Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Ischemic Stroke

Abstract 　To date, many animal studies have indicated the neuroprotective effects of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) transplantation in ischemic stroke. Several clinical studies have also revealed the safety, feasibility, and neuroprotective effects in ischemic stroke patients. In this review, we present the main approaches of MSC transplantation in ischemic stroke, the mechanisms of MSC therapy, and the current clinical studies on MSC transplantation in ischemic stroke patients. We also explore the safety of MSC transplantation and conclude that MSC therapy will play an important role in the future treatment of ischemic stroke. The optimal timing, approach, and cell dose in the transplantation are important issues for successful clinical application.

Abstract 　これまで，一コマ90 分（２単位）であった授業時間が一コマ60 分（１単位）となったことを契機に，この授業時間を積極的に活かした授業改善に取り組んできた。元々大橋･清田は，図画工作科授業研究と同内容研究で，同じ授業科目を担当し，その内容と方法を共有しながら授業改善に取り組んできた。その要点は，一方通行の「伝達−受容型」の授業を脱し，学生の主体的で能動的な学習を通して，実践的な学習指導力を形成することにある。とりわけ，授業の入口である導入部と授業の出口である終結部におけるリフレクションを有効に活用することで，短い授業時間における実質的な学習活動に使える時間を確保することが課題であった。本稿では，携帯端末を学習ツールとして利用できるICT活用システムの活用を中心に授業改善の成果と課題について報告する。

Abstract 　日本三名園の一つに数えられている岡山後楽園には水車が回っている。他に水車のある日本庭園があるかどうか，あまり例を聞かない。何の為に水車があるのか？　筆者はその水車に歴史的，心理的な光でなく，科学的な光を当ててみようとした。水車・底樋・手水鉢の三つの部品を組み合わせた日本初の新しい暑気払いの為の装置ではなかったのか，との発見をしたように思うので，ここで議論の材料として提出したい。詳細な内容については別途機会を得て提出する。

Abstract 　本研究では，病気の子どものための「合理的配慮」に対する教員の意識の傾向を把握し，インクルーシブ教育の展開に向けた課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。２つの研修会（2016 年８月）に参加した小・中学校および特別支援学校の教員（n = 127）を対象に，①新たな動向の把握状況（障害者権利条約および医療的ケア通知，２件法），②「合理的配慮」に関する「基本理念」（２項目），「教育内容・方法」（５項目），「支援体制」（５項目）に対する意識（４件法）について質問紙調査を実施した。結果，近年の動向に関する情報は浸透しつつあるが，小学校を中心に未だ十分ではなかった。また，「合理的配慮」の提供に関しては，全体的に中学校における平均値が比較的に低い状況があった。年齢および勤務年数についても，「本人の病状理解に基づく生活指導」および「急な病状の変化への対応」に対して，若く，経験が少ない教員の平均値が低いことが明らかになった。中学校における組織的な支援体制の構築に期

Abstract 　本稿は，前稿「その1 レオナルドとヴェサリウスの人体解剖図からの一考察」「その2 水墨画・西洋画に見る日本の観察観の一考察」の継続研究である。本研究は，学校教育での図画工作科，美術科での児童・生徒の活動のねらい等を明確するために，観察と描画表現との関係について考察するものである。 　本稿では，明治時代の技法修得を目的とした描画指導や，それと対立する自由画教育による描画指導にも，前稿までの二つの観察観と重ね，教育における自然と表現の関係の変遷を観察観の流れとして纏めた。

Abstract 　さまざまな障害を乗り越えて，1654 年12 月にドロシーと結婚したテンプルは，結婚後の数年間をイングランドのレディングとアイルランドのカーロウで過ごした。この時期の彼は，いまだ公職に就かず経済的に自立していなかった。しかし都会の喧噪から離れた静かな暮らしは，とりわけカーロウにおける牧歌的なカントリ生活は，精神的満足と心の平静には至高の価値があることを認識させる契機となり，彼の思想に深みと厚みを与えるものとなった。本稿は，外交官として公的生活に入る前のレディングとカーロウ時代のテンプルを伝記的に考察したものであり，テンプルの政治思想研究に関する筆者の全体計画の一部を成す。

Abstract 　本稿では，1974 年公表の大場牧夫の保育構造論について，彼の保育構造論の成立・発展史の中に位置づけた上で，その成果に基づきつつ，また，先行研究の成果も参考にしながら，新たな視点を加えて，再分析し再考察している。1974 年公表の大場の保育構造論は，彼の保育目的を実現するであろう三層構造カリキュラムを成立させた最初の保育構造論である。その中には，保育目的を実現できる保育者の働きかけ全体を確実に生み出すための基本的な考え方と諸工夫が示されている。また，その基本的な考え方を示す三層六領域構造は，あくまで基本的な考え方であり，この分け方ではとらえられない例外的なものも認めようとする柔軟性のあるものである。
