| Title Alternative | Activation Energh for Rat's Brain Tissue Respiration I. Activation Energy for Respiration Enzym System of Untreated Rat's Whole Brain Homogenate

| Abstract | The author measured the activation energy of the respiration of whole brain homogenate of rats by a Warburg's manometer and obtained the following results. The oxygen absorption of the whole brain homogenate of rats under the experimental conditions was determined following the Arrhenius equation; and the activation energy was found to be about 11, 000 ± 500 cal. However, with what reaction this value might be associated remains still uncertain.
