。質的分析から,子ども園児・小学校児童の保護者とも,子どもの成長や姿,一緒に行動することに喜びを感じていた。一方,子ども園や学校での適応や保護者自身の子どもへの対応に不安を感じていた。このような状況から養育者への支援として,就学前教育と小学校教育の連携の強化,保護者同士の交流の場や機会の提供,相談体制の整備,子育てに関する講演会や心理教育の提供,子育て支援に関する満足度の定期的見立てが重要であると考えられた。以上より,子育て支援には,心理的支援を含めた多面的な支援が重要であることが示唆された。

Title Alternative 慢性疾患患児に対する復学支援の研究動向

Abstract The principle aim of the present study was to elucidate research trends and issues related to school re-entry. We reviewed past studies concerning school re-entry support for children with chronic illness. A total of 36 papers were analyzed for the keywords of "school re-entry," "support," "pediatric cancer," and "chronic illness." The results revealed that the concerns regarding the children and school re-entry support roles of legal guardians, healthcare providers, teachers, etc., and specific examples of collaboration with other occupations. "Guaranty a right to learn " and "relationship maintenance" were noted as issues, and ensuring a system that can establish certain learning opportunities even if the enrollment status of the child changes, continued maintenance of relationships of the patient before the onset of disease, and support to maintain the relationship of healthcare providers and teachers who are involved after onset of the disease are necessary even after school re-entry.

Abstract   本稿は,学生が大学入学後に陥りがちな高等学校と大学とのギャップからくる戸惑いや困難の状態を「大1コンフュージョン」であると,その要因を踏まえた支援の在り方について,学校心理学における3段階の心理教育的援助サービスの枠組みを用いて分類しつつ論考するものである。「大1コンフュージョン」の予防と緩和に関する実践的研究を推進するにあたって,(1)全ての新入学生,(2)苦戦し始めた一部の学生,(3)苦戦が著しい状態にある特定の学生,以上のそれぞれを対象とした具体的な支援例について検討した。
