Abstract 岡山大学において全学的な立場で新入留学生に対する受入支援を実施してきたのは、グローバル・パートナーズ（旧国際センター、留学生センター）の受入担当教員及び事務職員である。本稿では、主として、受入担当教員＝留学生相談指導担当教員がこれまでに実施してきた、新入留学生に対する来日後の受入支援の実態を明らかにした上で、2014 年度における新たな支援策の試みを検証し、それらの成果と課題について分析する。水野（2005）が指摘しているように、全ての留学生に対する「一次的援助サービス」及び一部の留学生に対する「二次的援助サービス」は、新入留学生が直面しがちな諸問題の発生を予防し、回避するのに有効である。本稿では、2014 年度に受入担当教員が交代したのを好機と捉え、「一次的援助サービス」の典型である「生活オリエンテーション」の実施方法改善の試みを検証し、「二次的援助サービス」の充実を目的として打ち出した新機軸と従来型の支援内容を整理分析し、新入留学生に対する支援のあり方を提言する。

大学生の学習成果とストレインの要因分析

Abstract 高等教育の質保証時代において，各大学のアカウンタビリティー（説明責任）とアウトカム（成果）が求められている。本研究では，アウトプットに学習と情緒の両側面を組み込んだ分析モデルに基づいて質問紙調査を行い，学習成果とストレインの要因分析を行った。分析の結果，＜学習成果＞の因子である「汎用的能力」と「知識・技能」では規定要因が異なること，学習成果は大学入学後の早い時期から分化していることが明らかになり，その背景にはディスポジション（disposition）があると示唆される。また，＜ストレイン＞の因子である「不快・未充足」と「緊張・心配」には，現在の悩みごとだけではなく，キャリア形成科目の履修が有意な影響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった。

Abstract 岡山大学キャリア開発センターが取り組んできた学生企画チームに関して、キャリア教育の一環としての有用性を検証する。そこで、キャリア教育目標として掲げている「人間関係を築くための力」「課題を解決するための力」「社会や仕事に向かうための力」の3 つの力を指標として、学生企画チームに参画してきた現役学生及び卒業生（社会人）へインタビュー調査を行った。その結果、それぞれの力の獲得・向上に学生企画チームの活動がポジティブに影響していたことがわかった。

Abstract 本稿では、近年、日本国内において受け入れが急増している留学生のための支援として、日本語教育にはどのようなことが期待され、どのような役割を果たすべきであるのか検討を行った。留学生の問題や支援に関わる先行研究の外観を通して、日本で学ぶ留学生が抱えやすい問題は多岐にわたっており、その支援のためのアプローチとして予防が重視されていることが示された。また、このような中で、日本語教育には留学生の対人接触の向上を支援することが求められるとともに、日本語教育に携わる者が異文化における留学生の心理に関する知識と理解をより一層深めていく必要性が確認された。

Abstract Finnish education may be a model for Japanese universities as they look to promote active learning pedagogies. Based on observations and interviews with influential educators from several Finnish institutions, this article overviews key aspects of education in Finland, especially those related to deep learning. The role of faculty development, learning spaces, and co-teaching are also examined. Finally, a pilot course implemented at Okayama University in which the authors aimed to apply key ideas learned in Finland will be described.

Korean Migration and Japanese Colonialism

Abstract This paper outlines the historical background to Korean migration and Japanese colonialism in order to understand the birth and formation of the Korean population in Japan (Zainichi Koreans). Through this exploration, this paper shows how Japan attempted to assimilate the Koreans into the bottom of Japanese society and to destroy their ethnic identity as Koreans. It also examines how the racial discourse of the Japanese ‘superior race’ had been developed and played an integral part in justifying its socio-economic and subjugation of East Asian people including Koreans during the colonial period.

Abstract 岡山大学言語教育センター英語系では、平成２６年度後期終了時に、学生に対するアンケートを実施した。その目的は、２５年度より開始した英語新カリキュラムにおける、学生の英語力伸長度の自覚、英語学習への動機付け、英語に対する自信について調査することである。アンケートは紙媒体を使用せず、インターネットによる回答とし、学生が回答するか否かは任意とした。本稿はその結果報告である。

Abstract 日本画家、土田麦僊は大正3 年に奈良の古社寺・博物館などをめぐり古美術の調査を行った。その成果をもとに制作されたのが同年の文展出品作「散華」である。近年、その調査に協力した東大寺に麦僊が送った礼状が発見された。この書簡から麦僊の出品前後の活動がわかる。また、この書簡を手掛かりとして、同時代の他の資料を合わせて考察し、「散華」は文展運営や既成の画壇を批判し、日本画の改革を強く望んでいた画家の葛藤の結果として制作されたものであったことを読み解く。

柳永の遊仙詞－「巫山一段雲」を中心として－

Abstract 北宋の大詞人柳永は、詞という文学ジャンルに様々な新しい主題を取り込んだ。そのうちの一つに、遊仙」と呼ばれる一主題がある。本稿では最初に、遊仙の主題を以て詠まれた柳永の「巫山一段雲」五首が、どのような内容をもつものであるか、簡単な訳注を附して解説する。その上で、柳永の遊仙詞が中国古代遊仙文学の流れの中の、どこに位置づけることが出来るのかを考えていく。唐五代までの遊仙文学は、「現実に対する不満・諷刺」「国家・君主に対する言祝ぎ」をその二大潮流とする。柳永の「巫山一段雲」はどちらかと言えば後者に傾倒するが、人の長寿を祝するという側面がより強く、さらに女仙がしばしば登場する所が特徴的といえる。南宋以後、詞の分野には自分や身近な人々の誕生日を祝う「寿詞」というジャンルが確立するが、その先駆けとなるのが柳永のこれらの詞であり、しかも内容的に一つの典型を作ったということができる。また、柳永が「巫山一段雲」という詞牌を用いて遊仙を詠ったことが、金代以後の全真教道士たちの作詞に強い影響を与えたと考えられる。柳永の遊仙詞は、従来あまり注目されることがなかったが、このような金朝や南宋以後の詞壇に対する影響は、決して看過してよいものではない。
